The woman in the store looked at us knocking and RAN in the back! We stayed 10 minutes knocking. We can't buy this pacifier in stores and it's our only one left. This lovely woman came back out, shook her head in disgust at us and walked away again without even asking what we needed. I wouldn't be frantically knocking if it wasn't important. Nice customer service. Never again! Too far away to drive back and get it tomorrow.

From casual to athletic wear, and even some more formal clothing, to undergarments -- in mens, women's, kids, plus sizes, etc -- they have it all. The variety is amazing. The clearance racks have some killer deals if you're willing to take the time to go through them. The regular clothing deals vary from ok to great -- particularly the women's jeans/pants (they're not always the greatest brands, but hey, they're cheap and will do just fine for me). I've found a few nice dress shirts and blouses too, for good prices. Vanity Fair is a mother company for many brands, so you'll find Lee, Wrangler, Reebok, Nautica, and so many other popular brands. They even have some Jansport backpacks. My brother and husband like shopping the mens' section for the huge variety of cargo shorts they have. And for their "outdoorsy" apparel. The dressing rooms are ok. There are plenty stalls, but they're just blocked with a curtain that doesn't close quite well. There was a bit of a gap that I'm sure someone could see through if they wanted to be a creep. I'm not hugely bothered by this, but I can see how someone else might be. Just be careful of where you stand and you'll be fine. The employees are nice, and the store is always put together and clean, despite the amount of people rummaging through the clothing all the time. I wish this mall was closer to the east side of town because I love this store and so many others here!

Tucson AZ - outlet location Marana AZ…read more Horrible experience today. When we walked in, there were two associates working. One lady who was the assistant store manager and one guy. When we walked in, no one spoke to us. My dad found a shoe that he wanted so he took them up to the register where he waited in line for several minutes while the lady was chatting away with her friend in personal conversations. I had to walk to the other side of the register to get help. When she saw me, she picked her eyebrows up and said can I help you but I can see her irritation at that time. I said yes, my dad would like to try some shoes on. She walked over to the shoes and scanned them so I walked away and I came back a couple of minutes later and she is talking to the guy again at the counter about different outfits they're gonna be wearing at different times. I asked my dad if she was getting the shoes and he said no that she handed it off to that guy. The guy took several minutes to locate the shoes in the back. When he came out, he was walking towards us until he saw that guy and instantly walked over there and started doing handshakes and asking him what's up. I said this is so ridiculous, Can we please just get the shoes so we can try them on? There was a lady waiting in front of us. He was frustrated and there was a lady behind us who was frustrated. The guy didn't answer me, but he walked past me and took the shoes to the counter and the lady told me we have other customers here we have to help. I said no, you were Personally chatting while we're waiting for our shoes. She then said that's fine, we don't have to help you and snatch the shoes off the counter. I asked her for her name and she walked to the back and wouldn't give it to me. As soon as she did that, the other gentleman walked straight over to the guy and carried on a personal conversation with no acknowledgment to us again. I stood in the store and called the Tucson location so I can get a hold of a manager and they finally told her friend that you should probably leave now. Angela, who is the lady told the Tucson manager that I was cussing at her and that's why she refused service, which is a total lie. Hoping to get a hold of district and have those videos pulled so they can see what terrible service she provided not only for us, but for the other people in the store. There was quite a few frustrated people, and I was told that Angela's behavior has been like this towards several other people in the past. What a disappointment. I was there to get my dad a Father's Day gift. The outlet mall is out of my way and I left there with nothing because they wanted to hang out with their friend instead of work.

The clerks were friendly whilst I was shopping and upon checkout. Left with a haul much bigger than expected and a big smile on my face. I will definitely be back.

We offered $30 donation to the store. We offered to get it out of the trash. Everything was absolutely NO. We got home and figured out what was wrong, and offered to come back to try. They said NO we already cut the cord and threw it away. We offered to still pay as we could fix the cord. The manager was extremely cold and wouldn't listen. He sternly said you can't get it out of the trash, don't try. Go to Deseret where everyone is kind and working towards a goal of helping others and making customers happy and satisfied !

If I could leave a zero review I would leave it, terrible customer service, no one wants to help or…read moreoffer solutions when problems arise in the store, the one who calls herself a manager, someone named "AJ" from the store, does not know what the word service means to the client and even less the word solution, I am completely sure that in day of training, well, if she went through one, because I honestly doubt it, i'm pretty sure she fell asleep during the customer service training. Most of those "workers" who are in that store should NOT work there. They spend their time gossiping instead of assisting people to find the product they need, those who called themselves managers and not knowing how to solve a problem should reconsider if this is really the job they want to have. I don't recommend this store, unless you want to have a really BAD DAY!!!
