My best friend and I went shopping at this location yesterday. I haven't been to an Old Navy in years because I mostly shop at thrift stores. But it was just as awesome as I remembered, with great prices! There were so many cute things on clearance with inclusive sizes for all. I'm especially compelled to write this review because one of the employees (I believe she said her name was Megan) was so helpful and kind. She casted such a good vibe as soon as we walked in. She was available to help as needed, and even came to the rescue to refold some pants that we accidentally knocked over with a smile on her face. I believe she was training a new employee and her attitude was so sweet toward everyone and it made for a great experience. We will be back! read more

I like Old Navy, but I find this particular location to be small and on the disorganized side. The mens' section probably suffers the most. It is quite small and lacking, in my opinion. They hit all the basic categories of clothing (sports apparel, jeans, tshirts, dressier shirts, etc.) but they don't have a lot in terms of variety across the sections. They also really seem to be into the skinny jeans for men, which doesn't work for any man I know. The womens' and kids' sections seemed a bit more stocked, but also disorganized. Just about every rack had clothing unfolded. The pricing labels were also a bit confusing. A single table of jeans had three different pricing schemes. Maybe I'm just lazy, but I want to be able to glance and understand the pricing right away. Speaking of the pricing, Old Navy's prices are pretty reasonable, and I never have complaints about the quality of their clothing. I wear their t-shirts all the time and they hold up really well and are a great value for sure. I do like that they have an external to the mall entrance. That makes a quick shopping trip just to Old Navy a lot easier. The parking is usually ok, but can get hectic on the weekends/holidays. The staff was all very nice and willing to help if we needed it. The check out line was efficient and we were in and out quickly. read more

I have not been in to an Old Navy in I don't even know how long. It's not that I don't like it, I just hadn't been in. But, I got a new job recently and needed some blue shirts, and my mom had discounts at Old Navy so I dragged my friend out to find the perfect work shirts. I found several that we amazing, and one that was a little see-through when I tried it on. I went outside to grab an undershirt, and the fitting room attendant, Kristina, went out herself to grab me two different shirts to see which one looked better. She also went out of her way to make sure I liked what I had. From the moment I walked in to the store today, I was greeted by very friendly employees, everyone asked if I needed help, and all of the staff were chipper and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Today a young woman helped me return some items. She went above and beyond to help me figure out how one item was purchased. She was very patient despite the line piling up behind me. I never felt rushed or embarrassed. She did not have her name on her name tag as it said "in training ". Very disappointed they no longer have a maternity section. Now as a pregnant mother on a budget I'm told I have to order online for maternity and basically pay for shipping. Awesome and completely unfair. Not to mention I was literally in the store a few months ago when they did have a maternity section and when I asked about it the store associate basically said I didn't know what I was talking about and there hadn't been a maternity section in the store in over a year. Old Navy is my go to store! They always have my size and good deals on jeans. Recently they had a jean sale for $19. I went crazy and had to go in. I purchased 3 pairs of jeans. When I was in the store I had the chance to try on clothes. I say had the chance because when I went to the fitting room there was a helpful associate named Tanisha (I believe) and she was so nice. She introduced herself, used my name, and also remembered my name when writing it on the door the second time I went in to try on some outfits. At this location I have always received great customer service the minute I walk in and when saying good bye at check out. Clearance rack is always worth a try. I have found sweaters, shirts, polo's all for $12 and under. They have great sales on their solid color polo's and jeans for the whole fam. read more

I like Old Navy. Over the years I've found things there that have become staples in my wardrobe. This summer it was a pair of pink shorts. The sales seem to be constant, so they aren't really sales, just constant low prices. The stuff is generally pretty cute. This one looks great with the remodel, I love the atmosphere. However the reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the check out process. Somehow everytime I've been to this one it has taken forever to check out. It doesn't matter if it's busy or not. Somehow they go as slow as possible at the cash register. There has to be some way to be more efficient. It's so frustrating when you walk in, grab what you want, get in a line of 3 people and then wait 10 minutes. If they could fix that then 5 stars for sure. read more

What happened to Old Navy? I had been here a few years ago and they were stocked with clothes for men- lots of shirts, pants, sweats, all kinds of goodies. I could almost always come away with something and at good prices or sales with a huge selection. Now, they have scaled it all down. There isn't much there at all, and what they have is all higher priced. Bleh. I realize this store is probably not targeted at my gender, so perhaps I am not the best to review this, but come on. All the clothes I used to pick up here are basically no more.Too bad. read more

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Old Navy yesterday. Lots of cute clothes on sale. I love this one style of jeans and wanted a pair without holes and the sales lady dug through heaps of pants to help me find the last pair! I was delighted with her caring effort. I am a huge fan of Old Navy for one reason: great selection of shorts for my girls! I love the "uniform" shorts and skorts and this is the place to buy them. Wonderful prices and great, friendly employees. On our recent, back to school, shopping trip the sales clerk ask me if my girls had to wear uniforms. I said no, we just love these shorts! The tops are adorable also. Beware of the displays as you check out, though. We wound up buying several things, like bracelets, which our girls just had to have. I had the best customer service at this Old Navy yesterday September 23, 2010. I was really impressed by the dressing room attendants. They not only had great communication with the customers and addressed us by name, searched for different sizes, colors and other items, and retrieved/swapped out clothes you were "saying no to" with the clothes you still hadn't tried on yet, all without even having to come out of the dressing room. They had great communication with each other as well. They were all in good moods, and eager to help me and the people that I went with. I was really impressed. I got great deals there. The Super Cash coupon that I waited to use for two months is Bate and Switch! These poor retail people have to tell shoppers of their false advertising. The couple on the front says " get $10 for every and I emphasize EVERY $25 spent. I had $200 worth of clothing ready to buy expecting at least $100 off. This is not the case! I was told the legal disclaimer on the back of coupon only allows up to $25, not Every $25 spent. I am not happy with Old Navy's Marketing of bate be into the store then switch what the coupon actually says on the front. I know this is a first world issue and it gives your attorneys something to do,but it is making patrons mad. I won't be shopping at your stores any more!! read more

This Old Navy had a big selection and the people working there were nice... The only negative is that it is not attached to the mall. That means you had to exit the mall and walk around the outside. That was a little annoying but overall a good experience. read more

This is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes because the staff is super helpful and friendly. If you're shopping alone and need a different size of something you're trying on in the dressing room, they're always happy to go snag something different for you to try. Things can be a bit pricey for my admittedly Wal-Mart standards, but there are usually good sales, and the clearance racks usually have plenty of good stuff. On my last trip, I got two pairs of pants for $8 each and a few shirts for betwe\en $5-$10, can't complain there. The only downside, IMO, is that they don't carry much in the way of plus-size clothing (though there's plenty of it on the website). Size 18 or XXL is hit-or-miss, and good luck finding anything over a size 38 waist in the men's department. Luckily, though, if you order larger sizes online, you can take it into the store for returns without shipping it back. read more

This location is better than any other location that I have been to, and I haven't been to all of them. It's more of a square layout, so you don't get confused walking to the back of the store trying to find the dressing rooms. Pretty much the store is bright and white, and the dressing rooms are lit in the middle and are set up to be very accessible. There are dozens of employees walking around. The product is very organized as well - even the sale section is organized by color and size. Pleasant experience. read more

Th customercservice is poor, the store is disorganized and tge sles associates are not available to help. I tried to do an even exchange with a gift receipt and it took 3 associates to assist me with a simple transaction. Sad that this corporation doesn't empower their associates to make the right decisions to keep the customers happy read more
