What a busy store ! I helped my daughter pick up large item as a holiday gift . Filled with probably anything thing for your home maybe , except beds? Plenty of friendly helpful staff . I had help to load a large item in my truck and young staff member helped me , thank you. Everyone loves a pickup truck owner when needed! The store looked addictive respectfully for shoppers looking for what they needed and What they didn't know they wanted until visiting Home Goods. It must be owned by another big store? Marshall's or T J Max? ( hgtv Jk ?) Looks like easy place to drop a hundred dollars or in my daughters case more ( sadly) but with great joy for her . #tmi read more

I was had a pretty ok experience other than the staff there are of no help at all even when asked . They avoid eye contact and walk right past you. Marina was especially rude and unhelpful. In fact. she leaned against the wall cleaning her finger nails and telling people with multiple carts that the was broken and did absolutely nothing to help. Another customer was polite enough to offer however. This is not the only place that I leaving this review. I am escalating it to higher management. read more

I simply adore Home Goods. This was my first visit to one outside of Michigan and it made this bargain shopper happy!!!! Think of it as TJ Maxx but all items for your home...I'm talking high end, quality, stylish pieces at a fraction of the price else where. Today, I went to get a dish scrubber. I found a totally rock n' roll scrubber that was black with a skull. I find it easier to do house hold chores when your cleaning supplies are cute, kitschy, eclectic and fun! It ran me 3.99....wayyyy cuter than something you would pick up at a Target. I also scored two stainless steel water bowl/food bowls for my dogs. They were 5.99 a piece and the bowls are in a stainless steel stand. My fiance loves Australian licorice, so I picked up some pomegranate blueberry flavor. Seriously, how can you not want a Keith Haring pop art broom...if you have to sweep, sweep in style! I really wanted to pick up a Cuisinart pizza pan for the grill which was a steal at 12 bucks. Home goods is great for gourmet mixers (think 00 soda from CO, Monin syrups, Palm restaurant), gourmet sauces and jams, dishes, bedding, towels, Colonial candles, Yankee Candles, furniture, rugs, pet beds, outdoor furniture, things for your yard....really, I'm a kid in a candy shop here. Home Goods is hit-or-miss for me, because every time I go in, I'm usually looking for something specific. Sometimes they have what I'm looking for, other times, not so much. Or they have it, but not quite in the decor style I really want. And even if Home Goods doesn't have the specific item I came in for, I can always find some other item(s) to buy in here! They have all kinds of home decorating stuff, as well as bedding, kitchen gadgets, towels, wall decorations, etc. On our most recent visit, I was looking for a kinda sorta decorative pillow that I could also use to prop myself up for my new chair. So it had to be pretty, but also comfy, and able to keep its shape even though it'll see some use. Did I mention I was also slightly picky about the color I was looking for? We had already been to Target, and not only were they a tad pricey, but they didn't have quite what I wanted. Home Goods, on the other hand, had quite the selection of decorative pillows! Being picky, I probably only found three or so that would work for me, but that's pretty good! It gave me options. I narrowed it down to a nice Ralph Lauren pillow, but what's that? It has a smudge of some kind on it! That's the big downfall of Home Goods. Too many people are wandering around, picking stuff up, manhandling it, throwing it wherever they drop it, etc. But, thankfully, there were three other of the same pillow. I grabbed a pristine one and continued to browse the store. I really, really love their selection of decorative glass vases and art. My husband had to keep pulling my attention back to the mission at hand, because we were on a time schedule, and I could've spent 20 minutes just looking at glass decorations. Just about everything is priced really well, too. I really think their pricing is fair. The checkout line is one of those automated lines that tell you what cashier to go to and when. I think we had about a minute wait. Our cashier, Yolanda, was very friendly, she handled our item with care, and thanked us for visiting. This is typical checkout customer service at Home Goods. Their only service downfall is that I never see any employees walking the floor to help customers. I guess you have to go to the front if you have a question. If you're decorating your house, definitely go browse Home Goods. I'm confident there will be something in there for just about everyone! read more

What a great selection of a variety of items for either yourself a friend I love one of spouse or anybody. This place has a wide range of nice products from higher end to lower end whether variety of price ranges. They also have a clearance section period from edible items to Knick knacks to home décor and furniture I'm pretty sure you can't leave here without finding what you want either in the store or online. A young lady came to the door told everyone to get in a single file and not to run, guess she is hard of hearing. She took off. Lady behind me told me they are there every day. Love to know what was so important? Overall the store is nice, clean. They had a lot of great Christmas decorations, food goods, household items, well stocked all over, clearance items were a bit to be desired a lot of broken items. Whenever I go into Home Goods, I'm always looking for something specific. It's like Ross or TJ Maxx, except just for your home. For people that love kitchen gadgets, new towels & sheets, boxes for organizing...this is your store. Tons of things you want, probably nothing you need. Does that stop you from buying it? Nope. They have a great selection of random kitchen appliances but dishware, pots & pans and baking items. I've also found a few higher-end china patterns on clearance (score!) and they have a pretty good selection of retro kitchen appliances. The store is organized into the following sections: kitchen, cooking, baking, bedroom, bathroom, junk room, cheesy decor, furniture, questionable-expiration-date-consumables, candles, framing, etc. Aisles are usually kept pretty clear, but after a major sale or holiday, give the poor employees some time to clean up after the Hurricane Customer(s). I've never had to wait in line for more than 3 minutes, but I've also never really seen any employees walking around the store either. If you need help, go straight up to the registers for the fastest service. And yes, yes you do need that table top brownie maker. Duh. read more

Stopped into Home Goods yesterday after my open house. It's conveniently located at Broadway & Kolb, and if you're trying to decorate a house, it's a good place to pick up odds and ends. I've found interesting things here to use for home staging, as well as fun things for my own home. Recently I purchased a lovely wind chime for $30, large sized Yankee Candles for $10, good biscotti for $4, and a pound of gourmet coffee for $6. You can save some serious money over retail & grocery stores (for the gourmet food items). They have a lot of comparable merchandise to Bed, Bath, & Beyond at much lower prices. It's one of those type of stores that you have to pop into every now and then just to see what they have, as their selection is constantly changing. They also have a new location in Oro Valley, on Oracle Road, just south of Magee. In addition to gourmet food products, I've also bought some silk plants, wine glasses, and towels here. The prices and the quality are good and consistent, and the selection is usually good too... They also sell some select furniture (no couches or beds) and a lot of framed artwork, mirrors, and lamps. I always find something I want or need at my Arizona Pavillions store. I love the selection of candles. My complaint is that they sell these very nice candles, I get them home and they have those awful price labels stuck on the glass. They are impossible to get off. Trying to scrape them off with a knife scratches the glass. Come on Home Goods, invest in the price labels that remove easily. Other stores have them,why can't you? read more

My favorite store! This one in Oro Valley isn't as big as the one on the Southeast side but it does the trick! I love finding great deals here! Their shipment truck doesn't come on a regular day each week, so it is hard to know when to go for your pick at the newest things first. They also don't go through their inventory as often as I would like, but I guess that happens when you have bigger pieces to sell than Marshall's. On Thursday July 6 2017 I joined my daughter in law and grandbabies to new store in marana pavilions everything was priced Right ! Beautiful things we go to check out and my granddaughter two yrs old got sick I mean really sick the cashier moved quickly to help clean up and offer cold water and roll of paper towels she was so kind and we kept apologizing and she remained calm and took control of what was a horrible situation and made us feel better didn't get her name long beautiful hair in her 50s native American I'm so sorry I didn't get name I was full of vomit from neck to my feet THANK YOU Home Goods we really appreciate how well you took care of us read more

I'm making over my bedroom, so I purchased the works, new bedding, towels, curtains and a shower curtain for my master bedroom from Home Goods on East Broadway. When I placed the quilt on my bed I noticed what appeared to be an oil stain on it. I tried to exchange it, but there were none left like the one I purchased. That's when salesperson Jolene saved me. She discounted my purchase because of the stain and gave me detailed instructions on how to remove the stain. She assured me that if the stain could not be removed I could return the quilt. I went home and followed Jolene's instructions to the letter, now the quilt looks brand new. I'm so impressed! read more

I live much closer to the Oro Valley Store. So it has surely become my favorite store. I have not been here for a while. Went in yesterday just moseying around looking for an outdoor chatchka for the outside. There is so much stuff to decorate the outside of your house as well as inside. Couldn't make up my mind though. Got several ideas. Anyhow, love checking out their gourmet food area which I believe has tripled in size since my last visit. TJMaxx and Marshalls are all under the same umbrella. More of favorite stores as well. I found my much loved jam from Kozlowski's Farms in Roseville, Calif. Fig and Muscat Wine. Amazingly delicious. In the clearance section there were two jars and I quickly picked them up before anyone could get to them. What a deal $2.50 each. Yum. The selection of chips is amazing. A bit expensive but if you are into healthy style eating it's quite an array of so many gourmet selections. Tons of bathroom, kitchen, children's room, art, plaques, picture frames, dog items. Have you ever been to Hobby Lobby? Home Goods sort of has that feel in there with random things like cute dishwashing brushes and lots of dark mahogany home accents. There are $100 mirrors, lots of paintings, and $300 floor rugs. If you like something more vintage or contemporary looking, this may not be the place for you though. This is more mainstream. The best part for me is finding the quilts and comforters for $30-40 - the down ones usually cost $100 at Bed Bath and Beyond or somewhere similar.
