We have purchased carpet from Complete Flooring on three separate occasions. The second carpet we purchased we noticed the steps were loose and needed stretched. When they installed the third carpet which was over a year after the carpet was installed we asked the installer to look at it and fix it. He addressed the steps during that installed. In December we called as the steps were wrinkled again and the top landing area and asked if someone could come out and fix it so it doesn't ruin the backing on the carpet. The person at the store said they would send someone out to check it out and it was Roy. This was mid December 2023. He said he would get back to us in a week and said that the carpet was installed 2 1/2yrs ago and they only have a 2 year warranty but he would see what he could do. We followed up several times and they said we are working on it and will get back to you with a proposal?!? Finally after another call in the morning on January 20th (1 month later!) Roy was busy with a customer and called back in the afternoon with a proposal for $600 that included $100 discount to re-stretch the carpet. I can not figure out how carpet would need to be re-stretched multiple times which tells me it was not stretched well enough when it was installed. We have more carpet & flooring to purchase and I am sorry but this is very petty to charge to address what we feel is an installation issue. There are too many flooring companies out there and we will NOT be returning with our business. read more

We had investigated many other tile stores and found Complete Flooring to have the best selection and price. Mike was conscientious in procuring the tile and keeping us up to date on the progress of the delivery and the installation date. Jose and Marcos were knowledgeable and efficient in removing the old flooring, prepping the floor and installing the new tile. 09/28-Called and made arrangements for an estimate with Dennis 10/01-Dennis arrives and measures and promises an estimate within 24 hours. 10/06-Call and again to get an update, promised estimate will be conducted soon 10/07-Mark, their employee misspells my name with a Z (he was upset and petty) No updated estimate provided. 10/09-My wife speaks with Roy (owner) we finally get part of our estimate. All is well. 10/12-Call again for the second part of the estimate and again was promised that it would be provided within 24 hours. 10/16-Called again and asked to speak with the owner since we had success speaking him but he did not return our phone call. I believe this company is looking for big jobs only. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. Mark is very petty and mispronounces our name purposesly. Strangely, if they hadn't made a mistake in the original installation, I would have given this company a solid four star rating. However, the way they responded to our concerns added another star. No arguments, no offer to knock off a couple of bucks; just taking responsibility and replacing the carpet. Never once did they try to weasel or cut corners. We moved to Oro Valley, Arizona from Pennsylvania in 2001. After having carpet for 21 years we decided to upgrade to wooden floors. After many commercials on t.v. and checking reviews on YELP we decided to go with Complete Flooring, Marana, Arizona. We made our initial trip to their showroom and we were greeted by Annika, a design specialist. She pulled many samples for us to look at and between my wife and me, we narrowed it down to two. Taking both samples home we knew right away the one we wanted. The next step was to have Mark, their Estimator come out and measure the area we were getting the wooden floor installed. The next step was they got back to us with the cost, and we scheduled the date with Mike, the scheduling manager. On the day of installing the floor Jose and his helper Marcos arrived and started to take up the tile and the carpet. They were very professional and worked and cleaned up before installing the floor. After two days they completed the job and we were pleased with the finished result. This entire company is top notch. The employees in the showroom are very friendly and informative. They helped us to choose between hardwood, luxury vinyl tile, and other flooring products by thoroughly explaining the differences in cost, quality, and durability. Pricing was fair ($7/sq ft installed). We even took advantage of a labor day promotion for 12-month financing. The floors are being installed this week and we were able to take a peek. Paid $5946 down payment on January 13th...still waiting for them to finish so we can move into the upstairs of our house. Service not at all as promised. Main installer was great but 2 apprentices left us with incredibly shoddy substandard job. Chip in new flooring, splintered baseboards. No one showed up to fix it at first scheduled appointment. Then the Owner declared workmanship as "industry standard" but offered to fix at my expense. Then offered to fix at their expense. I cancelled once in April due to remote RN job in New York. Rescheduled for May 13th. And now they are trying to push it out to the end of May. Worst experience ever! read more

Very disappointed in this company. We purchased carpet that was to be installed the day before Thanksgiving. With three young kids we tore apart our entire house (obviously you have to for new carpet) and prepared for what we thought would be one day. After ripping out our existing carpet it was discovered the new carpet had a large snag down the middle. We were told replacement would be ordered and installed as soon as possible. Now, 2 full weeks later our house is still destroyed, the company has offered NOTHING for the inconvenience, and there seems to be no rush on there end. I have never written a bad review (being in customer service most of my life I am understanding that things happen) but this is the worst customer service we have experienced. read more

Took almost 2yrs to finally reconcile an issue that kept coming up after installing vinyl plank tile in the den. Moisture accumulated under part of the flooring and it had to be removed twice and a liquid moisture barrier was finally installed to eliminate the problem. My research told me that a concrete moisture test would most likely have avoided this and the liquid moisture barrier installed in the beginning would have prevented this issue. The transition piece for the threshold was another problem and it took several times for it to finally look acceptable and professional. One of the reasons why I believe it took so long to resolve the problem is that the lines of communication were handled very poorly and rarely did I receive a call back and I had to contact them for updates. I would like to add that the owner did come out to the house a couple of times to see for himself what the problem was and worked with me until it was finally completed in an acceptable fashion. Would I use them again for another project in my home? Based on this experience.. Maybe, maybe not. I was surprised that a flooring store that has been in business for a long time would not have had more experience with an issue such as this and for it to take the amount of time to correct the problem was much longer than it should have been. read more

We recently purchased a new rental property and needed to replace the carpeting that was pretty messed up from the previous owners. We reached out to their office about 3 weeks in advance, so that we would have plenty of time for scheduling. Any time we called during that week, we were told that we would get a call back from someone to discuss pricing, but never did. This might be a result of staffing issues during COVID-19, but it is hard to know for sure since we hadn't used their services previously. We ended up calling them back the week of our closing and finally got a better response. We had an estimator, Mark, come out to the property on the same day and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and safe (masked). He ended up getting the quote back to us on the same day and since we had a smaller job, they were able to get us on their work schedule the following week. My husband was on-site when the installer, Jason, and his team were there. Jason and his team seemed to have a lot of experience and really wanted to do things the right way, so there would be no bunching or gapping in the carpet. When we went back to check it out rhe next day, it looked great and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Overall, I'd recommend this company and their pricing was fair. If you can't get through right away, be a little persistent and it should pay off well. read more

This tile store was amazing! They had excellent customer service, lots of different tiles and woods to choose from and the installers were amazing. They were headed by a man named Jesus. They were there every day early they stayed until late afternoon. They were constantly working, didn't take a lot of breaks and seemed to be really happy all the time. I had the best experience with the service at this place. They allowed us to take home samples to see how it would look in our space. When we decided to purchase flooring they were about the same price as the big box store that we had also looked at, but their customer service was awesome. I would have paid more to have someone care what they were putting in my house. I also liked that their prices were installed prices. The day of the measurements (which were free) they brought another sample based on what we had liked. They had a professional Installation crew and my carpet looks amazing. Let me take home tons of samples/boards to compare against the walls and furniture. Kept us informed every step of the process. Some (minor) glitches (mostly my fault) were resolved easily and to my complete satisfaction. Patty your customer service is horrible to say the least and you work is no better. The installers came in removed all carpet just to find out that they brought the wrong carpet to replace with.. No biggie I was thinking but I then get the call that the carpet I ordered wasn't even in stock. So I took that time to finish painting "2weeks" just to turn around and clean up behind them. Nicks all over, broken. Baseboards and a nice big dent in ceiling drywall corner piece. Then just when we thought it couldn't get worse we had to call on carpet cleaner to Remove strain from carpet defect or from the seam "tape or glue". But it doesn't stop there. I went In To pay for job being completed and patty was just a rude with no apology or even a hello. We brought home our sample tile liked it and started the ball rolling. It took a couple weeks to get tile in then scheduled for the install the following week. The install Crew - Seth and company came out and I can't say enough praises for these guys.Near the end Seth helped us pick out our grout color and the finished job was beautiful , Iam a perfectionist and every thing was perfect - anyone can tell these tiles were done by a professional installer -perfect. He didn't seem to know anything about the type of flooring I was interested in. He gave me a catalog but was was totally discombobulated by my request for samples to try at home. after checking out the big box stores and leaving with an uneasy feeling we went to complete flooring wanting to use a local store. the carpet choices were overwhelming and we were out of our element. Billy listened to what we felt was important to us and then guided us to the styles, brands, and types that fit our criteria.
