I wanted to let others know the lack of their professionalism and say, "Stay Away From Courtney". I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sal felt our existing cabinets were solid and he could build 4 cabinets to our add-on to match exactly what was already in our kitchen. We decided on new doors only, because he saved us a bundle by not replacing the existing cabinets and he matched the stain perfectly so our kitchen looks brand new and just made much more contemporary.
