I can't believe I haven't left a review for BEDROSIANS yet but here it is! I have had THE easiest most stress free experience working with Lisa at BEDROSIANS than I have at ANY other tile store. In our business, we don't specialize in remodels but we do get one here and there and I've dealt with multiple tile and countertop suppliers. This store has been the best. The entire team is friendly and ready to help. We even had an instance where my tile order was slightly short - they took full accountability and had the tile driven down from Phoenix and one of their store members drove up to casa grande to meet them in the middle all so that our tile team could finish that same day and stay on schedule. You just don't get that kind of service anymore. They have the latest and greatest tile designs and it's super convenient that one of their main warehouses is nextdoor in California. I called from out of state, 5 minutes before closing, and asked for a physical stock check (about as annoying as a request could get) and she helped me confirm the stock, order it via email, and get it transferred to a more convenient location near me. They have beautiful selection however the employee have a big problem with the truth. I left my DL and when I went back they (3 of them) told me a store that they gave it to a contractor who was coming by my house??? Told them no idea who that was. So turns out this elaborate store was all made up, why? no idea. I reported my DL stolen to the police and related what the employee told me. Again, turned up they made the whole thing up. Ops Mrg tried telling me it was just a misunderstanding but the story I was fed by 3 employee was nothing even close to truth. I was in a bit of a pickle. I recently had my shower done in tile. The contractor finished and didn't leave me any samples.. About a month later, I decided to put a small lip on the entrance. All I knew was that the contractor had purchased the tile at Home Depot. After going to three Home Depots and two Lowe's plus several floor covering places, I had no luck. I stopped at Bredosians. After several minutes a woman with blond curly hair walks out from the back on a personal call and tells the person I have to go. I really like the tile I picked out and purchased from Bedrosians (at the recommendation of our tile installer). I felt customer service was okay. And when we had to change delivery date, I was pleased at how easy it was to reschedule. However, upon originally ordering the tile, they recommended buying 10% extra tile for breakage and piecing. Now that the job is finished, I have 5 boxes extra left and they will not accept returns. When I was informed of that, I suggested to them that they might in the future at least inform their customers while ordering the tile that overage is non-refundable. I would have gone with a more conservative 5% overage order if I'd known that. Because of that, I would NOT recommend this business. In fact, I will go out of my way never to spend money at this business again. This would be a one star review if it hadn't been for the good customer service of their delivery driver. read more

I almost never write a review for a company as many companies change employees so often, you never know who, or what kind of experience you will get. However, we have been slowly remodeling a home, one room at a time for the last 2 years and the service and expertise we have received at Bedrosians is exceptional. Last year we needed to replace and coordinate stone for the fireplace with new flooring for part of the home with already existing tile. The employees new their merchandise and were also familiar with the installation requirements of each material. The results had our neighbors green with envy. This year we are replacing the kitchen. Armed with a sample of the floor tile and cabinet door, we needed to choose countertops. The material we liked best was porcelain. But we had no experience with that material. Lisa was able to answer our many questions and made us feel comfortable we were making a good choice. Her years of experience working with new and old products was evident. The suggestions she made were things we would never have thought of. Kudos to Lisa and the other helpful employees at Bedrosians! read more

The showroom is laid out quite nicely and is well lit. Shopping for tile can be very overwhelming. The displays are set-up in various patterns and colors, which is super helpful and takes care of some of the guesswork. And don't be shy about asking for help! We found that we were given the appropriate amount of space to peruse the floor on our own and when we were ready to get more information we were graciously assisted. Wonderful tile and stone store. User-friendly displays. Spectacular products. Great variety. Exceptional customer service. Going to Bedrosians solved my backsplash and hearth tile issues. Imelda assisted me throughout my remodeling project. Matching my granite color with tumbled travertine tile for my backsplash was a real challenge. She provided me with multiple samples to try out at home. Thank goodness, because many of my chosen tile samples looked very different in my home lighting. Imelda worked diligently to present multiple color and product options when the samples I'd chosen didn't complement my granite. Eventually, we found a very good match. I visited 4 times before I found the perfect tile match. Imelda was patient, positive, and always had a welcoming smile. The prices are OK but also look in the closeout area for some unheard of deals that WILL beat the discount places. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I picked out a slab of stone here for my kitchen remodel. This was the only place in Tucson that carried the particular stone that I wanted. I wish that was not the case. I have gone into this business 3 times to try to look at the slab, pick out a slab, and put a slab on hold. All three times I was treated so rudely that it was appalling. I understand in light of Covid that businesses are having a hard time with help shortages etc. This however is no excuse for the beyond the pale rudeness of the employees in this business. If they want you to make an appointment that I suggest that they put that on their website to give customers a heads up. If you show up in the show room they should be apologetic and be willing to make you an appointment. Instead they stare at you behind the desk, don't ask if you need help, and then treat you as if they are doing you a favor by speaking to you. Are you not in the sales, customer service industry? I was literally told they were short of help and that I needed to go. When I asked if I could make an appointment I was told no to just come back. This was the third time that I tried "just coming back". Again, beyond the pale. I don't know how they even stay in business. If it weren't the only place in town that carried the stone I wanted I would have walked out. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. If they keep treating customers like this they won't have a business. I needed 4 slabs of stone. Needless to say, other than the one, I went elsewhere for all the others. read more

I visited Bedrosian Tile on 7/13 and the 1st girl didn't give me any attention or help. Though, Karina Garcia then later asked if me I needed anything and from there I was treated with 1st class all the way. She help me coordinate, my tile scheme, and then helped design my whole kitchen and bathrooms. A very nice treat and I was blown away with her customer service. This is exactly the type of employee all companies try to attract and keep. I had a follow-up on 7/19 from my initial visit and again she help me finalized designs and my order. My installer picked up a 2000+ sq foot tile order. The tile was found to be warped-unable to be installed to lay flat. Bedrosians said we should have checked all the tile before we accepted the delivery-yeah like anyone can really go through every tile of 2000 sq. feet. So beware they do enforce their policy- that once you take delivery, the order is yours-even if it is defective! They then gave us more defective tile that the installers were suppose to weed through. We appealed to their management and was told the same thing. In response to the company reply- The installment did not go the way I wanted it, because the tile was defective, Bedrosians keeps deflecting this issue and blaming the installation. I was told by Tile Pros that the leveling system would not help. We were only offered more of the same tile, never a total exchange-because they said we had accepted delivery. read more

I have been in many tile stores around Tucson. The tile at Bedrosians was significantly more pricey than other locations. I have found that the customer service at Bedrosians is lacking. Most of the workers just sit behind the counter and maybe look at you. We found better customer service at another location and purchased tile. Unfortunately Bedrosians was the supplier for the other location. When the tile was delivered we noted that Bedrosians had substituted a cheaper tile that was not the tile we ordered, then they had the audacity to say that we would have to pay them a 25% restocking fee to return it! They eventually took it back and made it right (which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1), but I will not use them again. read more

In their ENTIRE STORE the salesman led me to a tiny corner with only a few examples and told me "This is the only tile you can select from" and "No other tile in the store will work for you". In the end he led me to some really ugly tile and forced me to select from this tiny lot. The tile is now the worst looking thing in my house. Though you may feel like employees may not project like they may be ready to assist you, you have the control in your hands to make it a pleasant experience. I would not expect to receive royalty treatment and a grand reception, since you are purchasing tile...that is it. Well, Eddie Ortiz at Bedrosians on Orange Grove made me feel like an exclusive customer as we walked in the door. Eddie was very professional and assisted us in making the right selection for our project. Plus, he provided some options and informed us on some inventory specials that allowed us to save some money !!. Why do people keep referring to this place to get tile. We went in, the two bumps siting behind the counter made no motions or gestures to help us, I assume their conversation was more important. We wondered the show room unassisted for a while and then when we wanted to get some tile we went up to the desk and asked for help only to have a deer in headlights look from the girl behind the counter. Again I said we would like to get some tile and she responded with , oh...you need some tile... Turns out the tile isn't stored here, has to be ordered and isn't available until maybe January. We went to Floor and Decor. We were assisted by many employees and found the tile we wanted, had assistance in loading it and getting everything else that goes along with installing tile. Never again will I shop tile at Bedrosian's. read more

I wouldn't consider buying tile from Bedrosians again, absolutely never again. When ordering tile, the rule is "buy 5 - 15% extra" depending on the tile layout so you have enough to finish the job. I should have asked but didn't, "May I return unopened boxes?" Experience with a competitor (AZ Tile) taught me -- erroneously -- that yes unopened boxes can be returned with a restocking fee. Bedrosians isn't AZ Tile and doe NOT permit returns, and doe NOT take back boxes of broken tile. Consequently, I'm stuck with a box of tile bits plus several boxes of perfectly good but completely unneeded tile. Yes I should have asked, "Are you reasonable people to do business with," but it didn't occur to me that they are otherwise. Because of their return policy, I'd never buy from them again. Friendly knowledgeable like no one else I've ever worked with in my 20 + years of experience. We walked around for :30 without an acknowledgement from any of the 4 employees. 3 never bothered to look up from their computer screens. One was helping a customer, then she sat at the desk when they left and just watched us walk out. Why bother to have a bell on the door to signal people coming in and out?
