I got a cards hat for Christmas. My kids got me the wrong size. I came into the store to just swap it. They said well our 45 day exchange policy won't allow us too. They bought the hat on 10/29. You would think for Christmas presents they would bend a little and honor it from 12/25 You just lost a big sports fan and family who used to buy from your store. No more. We are done. We will take our business elsewhere. We won't be sad when you shut down. Where is the customer service skills. I understand policies. But when someone buys a present early you should bend just a little. It's not like I asked for a refund. read more

Sports memorabilia stores always bring me back to my childhood. When my parents would drag me to the mall -- or when I was a developing teenager -- I would always, without fail, spend a significant portion of time inside whatever that mall's dedicated sports memorabilia store is. Over the years, however, these stores have become much less desirable. For example, this specific one carries an abundance of merchandise from a small handful of franchises. Granted, winning franchises sell t-shirts, hats, jerseys and other products much faster and in larger numbers than teams who are mired in mediocrity or are perennial losers, but there are certain franchises that are still highlighted in this store and they haven't been good in several years (i.e., The Dallas Cowboys, LA Lakers). Also, 99% of this stuff is ridiculously overpriced and in the realm of online wholesale, it's not all that difficult to find the exact same items at a fraction of the cost. There is no way I am ponying up the cost for an authentic NBA jersey at Just Sports when I can obtain an identical product without thinning out my wallet. On top of that, over the years, the staff seems like nothing more than an apathetic group of high school / college students that have their mind on something completely unrelated to work. Not that I can blame them, because working in sports retail is a thankless job mired in monotony and stagnancy. I may return periodically to check their clearance section or to see if they have a sale on hats, but I will continue to purchase the vast majority of my online sports goodies throughout various online wholesalers. read more

Seriously?? The Eagles won the Superbowl over two weeks ago and all the store had was a hand full of T-shirts and a window decal??? I asked the employee why there wasn't more merchandise and his only answer was "well we only carry certain teams". Get your shit together this is supposed to be a sports store. I was just doing some christmas shopping for family and friends browsing around with a couple of my friends when 3 of there employees began talking smack about all of us calling us posers and such. I was having a great day till that happened, i spoke with the manager who seemed really cool and told him what happened and said he would talk to them. Would recommend this place but i don't appreciate people who try and give good customer service then go behind your back talking smack about you when you did nothing wrong. read more

Was helped by a Hispanic girl with long curly black hair. I am not sure, but I believe her name was Vanessa, or Veronica. She was rude! She barley acknowledged me and when I did ask for help she scoffed, and put her phone back into her pocket. She didn't even leave the counter to help me find the item, just pointed and said "Somewhere over there in that corner". I wont be returning. read more

Bought my son a blanket from this store for Christmas. Edging on blanket began detaching second week of January. Went in and had it taken care of with Manager, he was having another one sent over from Tucson Mall store. Wrote my name and number in the book they keep at the register. Never got a phone call so finally went in with blanket to take care of the situation. There was a new manager there. He refused to take care of it. All info from January was taken out of the book so all records were gone. Manager is rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. read more

I like the merchandise here and I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store. They are pricey but I still buy it. I went to return a shirt tonight for the same exact shirt in a different size. I had the receipt. They would not exchange it for me because I didn't have my debit card. So with this policy, if you give a gift to someone, I guess they cannot return the item for the same exact item in a different size if they don't have the receipt. That does not make any sense at all. I stood in line and couldn't get the exchange. Bad policy. I will tell all of my friends about this and I will be doing my shopping on line at the NFL store.
