I am giving the company a 1 for their terrible customer service! I went there today and found an item I wanted to purchase and the sales person asked if I wanted her to put it by the cash register while I continued to shop. I readily accepted her offer and continued to shop. When I was ready to check out with my item, I was told that they had sold the item to someone else and conveniently, no one remembered doing that! When I told the manager, he simply said he was sorry but it was a chaotic day and did not offer any other options! Clearly he doesn't mind if the staff doesn't tell the truth nor does he care about losing a customer! read more

Sent two, short emails to the Tucson address listed on their website -- both went ignored. Was inquiring about the price of an item in their store window, my family was considering purchasing it as a gift for a family member. When we got no response and with no availability to get over to Today's Patio again...we went with another option. I happened to be passing by again recently, and decided to pop in to get the price just to satisfy my curiosity. IMMEDIATELY upon entering the store, I'm aggressively greeted by two salespeople. I politely declined assistance. It took five seconds to go over and get the price of the item we'd been interested in...and upon exiting, an employee sitting at a distance (at a desk with a computer) called out AGAIN to ask if he could help. I needed an umbrella and stand. Found something on Amazon with free shipping. I chose to buy it at a premium from this local store instead. They offered ship to store at no charge. My items were promptly delivered to the store and I got a call from the store. I confirmed that there would be someone to help me load the car, because the stand is heavy. The salesperson minding the store was very rude. Resentful that I had not brought another person and that he (with a bad back) had to help me load the stand. Continued to shame me even after I told him I had asked about that when called. I learned my lesson. Will not patronize this store again. Amazon it is. read more

I recently discovered Today's Patio and am a huge fan! They have the neatest stuff here. I just happened to stroll in one day thinking that it was JUST a patio store, which it is, but there's so much more! All kinds of neat little gadgets, lights that attach to patio umbrellas, home decor that can be used both inside and out (and is not tacky), mini fire pits that you can use on your coffee table inside! Pretty neat stuff. It's worth it alone just to take a drive up to the store after dark. They have put all of their Christmas trees, luminaries, X-Mas lights, etc. in the front of the store so you can see it all through the windows at night. It's beautifully displayed. Bad service after the sale. RIP OFF. We buy a couple of patio chairs over $1000 and one of them does not work the same as the floor model we made our purchase from. Nobody at this store would help solve the problem, just rattled off a web page to contact. 2 weeks and 4 unreturned phone calls later, no remediation. I am contemplating dropping both chairs off at the front door of this place. If there was a zero star option I would take it. read more

Ordered table and chairs 4/27/21. Was told by Josh Reynosa that they would be delivered 6/15. 6/15 came, no communication of any sort from them, so we called. Our table was in, but the chairs, they said, all had to be sent back, so it would be mid July before they could deliver them. They then said they could deliver the table on 6/19 between 7:30am and 10:00am. 10:00am on 6/19 arrived, no communication at all. We called them. A woman said "he's on his way from Phoenix so there might have been an accident, let me check". She then called back a few minutes later and said "There has been a mistake, you we're actually in the 10:30-1:00 delivery slot". We said "so now I have to rearrange my day because you made a mistake" and she said "thank you!" No apologies, nothing. The table has yet to arrive and we really wonder about the chairs. Two stars because Josh was good. Communication is terrible and integrity to take responsibility for their actions is zero. read more

We had a great experience with Today's Patio. We pruchased an 81 inch table, 4 swivel and 6 regular chairs, 2 ottomans, and a couple of side tables. Robin worked with us when we needed help, guidance and general support but was never pushy or overbearing. Just genuinely helpful and very pleasant. There was never any sales pressure whatsoever. In fact we were encouraged to take our time over several days to make sure we make the correct decision. Upon delivery we noticed a very small defect in the finish on one of the side tables. We were not sure if the finish on the main table was meant to be as delivered or a little more even textured. They immediately agreed to replace both, and left the two tables as loaners so that we could enjoy using out patio set. A trip to the store to inspect the possible replacement main table revealed that all the finishes were this way so we keep the table that was already delivered, We were very impressed with the flawless and easy customer service. They just wanted us to be happy with our purchase and it was clear they would do whatever was needed to make that happen. read more

Today's Patio has a nice selection, but I think it is expensive and I was disappointed recently when I went in to get a replacement cushion for one of my patio lounge chairs. We spent over $4000 on patio furniture, and they said they didn't carry the replacement cushion for the chairs that we bought! Why would you sell a piece of furniture and not carry a replacement part? I won't go there again. read more

My wife and I have purchased two wonderful patio sets from the Tucson's Today's Patio and love them both. We not only got a value, but the furniture is both comfy and durable. But on one trip I noticed that they had seat cushions that might fit an indoor dinning room set that I'd been looking long and hard to find. Sure enough, they fit our chairs perfectly, but the velcro straps were a bit too short to hold them in place. Marie Jones, my sales person, worked closely with me and with their seamstress in Phoenix to make sure two that I had to order would be adjusted to the right length and even asked the seamstress to make a length of double-sided, matching Velcro on fabric that I can use as extensions to make the cushions work. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Today's Patio to anyone seeking patio furniture solutions and more. read more

Just purchased a new patio set from Today's Patio in Oro Valley. After looking all over Tucson for a decent and comfortable set we decided to head back to Today's Patio. We first found them a bit pricey, but when we factored in the additional cost of not having Sunbrella Fabric we returned. We have current deep seating set of chairs with Sunbrella that has been out in the Arizona sun for over 6 years and looks great. In that time we have replaced our non Sunbrella pool chairs 3 times. Also, regarding the price, they do have ultra high priced items, but they also have some sets that were more affordable mixed in. They weren't all the rock hard uncomfortable cheap sets you find at the big hardware stores or department stores either. The majority of their sets were really comfortable. They have sales often so be on the look out for deeper discounts if you are willing to wait for the. Robin was terrific and patient we had been in there 3 times waffling over whether the colors would match and if the furniture would fit. I would shop there again the next time. read more
