We went in the entrance way down on the right as you face the store. My husband needed a motorized cart because he was having bad arthritis pain. The carts were near the entrance way across the store near the left entrance. A staff member told me that the one I was trying to drive to my husband was not working. I had to ask him which one worked. He showed me and said that I just had to unplug it. Didn't even offer to do it himself. I drove the cart to my husband and shortly after he started using it the battery died. The store is not handicap-friendly. There was a staff member behind a counter near the door where we had entered who was just sitting there doing nothing and didn't offer help. Throughout the store, nobody asked whether we needed help finding anything. Customer service was bad. read more

I had more than 10 items today and the express self-serve line is supposedly limited to 10 so I walked past all 12 registers none of which was open. I complained to someone who seemed might be a manager and he said he could be happy to open a register. He totally missed the point. Not sure what has changed, but the isles are not home to large boxes mailing it hard to navigate, merchandise in front of the check out lanes in huge cardboard mixes making it difficult to get to the checkouts. In my last several visits, most of the isles had more Target employees stocking - making it nearly impossible to get around them and get the items needed. Add to this large cleaning machines operated by persons not looking and operating like you are on their way. Who has the priority here? I recognize these things need to be done, but more often than not, it makes shopping like an obstacle course - and always feeling like I am in their way. Common courtesy goes a long way. Messy store, clothes all over the floor, your stepping all over the clothes and items . Bad management.

I like the fact that this Target is always clean and stocked! All the employees are wearing masks and sanitizing regularly. And they always seem to have TP lol. My one big dislike is that it's all self check out except for two lanes. If I have to bag my own stuff I should be getting a discount for doing their job! And that goes for any places that does self checkout. This target has a Starbucks in it, which is nice. My only beef with that is sometimes the Starbucks in Targets put out their new holiday cups out the night before the release and then you stand in line only to be told "sorry we put everything out last night and we have nothing left" I'm sure all the employees got first dibs. Not only is it huge, but it is clean, well stocked with product, and easy to navigate. In addition to that, the customer service here is great and I never have a problem finding what I want or checking out within a reasonable time. This review is only for online orders. I tried to cancel my order within an hour and there was nowhere to do it this was placed at 11 o'clock at night. There's no way it got shipped right then. I called all night and finally got somebody at 6 in the morning. They said they couldn't do anything. They shipped it anyway and then they sent just refused to put a sign in the door while FedEx left it anyway. It's been a mess. I've made 6 phone calls to target with no resolve. The store is great but don't order anything online. In my opinion this was a very sad experience. read more

I had previously asked 3 other associates who were just chatting away, and vaguely directed me to the section I was looking for. This is the worst place ever to Go for Optical! They broke my glasses and replace them with cheaper frames and made my Bi focal Lines too high. They have my glasses ams sunglasses too Loose and thru do not know How to tighten glasses. I spend $470 for a exam And lenses . I had my own new frames and they ruined them And won't give me refund ! This is by far my favorite location. Its clean, well stocked, staff is helpful. Not to mention their pickup and drive up service is AMAZING! They recently renovated so the store is easier to navigate (and of course spend money) 1 Star- Total failure of an experience based on this experience would not return. Would not recommend. 2 Star- Below average on several levels, not a total failure. Wouldn't seek out to return or recommend. 3 Star- Average experience, minimum expectations met. Nothing that says wow or that stands out. Would return if someone else wanted to come, not a regular go to. 4 Star- Above average experience, will come here again and recommend to friends and family. 5 Star- This will be a regular go to and will be highly recommended to people I know. What can I say? I just love Target. This is the closest one to our house, so we venture here quite often. Usually at least twice a week. Now that they have an expanded grocery section, we go even more. They have all the staple items we need and more. They also have all the household cleaners/items, hygiene products, and over-the-counter medications that we use, at great prices. There are some departments where their selection isn't the best, like certain bathroom and kitchen items, but overall, they can often be our "one stop shop". This particular Target is always clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is laid out in a way that is easy enough for me to navigate. My only gripe is that they sometimes don't have enough registers opened, but when the lines are getting out of hand, they are generally quick to remedy that. In summary: I love Target, even though they take more money from me than I ever plan on spending because I always find more items I need! I don't mind, though. read more

We used our target red card for the first time in a year or so after getting a use or loose notification in the mail. Charged about $60. First bill we get has a $28 late fee attached to it. Thanks Target for everything. This is the second time this occurred. Last time was why we quit using it. The card is now cut in pieces. Talk about an amazing Black Friday experience! Nothing compared to last year. Customer Service was incredible. I was lucky enough to remember the names of the two girls who made me and my little family's experience amazing. Shawn with Customer Service was the sweetest person on such a hectic busy day. She was patient with us pulling up our pick up order barcodes and was kind enough to not makes us feel like there was anyone else behind us. Her energy and customer service was everything we needed. Katrina was also amazing, she came up to us while we were roaming the isles and asked if we needed anything. We ran into her again, this time with a crying toddler and she took a few seconds to talk to her which calmed her down! That was great because it allowed us to finish up our shopping trip. Went there for shoes and a few new shirts. Men's shoes section consisted of one small center island with about 20 pairs and that was all types included. The men's clothing racks were empty and what was left was really bad. No solid colors no XL/2X/3X sizes. Went by the cosmetics to get some nail trimmers, the cheapest they had were $12.99... I'll not return to Target for anything. read more

This place has a Starbucks and recently they just did a revamp on the electronics department. The employees are all fairly friendly and I haven't had a issue with customer service, taking anything back within 90 days. With the occasional traffic jam of people In the store ...everyone else having the same idea to come here at the same time .....it's great. Don't try to go here in a hurry on a Friday evening ..... I shop at this Target often when I'm down in Tucson, as it's a favorite stop of my significant other's and her daughter's! It's a big store, and even during the busy times, they always seem to have lots of registers open. I do appreciate how easy it is to get around the store. I'm a Target Popcorn/Soda combo nerd, and I have to have it in order to tolerate (because I'm a guy,) shopping. This location has a clean snack bar area, friendly staff usually, and lots of great things to choose from. There's even a Starbucks inside the store, right next to the snack bar too. Normally a store will have one or the other - not both. So this store scores! The only issue I have with Target is still its "app" The app doesn't match the prices & availability in the store, and the cartwheel function is cumbersome and at times confusing. The staff in the store mostly always go out of their way to serve/make the customer experience as great as possible. So that's a plus too! I'll review Target's with a 5-star, as soon as they can fix the app. Until then, it's not a 5-star experience (as I've already reported to Target in Phoenix where I live, and have yet to hear back on my concerns.) In this store though, before I forget, there was a hat that didn't have a price tag on it... The young man working there took my hat to the fitting room, examined the cap/entered some numbers onto his hand-held device, and then pointed his device at a ticket printer (also hand-held) SHAZAM! It printed a new tag for me on the spot. Now if they can have that kind of amazing tech available, Target can get their silly app to function better. Please? read more

I think this is the weirdest layout of a Target store I have ever been it. Although, today I did find a hidden jewel. There is a target optical in the store...I know who knew that at this location there was an optical?!? They have groceries, clothes, and all your normal Target items. The customer service desk is helpful, but I have been ignored several times when visiting and I have also had to wait at the photo kiosk for about 25+ mins just to get one picture from the machine. That is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I love Target and the whole experience...I am a huge fan! read more

I was all set to move when I found out a Target was being built in my "backyard." I am glad I didn't. With 3 children and another on the way Target has been a time/life saver. My personal favorite is their dollar section. I can always find a little something for the girls there and even though it is junk it is colorful and they love it. Cheap soy milk and diapers are only a few minutes away! Oh and my DVD collection has increased 10 fold since shopping there with their dirt cheap prices! read more

I kind of have a love-hate relationship with Target. I get excited to go there and could spend hours buried in the aisles, but then the spending can get out of control. They recently renovated this store and now they have a grocery section, which is awesome, although it did take some time getting used to the new layout. Times NOT to go to this Target: - 5-6 pm on weekdays. Just trust me on this. - Sunday mornings/early afternoons, aka Whenever Church Gets Out. The lines get really long and unfortunately the staff doesn't adjust well to a sudden influx of customers the way other stores around town does. That being said, this Target is less than a mile from my house, so I love the convenience. The staff is always quick to ask if we need help finding anything (which can get a little annoying the 4th or 5th time, but it's better than being ignored when you really DO need help). read more

This is my favorite Target in Tucson-though I'm not sure why, when I leave with a lot less money than when I came in! Love the grocery-staff is friendly. The lines get a little out of control, even when they have a few registers open. I've had a few instances where the cashier is either very chatty, slowing down their scanning efficiency, or just plain slow. It makes for a long check out trip with two kids in tow. I wish the clearance kids' clothes was better organized, since it is really hard to find sizes, etc, when it's all just kind of hung up without any rhyme or reason. My experience with Target Optical was really bad. My wife and I stopped in to order glasses from them on 3/4. 10 days later I get a call that my glasses were in, but they had a scratch on the lens. They said I could wear the scratched glasses while they ordered a new pair. I was grateful for that, glad they caught it before me. But here is where my experience with Target optical took a turn for the worst. I came back a week later, and a lady looked up in the computer and said that they were still in the lab, and that it should be a few more days. My wife and I went on vacation to vegas for a week (would have been nice to have the glasses I ordered for my vacation, but I did have a *new (scratched)* pair so off we go. So it's been another week now and no phone call. So I go to work and ask my wife to call and see whats going on. We get back from vacation and no word from Target. I go to work and ask my wife to call and check up. She gets a story about the re-order never being submitted and that they will submit it now and call me yet another 7-10 days later. This is when I should have walked away from Target Optical. Someone either lied to me in parson when I stopped in before my vacation or lied to my wife about the situation with my glasses after our vacation. Here I am, a full month and a half later (outside the return policy) and I just picked up my glasses today. A month and a half. I talked to the manager (Nick) about this situation and that it has been my worst experience I've ever had with any optical business ever. I paid a lot and got lied to in the process. He said he could give me a 30 dollar refund for my troubles. Now I have a 30 dollar merch card for Target. That's the last 30 dollars I am ever spending with this company ever again. If you are reading this before you actually make the purchase, run! Go somewhere else. Their current Google rating of 2.8 stars is a little generous. Don't wast your time here. Don't get lied to. Just don't. A month and a half... Deep down I get the feeling that the replacement pair also came in scratched and no one wanted to speak up this time. If you shop here you may have a good experience, but if something goes wrong you will not be able to trust them. They will lie to you about the status and keep you on the hook until it's too late to ask for your money back. read more

Whenever I'm around this area of town I always enjoy coming to this Target. I felt like I found the Target of all Targets upon entering this time. Everything was new and unused in the cosmetics area. Even limited edition items that I hadn't seen elsewhere. all the items on the shelves were clean, and it didn't look as if thousands of people spilled liquids all over. It was nice. I went to the clothing area and even found some items that I hadn't seen at other Targets. Then I reached the registers. Being the introvert I am, I hurried to the self check-out, payment in hand. The man at the area of the check out named Ian was the creepiest person I've ever met at a Target store. He stood at my register watching my every move, and to be a nice courteous person I moved to the front register in case anyone entered behind me. Yet Ian took that as a social cue to follow me. My husband and myself had to endure the entire check out listening to Ian's army brat stories of his love for his father. He told these stories in such detail that he got in my face, literally, several times and clinged to my cart for dear life. My personal space was truly invaded. If you ever end up at this Target, I hope that you do not experience the same customer service I did. Truly disturbing. read more

I have never had such a bad experience at any target. I found a pillow that was marked down from 49,99 to 17,98 a great deal I thought. But coming to the register it turned out they marked al of them wrong. It can happen, but that they send somebody over there to quickly take al of them to a backroom and practically accuse me of trying to forge the price has me furious. My wife was crying and it was extremely embarrassing. As a compensation they offered a 3$ discount card. What felt like a slap in the face. read more

It's the best Target in Tucson in my opinion. The staff are friendly, prices are quite good, and it's never been jam packed busy. I've been to this location over a dozen times from as early as 8am to as late as 6pm and it's never busy. If you live on the Eastside and need to go to a Target I highly recommend this location. read more

Target is my go-to place for all things household related. It's clean and bright. The aisles are wide. The selection is great. It has a Starbucks so I can indulge in a little coffee goodness while shopping. Yes, it is a chain, but the staff is what makes this location so awesome. Always friendly, always helpful. I don't think I've ever been in here that I haven't been asked at least once during my visit if I'm finding everything okay (and I don't generally walk around looking confused) by some random staffer I pass in one of the aisles. read more
