Easter get your basket full of candies, chocolates, and cute little bunnies. Peeps of multiple colors and cute fluffy bunnies. During Halloween you can get huge yard displays and loads of large bags of candy with plenty of variety for everyone. Thanksgiving turkeys are here. Also during Christmas you can get a turkey, ham, pot roasts, and a legit prime rib! Really the meat section year round is amazing! I love the clothing section. Colombia, 32 degree, Carter's, Nike, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, and Eddie Bauer to name a few. The prices cannot be beat! They also have good discounted items. The jackets and sweat suits are my favorite. Some items here you can always find but others can come and go. Sometimes I find items I love but then I go back and they don't have them anymore so no guarantees. If you find something you like I suggest you stock up. The coffee is always a good price as well as items you always need like toilet paper and paper towels. Laundry detergent and ziploc bags, as well as tinfoil are a must to get! You will get the best price. The check-out line moves fast if you want that option it is available here. The line may look long but it moves fast trust me. Sometimes staff will even help you scan items making it very convenient. The number one reason I choose to shop at Costco is the return policy! Folks listen up. Costco has a return policy of any item including food! As long as the food isn't expired, if you were not satisfied for any reason, you can return it! If you buy electronics or say a vacuum and it stops working after a few years, and you are not satisfied in any way, you can return it! The customer service here exceeds every expectation. This is the only Costco I've ever been to, so I don't have much to compare it to. While it's super busy, it is truly a well oiled machine. Food court is fast and efficient, samples are plentiful, and check out is quick, and usually very friendly. I've made some great finds here like a $20 Pendleton soft throw, Minnie Mouse outfits for my daughter, and various fun kids' activities. Parking can be a little difficult, and sometimes other patrons can be quite aggressive. Overall, though, this Costco is always fun to shop at. read more

The dining area is under construction so there little space to sit and eat especially with customers needing their big shopping carts next to them, then it's impossible to squeeze by. The hearing aid center personnel at the Costco hearing aid center at the East Grant Street location are always rude and dismissive. My last visit I asked for a pack of ear wax filters showing them which ones fit and which ones fall out. They handed me a pack and said these are all by the same manufacturer so they will fit yours. The ones they gave me won't stay in. I think that they think all old people are stupid and they don't like their job. I have been treated the same on at least three different visits. read more

A bit of shopping today at Costco before the holidays. They have TV's on sale so I got one. It's been years last time I purchased a TV. Costco gives you additional warranty years on it. Easy to use with Netflix, Apple AirPlay mode and many other features and no need for extra remote or equipment. Who doesn't love Samsung brand TV? I think it's the best after Sony. My last Samsung TV lasted over 20 yrs and I donated and it was still in perfect working condition. Good value for the money and quick service today even though the store was super busy. I've been a Costco member since 1985 when they were The Price Club. This location is my favorite in Tucson and I really enjoy shopping here. They consistently have sales on popular items and add new items all the time. Prices can be really good, although it is worth checking prices at other retailers as. you may get them less. The $5 roasted chicken is a deal you can pass up. And the $1.50 hot dog/soda deal is amazing. Really good hot dog. This location just moved their food court indoors which is a nice improvement. Ok, so my son and I came to Costco after he got off from work on Thursday December 4th about 6:30 pm. First off the parking lot is dark you can't see anything. The place is always packed so we had to park on the outskirts of the parking lot. Get into the store people push you if you're not moving fast enough, I'm handicap and deaf, so I don't walk fast. Got only a few things which was over 50.00!! Check out was a breeze since they did a pre- check out. Went to leave and the people driving cars don't care if your in the road trying to cross they will run you over, they don't stop if they see someone trying to cross. We almost got run over in the Dark parking lot by someone in an SUV speeding through the parking lot. It's very dangerous to go to Costco and try to get into the store. People back up without looking. Can't afford much in there anymore so I'll be considering a different store to go to. read more

Called customer service and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it because it was now expired even though they can see on their end the dates I tried using the code in my cart. have used Costco gas in many places across the country in this particular place it was clean and well attended with staff available to help you no matter what type of situation you may need from forgetting your card to trouble at the pump. Costco has lots of things for the consumer to feel good about 1st of all the quality of their gas is excellent especially for the price point and I really need premium and it's anywhere from 10 to 20 cents a gallon less than is in the general market. It's a great value. The quality of their goods are also excellent in the store. Including lots of organic food in the crazy value of their $5 roasted chicken just like a miniature turkey. But most important they pay a livable wage for their average employees including health care and benefits and I always want to support a large port a large retail Box store that does this type of thing. read more

This is for the Costco Food Court specifically: they have a sign near the registers that say you can call in to order a pizza. We called and we're told they do not accept phone orders. WTAF?! Another time we paid for pizza and a chicken bake, stood in line and then we're told it would be 30 minutes for the pizza but they gave us the chicken bake. DUDE! why do I want my chicken bake now when the rest of my food is not ready for another half an hour? I'm taking this home and now the person eating the chicken bake will have food that is nearly an hour old, after I wait for the pizza and drive home. Definitely room for improvement when it comes to common sense and customer service. read more

NE location is my main go to because they stock most of the items I use and prefer. Mixed feelings about the new order yourself kiosk at the foodcourt. Just remember, that jobs are important for all skill levels in humans. This Costco is generally busy on the weekends, and it's a guarantee that the gas pumps are busy. I will say that the last two times I've visited this location, the self checkout associates have been rushed and rude. I don't have a Costco membership but my friend does & we went in here when I was visiting Tucson the other day to buy some Carne Asada that they sell which is the BOMB!!! Place was busy, but not too bad to be able to get in & out of. It seems all the Costco's I've ever been in are always busy. Was kinda cool to see their food court outside vs inside like the ones in Las Vegas do. There is soooo much stuff in this store to look @ and buy! Seemed that they weren't really enforcing social distancing with people in line to get out or the people in the food lines but shame on the customers for not doing this to begin with. I joined Costco almost a year ago. I've only gone twice, but each time I spent a lot of money. This time I bought a lot of food and household basics (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues). A lot of things come in very large sizes, sometimes too large for someone who lives alone. Prices are generally pretty good, selection within categories rather limited. read more

Each time i repeated myself you berated and began to personally insult me more. I've been to two different locations here & by far this is my favorite. Every time I come here it's busy but it's to be expected. It's a very large Costco with so much more selection. I always find something I didn't know I needed. The prices are great but of course everything is in bulk. Most times if I purchase something that is perishable I just share with my neighbors as I know I won't be able to consume it before it goes bad. At a Not very busy day, checking out a few but heavy big items in my cart last week, going towards the self check, there are 4-5 employees helping customers with scanning their shopping. There is this guy who is standing himself next to an available scanning station, but pointing me to another available machine with no attendee. What's the catch here? If you are there to do the job and help customers out with scanning, then suck it up and do it. If you don't like your job for any reasons, do NOT come out of your house. There are 60 cameras all around the check outs, so I am sure this kind of routine behavior is visible to whomever watching them. I assure you it does not take a genius to spot it. I'm very happy they are open and providing the same quality good food selection that frees me up to do more than cook during this pandemic - - nearly all our meals are at home, which was making me crazy as the appointed cook, aka Mom, daughter to my elderly mother, my hubs, my son & his wife and 7 Guinea pigs. Go at your own peril this time of year. No sanitizer and lots of snow birds bringing their colds etc to us. We went this week and both my husband and I are now sick. Also got their hot dog good deal they offer and the noise of the air conditioning in the eating area was beyond loud and people so rude. Not that way in the summer mo when mostly locals. I've noticed a lot of previously important people (called pips) in the stores lately where almost run over by people in such a rush to be first everywhere and apparently entitled to be that way. Just wish snow birds would respect our town more and ~ they may have money for a second home here but we live here year around and I get sick of their nonsense. read more

NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER .. Worst Worst experience I've ever had at a Costco ever .!! Unfortunately this is the only Costco. It's closest to me when I'm in Tucson visiting family. So we came in to Costco on (Wednesday before thanksgiving about 12/1 pm ) i entered, with their electric wheelchair and my service dog was just sitting down in front of me in between my legs on the floor of the wheel chair chart (OH BY THE WAY SHE WAS WEARING HER SERVICE DOG VEST AND IT WAS CLEARLY PRINTED LARGE ENOUGH FOR THEM TO SEE SHE IS A WORKING DOG) the greeter chick on the left decided to try to grill me about why I'm bringing her in and ask for my diagnosis (which is a violation of HIPAA) and this all was with an huge attitude. My professional is working in the medical field industry. BECAUSE COSTCO IS NOT A DRS OFFICE SO ... I legally do not have to answer why I have a service dog or what it is needed for and esp to release my diagnosis. YOU GUYS ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE HIPPA ACT. I was about to physically get up and show her why I needed my service dog for . But to be grilled when I enter in a Costco which I never have been. Because my dog is well behaved and trained. While my young niece and nephews were with me in this happened. They were shocked of how I was grilled and how rude the girl/lady was. When I told her why I needed my service dog she responded no that's not what I need to hear. And with attitude while trying to hold up the line. (The lady with the longer brown hair I think she was Asian or Hispanic girl needs to have an attitude checked.) I went the day after Thanksgiving, Black Friday to talk to the managers at entrance to let them know that I do not appreciate being grilled and legally they cannot violate my HIPAA rights. When I asked one greeter if she knew she said she wasn't working Wednesday, but then proceeded to send me to the other side which was the front end mgr ( who I think was Hispanic with long brown hair and short ) who also had a attitude like I was bothering them . when I asked who the girl was on Wednesday . A response of I wasn't working on Wednesday from her was also said .. OK That's wonderful, but I wasn't asking if they were working on Wednesday because clearly I could see that they were not the person I was harassed by. When I informed them what happened they brought out a laminated sheet with two questions that they can ask a customer with the service dog when technically We don't have to answer any of those questions. Just so you know that because a customer doesn't look like they have a disability don't judge them or think they are faking it especially because they have a service doDo you think we want to bring them in they are our emergency team when something happens in public. You don't know each customer and their Medical reasons or history or why or what's going on. And AGAIN I technically do not have to tell you why I need my service off or what my diagnosis is or what is going on with me that is between my doctors and I need to know Obviously there's a reason why I need your handicap wheelchair think about that ... And you should never judge a book by the cover ever or make some one with a disability feel bad like you guys go with me and I see a lot of other with disability's . Again My service dog is trained and knows how to respond to my medical needs. I've never experienced this issue at any of the Costco's in my town. This Costco has employees that have bad attitudes and are extremely rude. Even the managers with (long brown hair ) when I was informing her of the situation, had an attitude,. Listen, we are the customers if you're not happy with your job and have attitude and work with customers that and why you have a job and provide business for you. If you're not happy and don't want to deal with customers or their concerns or complaints, Please step out of the line of unemployment give room to people that have better attitudes and better customer service then find somewhere else to go. I know Tucson is small, but go somewhere where you don't have to deal with the public as a manager or an employee . I would not recommend this Costco at all. My star rating is a big fat 0.This is the worst Costco I've ever ever been to. There needs to be retraining and reviews gone over for employees in this situation. I love Costco. I've been converted about a year ago and this location is very conveniently located by the freeway. They have a good stock and I've always been impressed with the speed and professionalism of their staff. Costco gas is great, and costco tire has great deals. Signing up for service was easy and informative. The only thing that removed a star was their parking situation. The lot itself is really rough to get in and out of. Be aware of how busy this location gets post work and on weekends. I try to avoid any time of day that provides those free samples, as it gets too crowded and I can't move my cart around easily in the aisles. read more
