    Sent two, short emails to the Tucson address listed on their website -- both went ignored. Was inquiring about the price of an item in their store window, my family was considering purchasing it as a gift for a family member. When we got no response and with no availability to get over to Today's Patio again...we went with another option. I happened to be passing by again recently, and decided to pop in to get the price just to satisfy my curiosity. IMMEDIATELY upon entering the store, I'm aggressively greeted by two salespeople. I politely declined assistance. It took five seconds to go over and get the price of the item we'd been interested in...and upon exiting, an employee sitting at a distance (at a desk with a computer) called out AGAIN to ask if he could help. Gee. Imagine if they were as prudent about their emails?

    I recently discovered Today's Patio and am a huge fan! They have the neatest stuff here. I just happened to stroll in one day thinking that it was JUST a patio store, which it is, but there's so much more! All kinds of neat little gadgets, lights that attach to patio umbrellas, home decor that can be used both inside and out (and is not tacky), mini fire pits that you can use on your coffee table inside! Pretty neat stuff. It's worth it alone just to take a drive up to the store after dark. They have put all of their Christmas trees, luminaries, X-Mas lights, etc. in the front of the store so you can see it all through the windows at night. It's beautifully displayed. I'm kind of a retail nerd and every time I find a store that is creatively merchandised, I am inspired. Well done Today's Patio! Well done! Oh and to top it all off...they are AZ born and breed! Shop local :)

The store has broad selection of seasonal and year-round wares that are colorful and interesting. All the above said, I have two issues with the place. First, the seasonal products like Talavera and pottery are priced higher than other merchants by 20% and I think that may be due to their location and the amount of inventory--my best advice is to wait for a sale. Second is the lack of a public restroom which I find ridiculous--they advertise on social media so their audience is broad, after a two-hour trip being told you can use a restroom at Trader Joe's is ridiculously inconvenient. Would I recommend The Happy Saguaro? Yes and no, if you're in the area or enroute to other destinations, it's worth a stop. If you're looking for something in particular you have to have, call and it can be worth the drive but realize you may be paying for it.

Our sales person had a little trouble adding up the ticket, and after we got home I noticed the coffee table legs were attached with short self tapping sheet metal screws if you can believe that. Easy enough to fix and I'm not going to hold these issues against them. If you are looking for higher quality than what you'll find at the big national box stores, then definitely check out this locally owned shop. They have a decent selection of better quality furniture. Naturally it's priced a little higher than the cheap stuff, but in my experience I get a lot more enjoyment out of the higher end products. As for the one-star reviewer who was upset about some groupon issue - always read the fine print when dealing with Groupon and be absolutely sure you know what you are buying. If you fail to do that, don't take it out on the store. Give yourself one star for not paying attention.

I assumed it was a terrible manufacturer. We later learned we received a "bad batch". The manufacturer (Sunset West, Laguna Collection) failed to cure the powder coating. House & Garden was aware of the issue. They never reached out to let us know the furniture could have been replaced due to a manufacturer recall. When we complained they replaced a couple pieces but refused to replace the entire set. The remaining pieces are now showing the same paint peeling. This furniture that sits under cover should have lasted a lifetime! We were long time customers that have spent thousands of dollars. I will never purchase from them again. Disappointed!!!!

    I had the worst experience at this Sephora location , what's made it worst is the manager who knows…read morenothing about management!! I went there and there were to ladies on the cash register checking out the cashier took forever to help the customer in front of me and the manager was on the phone helping another customer she could have had move so the line can keep going but no she decided to stay on the phone for over 30 min and help the customer while other customers are on the line anyway i waited there for almost 43 min on the line waiting for one of them to check me out but one of the employees cut me up in line and helped another customer who she was helping on the floor!!!! What about people who are waiting on the line !? Anyways i was so mad the manager told her employe who cut me in line that i was waiting for too long instead of telling her employee to check me out no she told me to go outside and check outside with Khols register! If i want to check out with Khols i wouldnt come to Sephora but anyways i held my guts and went there to check !!! And there was another customer front of me having a problem with her credit card and the other cashier was to busy talking to other customers so i waited on that line 15 min !!!!! I went back to Sephora left the stuff on their register and got out i went and asked for Sephora's manager which was the first manager who did nothing when i was waiting for 43 min in line and her employee cut me in line i told her u were there and saw what happened she said oh sorry i don't recognize you let me check you out now!! I told her i left the stuff and you were there , she said i don't know what you're talking about i am sorry anyway about what happened to you !!!     We just moved to Tucson. A friend of min in Maryland recommended Bob's Discount for our furniture…read moreneeds. He had used them several times in Maryland, and was favorably impressed. We went to another furniture vendor, before going to Bob's. At first, the prices for bedroom furniture looked equivalent. Then I noticed that Bob's was selling complete bedroom suites for the prices of headboards and footboards at the other store. We ended up buying two complete bedroom suites with white glove delivery and set-up service. The furniture was delivered within days of our order. The delivery was flawless, efficient, and professional. The gentlemen who installed the furniture took the time to look at the locations and discuss layout options, with an eye towards, accessibility, functionality and aesthetics of appearance. They constructed the furniture on site, and cleaned every bit of the debris away, including vacuuming any stray bits of Styrofoam. In and out in less than 3 hours, they did a fantastic job. Moreover, the furniture is all high quality lumber and sturdy construction. There's an old saying, "Happy Wife, Happy Life." Well, my wife loves it. So, needless to say, my life is great! Seriously, Bob's did a great job, you should definitely check them out..

    Bob's Discount Furniture- Warranty Experience…read more I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration regarding the handling of my "Goof Proof Warranty" claim for a sofa set purchased in September 2025. On November 22, 2025, I filed a claim for a ripped flip-down table. Since then, I have experienced a series of administrative failures and misinformation: - Initial Delay: A technician did not visit until December 9, 2025. - Misleading Information: Despite being told in December that a replacement part was ordered, I discovered through the portal that the order was not actually placed until January 9, 2026--the same day I called to follow up. - Incorrect Part: After waiting until March 3, 2026, for delivery, the part received was incorrect. - Communication Failure: I have submitted photos of the incorrect part via the portal per Bobs request and responded to their specific email requests three separate times. Despite this, I was told that my claim is being restarted due to a perceived "lack of response" on my part. I have spent hours on the phone attempting to resolve this, only to be redirected to generic email addresses that clearly do not track my submissions even while I was on the phone with the agent. March 19, 2026 - Starting this process over after four months of waiting is unacceptable. As of this posting, I am waiting for the 2nd tech appt that is to occur today, thus starting the process over after 4 months of no resolution.
