    Stopped in to look for some plastic stemless wine glasses for our daughters pool area. We walked around the entire store hunting for them, when we got back to the front, there they were. Not by the other glass wine glasses in back, not by the other outdoors stuff. They were by the BBQ stuff in front. Although they were not exactly what we were after, very plain, we bought 4 of them.

    When you first visit Bed Bath & Beyond it is hard to consider what the "beyond" really means. Is it the wide array of items? Is it the exemplary customer service by Oscar? What is it? Then you exit the store, and you see a reflection of yourself in your car on your way out of the store, and you see the smile on your face. That is what the "beyond" is. It is the way you feel as a person after you get what you need at the store Bed Bath & Beyond.

    It's a tad weird there. When you go in there isn't anyone around except a receptionist, who is…read morefriendly, but reserved. Then she calls 'somewhere', and eventually a sales rep comes out, but the whole time you're wondering 'wth?' because there are no other people in the whole building. Weird. No background music, no literature laying around. etc. Finally a sales rep comes out from some hidden place, and he was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but was unable to fully answer all of our questions. When we called him later on his cell phone there was no voice mailbox available, so we thought that was wierd too. Eventually we did purchase what we were looking for, but it has not been delivered yet, sooooooo, the final jury is still out. We don't feel very attached, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything works out as we have been assured.

    We purchased a stove and a seal for our washing machine from Frontline. I was in the store twice…read morelooking at stoves. Both times the sales people were very friendly. I was met promptly coming through the door and they answered all of my questions. My appliance was delivered within 2 days. Delivery was quick and I saved on a service fee by having both my seal and the stove done at the same time. My delivery person was nice. He came in and got the job done. I haven't gotten a chance to use my stove yet but everything seems to be working. The delivery person cleaned up after himself on the way out and took my old unit with him which I did pay for. Their delivery prices were very reasonable. Every unit on their floor appears to come with a warranty which I really liked. Most of their items are used/refurbished/open box items so I felt a lot more confident purchasing knowing there was a warranty and the items had been inspected.

It took me two visits to ensure the dimensions would work with the cabinets, which required him to cancel out the first order before payment, then input everything again on our second visit. Never once did he did make me feel like we were an in inconvenience. He took his time to double and triple check everything and thoroughly explained their store policies and available warranties. We were initially going to purchase at Home Depot but I'm glad we decided to shop outside of a box store. The personalized attention and knowledge at this store made it worth it for us.

When I figured this out I was told I had to pay repair fee. Crazy as they installed it wring. I was told you only get 48 hours to report something wrong. They were not helpful at all and would not wave the repair fee. It was a problem they created. After buying 6 appliances you would think you would get some service. Never again would I buy or recommend them. Next time go to big box store. Probably get better service Marcia
