I purchased something and they take the time to "gift wrap" it in some tissue and a bag with a bow. Very thoughtful. The only thing I missed and maybe it was just that day... there was no music on. I was in the store for about 7 minutes and not a "hello" or "welcome" was said. I think because of that, I didn't want to touch anything. There were maybe 5 other customers in the store. And as I was walking out I also didn't hear anyone say "thank you" or "have a nice day!" Or Happy Holidays!" Nothing. I used to like coming here when I worked close by and would stop in to shop for my coworkers. I don't remember the staff being unfriendly like today.

I also love that they host pop up markets in the space and invite in other makers. I've discovered some great new products and artists here and always have the best time at workshops (I didn't take pictures, but the cocktail, charcuterie and dried flower arrangement one has been my favorite.) They also offer private events, which I've stumbled upon a few times and always seem lovely. Hilari has the best taste and is always so friendly when I stop in. It's been lovely getting to know her and see this shop grow and thrive over the past few years.
