    Laminate flooring against original tile.

    I recently got the pleasure of working with Alisa at ProSource. I cannot say enough praise for Alisa and the employees at ProSource. In 2012, we went to ProSource for the first time and had carpet and tile installed. Two months ago after purchasing a home I wanted to find the same installer that I had used in 2012. I called ProSource and they were able to give me his name and the name of the salesperson that was assigned to the installer. Alisa at ProSource was that associate and from that first phone call; I felt like I had known her all my life. She was more than happy to make an appointment with me; during the covid-19 shut down. when we arrived they had you sign in just in case something were to happen later with covid-19 and they provided gloves and we had our own masks. We toured the sales floor and decided on carpet. Fortunately, Alisa had noticed that I had used my inhaler and inquired about allergies and I told her I had bad allergies. She asked if I was sure I wanted carpet and since I'd always had carpet I said yes carpet is what I wanted. we didn't place the order at that time because we had to get the measurements from the installer. About an hour and a half later I got a call from the installer. Alisa had called her and asked her; had "they talked to us about when installing laminate wood flooring"? Toni Flores of Flores Flooring...Tell me all the advantages and how easy it was to care for laminate and explain that it would look nice up against the tile that we weren't removing. I immediately called Alisa, we drove back to ProSource and Eliza found a very good quality laminate flooring that fit our needs within the same price range of the carpet. The floors have been installed and we are very very happy with them and again I can't say enough about Alisa's professional, knowledgeable service that she provides. Thank you Alisa!!!

    Customer service abounds here (they haven't forgotten what that is!) Very helpful and kind folks who seem to really know their inventory.

I also picked up some things to try and knew I wanted to try the oil moisturizer they carry. I've fallen in love with it, and had thought originally it wouldn't work for me since I have combo skin but it's been awesome! I also picked up french clay to use as a mask and I've been really liking it, as well as one soap. My husband made a point to note that the soap I picked up here was his favorite in the house (it's mine too - it's slick and doesn't crack and get gross). I had brought some containers to use and it was a seamless experience since the owner is so kind and easygoing. I loved that I could look at her site beforehand too and kind of think about what to try (like the moisturizer I had scouted out and found out about refilling rose water toner online). I remember reading on the site that the owner tries everything out herself, and I feel like you can really see that in the things you get from here. I'm so grateful to have a store like this nearby that makes sustainable living easier without breaking the bank. Plus, the owner's dog and cat were in the store and so friendly on top of the super friendly owner. Now I'm just waiting to run out of laundry soap to come by and refill it! P.S. It's Alena!     This is the worst return process I have ever experienced. I purchased four barstools online and I…read moreput one of them together so we could see how it looks in our home. My wife did not like it. When I called to make the return, I was told I had three options. One option was to pay for the four separate shipping labels I needed to get at a cost of $248.14. despite the total of all four barstools was $623. The second option was that I can make one return per month as a member and since I wasn't a member, I could only do that if I became a member. The person on the phone said it's free to make the return but I had to pay $19.95 Plus tax to become a member in order to make that "free shipment". And I could only get store credit . The third option was that I could go to any carrier I wanted and pay for them to ship it back. None of these options allowed me to take it to any store as I was told there are no longer any stores. That was false. I also had to disassemble the one barstool that I had assembled, and I needed to make sure they were all wrapped up and placed back in the box in the manner in which I received it! That alone is a very special talent. Given that this is Presidents' Day weekend, and I wanted to take advantage of the sales that we're going on, they could not expedite anything such that if I wanted to use the store credit to now purchase a different set of barstools, the timing of their process would not make that happen. And we noted that the same barstools we looked at went up $50 per barstool from the pricing. It was the other day. The return process was that once they received the boxes in hand, they would take up to five days to review and determine if everything was satisfactory and then if it was satisfactory, it would be another 24 to 48 hours to actually get any credit. Basically we would miss the window of the sale. On the phone I was told that if they could see that the item was scanned, they would give me the credit early so that I could use the Sale pricing but then in my follow up on the email after having shipped the items back that was reversed. This is absolutely the worst return experience I have ever experienced in all my years of purchases in store and online. ! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. These people are absolute crooks !
