Brands that do not compare to KanCan & low rise KanCan jeans were thrown into my dressing room. I cannot wear low rise or mid rise because they do not offer enough coverage, but there were still low rise and mid rise jeans thrown into my fitting room. The associate also threw in some shirts for me to "try" and assumed my size without asking. The shirts were 2 sizes too big and completely opposite of my style. I'm not sure why she didn't ask my size or my style. None of the jeans in the fitting room worked out & after I told her I'd seen some pieces online I wanted, she was adamant about showing me what she had on the store iPad instead of letting me show her what I already pulled up. Overall it was an irritating experience. If I'm paying $60+ for jeans, I want to enjoy the experience, not have things I hate thrown my way or other things I'm disinterested in at the moment.

Ok so I'm 59, didn't know that the dress had an age limit, so I didn't buy it and you talk about feeling shitty about yourself this young girl has no idea how to please customers, nor did she understand when I did purchase my shoes when I told her, " you should not insult older people, we have more money than the young girls", she was so clueless she just laughed..... Well no worries Love Culture every older lady I know will certainly hear this story. Teach your younger employees that a customer old or young pays her paycheck, customers keep your business going and insults will not bring you the purchasers coming back for more... Bad customer service award of the year!!!!!!

I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I had no idea what I wanted but came in with an open mind. The selection of gowns, veils, accessories and more is great. I looked through both the pre-owned dresses (donated) as well as designer samples (from other boutiques that are donated) and ended up with a sample dress. My wedding dress budget was $2500 and they told me (at that time) that none of their current dresses are over $1200 (though some have MSRP over that). My dress was 60% off MSRP. They have an option to hold the dress for a week for $50 (non refundable or goes toward purchase). I did this and then came back a few days later. There's a warm feeling knowing part of the proceeds go toward a good cause related to their mission. Truly sustainable luxury!
