I went and took in like…read morethree bags of clothes and a sign in front of the trade and exchange counter says that they are taking winter clothes, puffy clothes and Halloween stuff, which one of my bags was all winter clothes that were unused and brand new still, and they told me they are not taking winter clothes, even though the sign states differently, and I had brought in a couple other things two of the same thing they only took one instead of both which didn't make sense because it was exactly the same thing in the same condition. It was definitely disappointing how expensive everything is there for certain carriers that are only running $30 at a store like $50 here I won't be back.

Today I bought two cocktail type dresses, a romantic floral faux wrap dress and a cute pair of nude Mary Jane heels for $50. Staff is always fun and accommodating. Did I mention they carry extended sizes through 4x, petites and more? That's super impressive! I've never consigned there, but I'm continually impressed with the quality of the clothes, designer options and incredible prices. I spoke to Lisa, the owner, on the phone and we scheduled an appointment to bring in my things for consignment. There is a limit of ten items on hangers (yes, you get your hangers back, lol), and up to five accessories like shoes and purses. My appointment was yesterday and I am impressed with how appealing and attractive the store is. The clothes are quality, in good condition, and in a wide variety of styles and sizes. Lisa was very friendly and helpful, even collecting my things from my car. She explained the contract and the online presence is very cool. The seller can check the status of items at any time! Nice! Parking is super convenient, with spaces right in front of the store and a huge parking lot beyond that. The store is located in the Albertson's center on the NE corner of Harrison and Broadway. My initial experience is worth five stars, and if my things sell, I'll bump up my overall rating.

A beautiful store can only go so far when you can't even greet customers, do not recommend this store.

For years I was stuck ordering on line - but now AZ is lucky enough to have 2 stores! Here and North of here. This location is my favorite- it's set up, the staff, their Jewelry selection. The ladies will always say "Hi welcome, please let me know of there's anything I can help you with" - and I always promptly reply with - I want one of everything! Their displays are just beautiful.
