Filing a claim was simple, and they followed up promptly by email. They quickly shipped the replacement part directly to our home, and then I scheduled a technician to come out and make the repair. The technician was friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue we were experiencing, but he also took the time to inspect the entire sectional, which has three recliners. He carefully checked that everything was functioning properly and made sure the whole piece was working as it should. We are very happy with the furniture, the warranty service, and the excellent attention provided by the technician. Second is the lack of a public restroom which I find ridiculous--they advertise on social media so their audience is broad, after a two-hour trip being told you can use a restroom at Trader Joe's is ridiculously inconvenient. Would I recommend The Happy Saguaro? Yes and no, if you're in the area or enroute to other destinations, it's worth a stop. If you're looking for something in particular you have to have, call and it can be worth the drive but realize you may be paying for it.
