This review is long overdue. Since 2014, Mike, Agapo, and their professional crew of master craftsmen have installed granite countertops in three of our homes (2014, 2019, and 2025). We simply could not have been more pleased at the completion of each installation. Mike and Agapo are true experts in their specialized field. Brenda (in the office) is extremely helpful and accommodating. The installation teams have always been detail-oriented, efficient, polite, and highly respectful. They are the very best fabricator in Tucson. We replaced our existing granite slab counters with Cambria Quartz. It took a few visits to their showroom to pick the quartz and Cathy was very patient with me as I matched our cabinets and existing backsplash with the quartz. Once we had made our decision we talked to Mike and Agapo about our desire to keep our tile and glass backsplash. They said their crew would do everything they could to leave our backsplash as they found it but they couldn't guarantee it. The crew was incredible! They worked most of a day removing our granite and there was not a scratch or broken tile. The kitchen looks fabulous! You will be happy with their work! read more

Mike Schiffler, the owner, was an easy person with whom to work. He was pleasant and friendly and worked with us on the pricing. Before installing the granite we chose, he came to our home to do the templating and brought along a general contractor, Chris, who removed the pony wall, because I wanted a single level island. The work was done neatly and well. A few days later, Mike sent out a great crew to do the installation- Rafael and Rudolpho. They worked well together and did a very thorough, professional job. They didn't fool around at all, just worked for 2 days until it was finished. I had granite installed on the island, the counters and as a backsplash. The plumber, Kevin, who Mike sent to reconnect my water and dishwasher, was also top notch and very friendly, professional and efficient. Additionally, the office staff, Brenda and Kathy, were quite helpful and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with everyone on the team with whom I interacted, and with everything about their work. They made a big job easy for me and I am very grateful. I should also note that the person who is doing the cabinet portion of my job had nothing but great feedback on Mike and Granite Kitchen and Bath and considers them among the top two granite companies in Tucson. My only suggestion would be that Mike follow up in the future to make sure the customer is satisfied. I was disappointed that he didn't call to get my feedback. So, in my case, I stopped at the office and left word for him about my very positive opinion of the team's installation expertise. I highly recommend this company! read more

From our first meeting, to the scheduling and communication, to the template development and finally the installation, we could not be more pleased. The crew that installed the granite countertops were efficient, friendly and very professional. Their attention to detail was spot on, and the plumber, was a joy to work with. The fact that this installation, including demolition, was done in a day, minimizing any downtime of our kitchen was a huge plus. I will tell you that we know of two other granite installations, one with our neighbor and the other with my cousin here in Tucson, where the granite installation turned into a prolonged project extending into months of inconvenience. Our experience was fantastic! Upon visiting their showroom, Mike took his time to ask about our remodeling project and what color of slab I was thinking of purchasing. With my information in hand, Mike took me out into the yard and showed me the piece of Quartz that was exactly what I wanted. We then discussed price and scheduling. While it wasn't the cheapest slab I had been quoted, it was more reasonably priced than most. The ace in the hole was how quickly they could get the slab fabricated and installed. Total time from measurement to installation was four days. I'll say that again: FOUR DAYS! Mike and his crew were truly professional, and take pride in their work. We had granite installed in our home by Granite Kitchen and Bath. We signed a contact on May 17th and the granite finally was installed on 8/16/2021. We are very unhappy with the way the granite was templated. Take a look at the obvious cloudy appearance in the granite. The person that templates the granite did not take this into consideration when he made the template. Take note: it is located in the most active area of the kitchen. The owner came out to discuss and stated he could redo the granite with a seam. We choose not to proceed with his solution as this would look even worse. I have worked with many many granite companies and this was a very disappointing outcome and experience. The photo says it all. This was an expensive granite! Beware: They do not sell the slab they sell sqft. read more

I was looking for a specific granite that I have had a difficult time finding. Granite Kitchen and Bath has been so fantastic working with us. We located the granite and there were only 2 slabs available. We weren't sure how to make it work and what the layout would be. I had my kitchen counters (with an island), two bathrooms and laundry room counters all replaced with granite. The counters were templated on Tuesday and I was told that the installation would start on Friday. Since they do their own fabrication, I did not have to wait long. Most of the work was done Friday (including ripping out my old Corian countertops) and finished on Monday. The work done was top notch. Every concern I had was answered. One small problem popped up and Michael (the owner) stopped by and figured out how to address this problem and took care of it. Everything looks fabulous. The house was left clean.
