When I called to make the return, I was told I had three options. One option was to pay for the four separate shipping labels I needed to get at a cost of $248.14. despite the total of all four barstools was $623. The second option was that I can make one return per month as a member and since I wasn't a member, I could only do that if I became a member. The person on the phone said it's free to make the return but I had to pay $19.95 Plus tax to become a member in order to make that "free shipment". And I could only get store credit . The third option was that I could go to any carrier I wanted and pay for them to ship it back. None of these options allowed me to take it to any store as I was told there are no longer any stores. That was false. I also had to disassemble the one barstool that I had assembled, and I needed to make sure they were all wrapped up and placed back in the box in the manner in which I received it! That alone is a very special talent. Given that this is Presidents' Day weekend, and I wanted to take advantage of the sales that we're going on, they could not expedite anything such that if I wanted to use the store credit to now purchase a different set of barstools, the timing of their process would not make that happen. And we noted that the same barstools we looked at went up $50 per barstool from the pricing. It was the other day. The return process was that once they received the boxes in hand, they would take up to five days to review and determine if everything was satisfactory and then if it was satisfactory, it would be another 24 to 48 hours to actually get any credit. Basically we would miss the window of the sale. On the phone I was told that if they could see that the item was scanned, they would give me the credit early so that I could use the Sale pricing but then in my follow up on the email after having shipped the items back that was reversed. This is absolutely the worst return experience I have ever experienced in all my years of purchases in store and online. ! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. These people are absolute crooks !

I so appreciated that Dan listen to what I wanted to have done in my kitchen and he made it happen at a reasonable price and quality materials. He saw my vision and made great suggestions but never pushed something I didn't want. There were time as the progress was going that I was in tears of joy with how it was coming together. Richard, Cesar, Raul and Martin installed the cabinets quickly and very effectively, even with a minor change that I asked them to do. They quickly did the change without making me feel I was wrong in asking. Great group of fellows that work so well together to get it accomplished. First tears of joy for how beautiful the cabinets were and looked. Miguel, Max, Jose and Victor were the crew that installed my granite countertops. I sort of made it a challenge for them asking that the largest counter not have a seam in it, but be a completely one piece. They did it so nicely. I contacted FergusonHome in Tucson and spoke with sales representative Lindsey Peterson. At first I thought that she was quite helpful, but then I realized that she was disingenuous (at best) in her communications. For example, she told me that there would be no shipping charge for the delivery of our two cast iron sinks. I was delighted and thought that because we were ordering so many products from them that the shipping was simply included. However, that was not the true or complete story. I later learned that Ms. Peterson did not disclose to me that there might be an option of "white glove" delivery service in my area, which meant that while there would be a shipping charge, my heavy sinks would be delivered into my garage and not left at the end of our long driveway. Considering that my husband and I are of retirement age and we live in a relatively rural part of Arizona, this information should have been made clear to me. Her suggestion that we find friends to help us move them was outrageous. And even if delivery into our garage were not an option, she should have described and disclosed this information from the beginning. The story gets worse. To further complicate matters, Ms. Peterson told me that the Delta faucets that they offer have different (superior) components than the Delta faucets that are offered by the box stores. She told me that, for example, the Home Depot offers lower prices because the quality of their products is inferior (i.e. made of plastic and not steel.) Since I have used Delta faucets for many years, I called Delta directly and was told that 1. This is patently untrue and 2. Coincidentally, places like Ferguson (the Delta agent mentioned their name specifically) often make this assertion which is simply untrue. When I questioned Ms. Peterson about it she was unable to offer a rational explanation for the tall tale that she told me. When I asked to speak with a manager about it, I was connected to Kendrick Peters. He told me that "they can only go by the information that is given to them." I made it quite clear that I was willing to pay a little extra in order to get assistance and service from Ferguson, but I did not want to be misled or straight out lied to. Following that, I came into the showroom to look at drawer pulls and knobs and the sales clerk on the floor at the time (a man, I did not get his name) told me that "only OCD people would see a difference between champagne bronze (which is what I wanted) and their brush gold products." I was completely offended by that for countless reasons. I would have preferred that he tell me that they do not sell champagne bronze products at all. I cancelled my complete order and then had to persistently call and email them in order to get my refund. It took over a month for them to issue my credits. In short, the staff at FergusonHome Tucson only want to make a quick sale, are uneducated about their products and services, and, quite frankly, lack adequate training and social skills. May I suggest to Mr. Peters that he find a way to refrain from using the word "like" three times in every sentence that he speaks. And don't tell me "Gotcha" like I am a teenager. My recommendation to everyone here reading this is to go to a different showroom in Tucson. DO NOT USE FERGUSON HOME FOR ANY OF YOUR RENOVATION NEEDS. NEVER EVER.

The idea that a small kitchen should be measured properly and completed within a reasonable timeframe is simply not part of their approach. If you want your kitchen to be the heart of your home without exceeding timelines and budgets, avoid this business. The prices are some of the most inflated prices in the local area - You can find better prices, business ethics, and much more competent employees with other companies in Tucson. Over the course of 8 months, there were constant staff changes--people were fired, reassigned, many people quit and the new hire PM was completely unprepared and had zero clue what she was talking about. So my designer got fired, I went through 2 different construction managers, four installers and the incompetent PM. While the owner himself handled a portion of the cabinet installation and was detailed in his work, that's where the positives ended. To make matters worse, I was required to pay 90% of the cabinet price three months before they even began making the necessary repairs and replacements. After the holidays I was contacted to pay the remaining 10% because they are in need of money for the business and I told them that I wasn't going to pay until the job was 100% complete. Also on the website it states "in business for 22 years." This is very misleading because the owner has only had the company for 3 years with only the name of the company being around for 22 years. Who does business like that? This company--Southwest Kitchen & Bath-- Is going to go out of business soon, and this business is one to avoid!!

We bought a house with a kitchen clearly done in two stages, one side of the kitchen was dates, but…read moregood quality cabinets. The other side was incredibly cheap. The bottom of the drawer was bowing when I put silverware in the drawer, and had features, such as a large wine rack that we didn't need. We were looking for someplace that could reface part of the kitchen, and completely demo and rework the other side. We had a wonderful experience with Southwest Kitchen & Bath. Our sales person Lisa was wonderful to work with, triple confirming all the measurements so everything came in right the first time. Since everything had to be made custom, the total project was about 12 weeks, but the stages were clearly communicated up front, and we didn't have to clear out of the kitchen until after the new cabinets arrived, so the down time really wasn't too bad. We requested a few changes mid project, such as under cabinet lighting. Lisa and our project coordinator Katy were very helpful with suggesting what they could offer, but also options we could do ourselves if we wanted to go that route. This new client I brought in I have just designed a beautiful new kitchen layout. They hired me to completely redesign their entire home with a budget of 350K, and they had moved out of their home. I would have been an amazing project with Sandra and I. I stated to Sandra we had around a 50K budget for the kitchen cabinets. Her price ended up being over 110K for just the kitchen only, no labor. I along with my clients were gob smacked by this number. Not once did she even try to save the sale or offer any suggestions of different lines. Looking back, I now fell she gave an outrageous number to blow me off and not to do another project with her. I ended up losing this new client that I truly needed, especially being new to Tucson. When I reached out to the client, he stated to me, "Your pricing is just too high for us, we are getting the cabinetry and kitchen you designed for us for 42K". Granted a different cabinet line and I am sure they made changes but still. I lost a 350K project over an outrageous number provided for cabinetry. Like the entertainment center project, I was disappointed in Sandra with her lack of concern and professionalism or trying to meet the client's budget. Two months later she wanted to bill me for using my drawings to put into the computer to present to them for the sale. I said that you will have to ask the client not me. I was not hiring you, they were. If you do not ask for a deposit or explain your charge to put my drawings into the computer this is not my fault, it is yours. So, no will never work with Arizona kitchens again, nor refer, nor do I recommend, which is terribly sad as they have a beautiful showroom much like my old one, but the service is just not there. It took us 6 weeks to finally sign the contract and put down the $6000 deposit for our mater bathroom. During that time she has reconfigured the designs and charges 5 different ways. I will check in again, when the work is complete! So far, we are impressed. We think this design studio is about 1/3 more then putting the project together ourselves but we look forward to amazing results.

Gallery Kitchen and Bath updated our kitchen which is open to the great room. The work was done…read morepre-pandemic and everything went perfectly. The backsplash was challenging as I used large 12x24 ceramic floor tiles with inlays of glass/metal/ceramic small rectangular tiles behind the stove and interspersed elsewhere. Their tile person was fanatic about making these inlays set at the same depth as the floor tile, and even cut and rearranged the sheets of small tiles behind the stove for a more random look. The cabinetry is perfect. The glass special cut bar that sits over the quartz countertop came out perfect too. We could not be happier with the results. They also fixed our remodeled shower floor (it leaked) when they hadn't even installed it. There was a change of ownership right in the middle of this project and the people who did our bath remodel dropped the ball. Gallery Kitchen and Bath (thank you!!) took the shower floor down to the base; repaired that so the water would drain properly, put in the correct drain, and now the shower is functioning as it should with no leaking. Yes, I knew what I wanted for each project and did not depend on them too much for design, but for construction and pulling everything together. We would use this company again any time. Highly recommend.

On 31 May 2022 I signed a contract with Gallery Kitchen & Bath, hiring them to remodel my kitchen…read more On that date I gave them a fat check to cover the cost of materials plus part of the labor costs. The job was finally completed on 23 August 2023. That is 1 year, 2 months, 3 weeks, and 2 days (450 days) to complete the job! I was told up front that it would take 12 to 16 weeks to build and ship the new cabinets. Other materials, I was told, are readily available locally. The 12 to 16 week window passed with not a word from Gallery Kitchen & Bath. Several more weeks passed with no communication. Eventually I received a message from Cody in the office giving me excuses but no further information. She said that as soon as she has more information, she will let me know. That statement turned out to be a lie! Several more weeks passed during which my new cabinets were shipped to Gallery Kitchen & Bath and stored in their storage room. Cody did not contact me to tell me of the arrival of the cabinets as she had promised. I continued to impatiently wait for information which never came. Phone messages went unanswered, e-mails went unanswered. I drove to their storefront during normal business hours to find the door locked and nobody inside. I thought they might have run off with my check. I filed a claim with the Registrar of Contractors. Filing a formal claim finally got the attention of Nicholas, the owner of Gallery Kitchen & Bath. We had a meeting with an agent from ROC, Nicholas, and me. At that meeting Nicholas gave lots of excuses and apologies and promised me that he would start work on my project as soon as he finishes up other projects. In the presence of our ROC agent, Nicholas looked me in the eye and told me that he plans to start working on my project around the first week of March, 2023. Once he starts working on my project, that will be the only project he is working on until completion. There will be no interruptions in the workflow for my project. That statement also turned out to be a lie! Five months, 1 week, 6 days (166 days) later the job was finally complete. Obviously, there were a few interruptions! One day after completion I received a message from Cody. She was in a hurry to get the final payment that I owed. Gallery Kitchen & Bath was in no hurry to work on my project, but they were certainly quick to demand my final payment. In fairness I must say that the work that was performed in my home was very good. The workers were conscientious, knowledgeable, helpful, and detail oriented. I have no complaints at this time with the quality of work. Because of the lies, horrible scheduling, and absence of communication, I would never recommend Gallery Kitchen & Bath for any job.
