When my husband and I moved to Tucson last summer we decided to donate most of our old furniture and purchase new stuff when we got to Tucson. We had a mixture of "yours, mine and ours"beat up cheaper furniture so it just didn't make sense to move it with us. One of the first places we stopped was Ethan Allen. At first I was overwhelmed and I walked out of the store telling my husband, "it's nice, but it's not my style." Fast forward a couple weeks and looking at numerous stores, we went back to Ethan Allen. Renae helped us and she was a godsend. My husband and I aren't into interior design. We don't really identify with a particular style, but instead we know things we like. We walked around the store pointing out the things we liked and why plus the things we didn't and why. She came to our house in Marana, measured everything, and then gave us a proposal a week or two later. Her proposal was BEAUTIFUL. She nailed our style and it was so impressive. We ended up ordering a lights for above our kitchen island, a new buffet, liquor cabinet, dining table with chairs (some custom), and a rug. Delivery was great and always communicated. Everything was delivered by when they said it would. It's been a few months and we are still in love with everything. The buffer was delivered with the slightest damage on the bottom leg. I didn't notice until later that night. They had somebody at our house the next week to fix it. It looks good as new. Definitely recommend checking this place out. Their pieces are pricey compared to something like Sam Levitz, but the quality is worlds higher. read more

We recently moved to Tucson and once our furniture was delivered it quite obviously did not fit well in the house. Kerry at Ethan Allen was wonderful at suggesting styles and colors. The furniture has all been delivered and it is wonderful. I was kept updated on deliveries. The men who delivered the furniture were professional and friendly. My living room and breakfast nook look even better than I imagined. Kerry was amazing and I appreciate his attention to detail and how he listened to the look I wanted. After our recent move from out of state to the Tucson area, we were happy to find the local Ethan Allen store as much of our previous furniture just didn't fit in our downsized new home. We worked with Kerry M. who visited our home to do measurements and he came up with many creative ideas for our new space, all staying within our budget. Once we settled on a plan and ordered, he was in close communication with us regarding delivery time lines and the furniture actually arrived ahead of schedule. Ultimately, My personal taste is more contemporary than what they carry but if my tastes aligned with a Ethan Allen I'd likely be a regular customer. I want to thank Design Consultant Frank Schepis, for his assistance in making our Furniture purchase an enjoyable experience. When I first visited Ethan Allen showroom, I just wanted to browse. Frank gave me the space I wanted and provided me with product printouts of several pieces I was interested in. After a couple more visits, we purchased two sofas and three chairs. Once order was placed, Frank kept us informed of anticipated delivery dates and followed up after delivery. The Ethan Allen furniture exceeded my expectations - exceptional Quality and very heavy . This store is a little small, but very well displayed. The reason I like Ethan Allen is that you never have to worry about the quality, they will stand behind for life time. I bought a coffee table, two years later I found it had couple places chipped and I called them. They send people to look, and ordered a new one to replace it. read more

Happy with the furniture I ordered and the custom fabric. Unhappy with the sales follow up, which was nothing. I spent thousands. Not one call to inquire as to my satisfaction once the furniture was delivered (after months). This tells me, "once I make the sale, I'm no longer interested". Re Corbett Sofa purchase #1 was told when I purchased it that I could purchase additional slip covers if I wanted. When I inquired 3 years later, was told they were no longer available. ( By a not very friendly sales person I might add). Might have been nice to send notification to Corbett owners that thy would be discontinued. #2 After owning the couch, which was sold as "down filled", for 5 years noticed that feathers were working their way through the fabric. Upon inspection the inner lining that holds a very thin layer of down on top of a traditional cushion, is splitting in several places and not just at seams. It is as though the fabric is rotting. I purchased this sofa at a discount due to slight sun damage "as is" so there is not much can do about it. Very disappointed in the quality for the price paid. Do not plan on shopping at Ethan Allen again. read more
