I've heard from several friends that the tile removal process is just flat awful. No other way to describe it. Our removal from Dano's resulted in a very light amount of dust and only on the obvious areas in the middle of the demo space. Hardly anything through the remainder of the home. As for installation, it took 6 days and was done in a way that my family was able to live with minimal disruptions to our daily routine and the end result was beyond our quality expectation standards. Bottom line, we got lucky finding Dano's tile because a neighbor's family used them for their installation. We're certainly glad we did and highly recommend you use them for your tile installation.

We hired Flooring Direct to refloor our approximately 700 sqft living room with tile. The most…read moredifficult part of the job would be the curving steps into this space as you can see in the pictures. Where others said it couldn't be done or offered solutions that were not tile, Flooring Direct said they could do it. I'll admit that it was a challenge to fully conceptualize how to do it but working with Moji and our installer, Jose, I believe the results justify the effort. The old carpet quickly came out and the initial part of the tile that was straight went in in about two days. Jose spent some time cutting and grinding to get the tiles to match the curving steps but was all finished by the following Friday. Jose and his assistant, Gustavo, were both courteous & professional throughout the project as was Moji who came by often to check on the progress and to be sure we were satisfied with how it was coming together. All the steps from tile selection through scheduling, layout, designing transitions, grout selection and final cleanup, were all pleasant. Would not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend them for your consideration.

I had carpet installed at a cost of $13,500. When my wife returned home, she saw an area of carpet…read morethat was wet and appeared to be stained. The outsourced installers said that it would not leave a mark. And, of course it was stained. How could the installers spill something on the brand new carpet? How did it get there? Nobody but the installers were in the home. And, they admitted to having been who cleaned whatever it was. Flooring Direct sent over a product for cleaning the stain. I asked the owner to replace the section of carpet where the installers spilled something. No, Navid refused. Sleazebag owner operator. Then he sends me the invoice with updated charges with a payment due date which was 5 days in the past making it seem like I am overdue even though the job was not complete yet. This owner/manager will make arrangements for the installation but he will not stand behind the damages that his installers caused. Who wants brand new carpet that have had a soda or dirt spilled on it? I don't go to a clothes store and expect to buy new underwear which comes with a skid mark... Go elsewhere or be the next victim of this shoddy business. Here is how Navid, the Owner, handled the refund due to defective service and faulty materials. No content is anything different than what was actually sent to me or from me. This unhinged communique took 1 week after the Owner, Navid, was to have mailed me a refund for defective merchandise. Me: "No check has been received yet..." Navid: "I waited to see if you would respond. Zelle would have been fast and easy. I mailed it out yesterday. I hope this does not frustrated you." Me: "Yet another passive aggressive attempt to mess things up... Hopefully you can not muster any more incompetence in this matter. It is beyond frustrating." Navid: "I actually helped you more that you can imagine. So shame your anger has caused you to see things clearly I asked a simple question. Why was it so hard to answer? Take a pill. I actually helped you more than you can imagine. It's a shame your anger has kept you from seeing things clearly. I only asked a simple question--why was it so hard to answer? Maybe you need to take a step back and calm down." Me: "Once again, just send me the funds so that I can be done dealing with you. I have more important things to tend to than being dicked around by some lowly shopkeeper." Navid: "Careful little boy. Check was mailed out. I am just getting sick of your nonsense. I am out of town. I make sure I call you personally to deal with your unjust words and personal attack once I get back. I feel so sorry for you. I am sure your childhood must have been a unpleasant one. Take a pill Me: "F**k off kindly." Navid: "Definitely. Must be a childhood issue. How bad was it??" I had to block him as he continued making personal attacks and by name calling. In Closing: Is this a person that you trust to have your email, phone number and address? Is this a business person that you can feel comfortably to provide fair, professional service? I think not! This man is unhinged. Beware.

Victor Jr. (one of the owners) prepared the quote, talked with me about the most cost effective flooring options (we were ripping out all the old tile and shag carpet from the previous owners), and was super-responsive when I called with questions. Rolando and his team handled the actual prep and install. They skim-coated the floors, filled in cracks, rebar stitching where necessary for maximum endurance, and worked with me on design. Rolando is incredibly astute about color combinations, and was very patient when I was trying to decide. He spent time making up sample looks for me while we adjusted tints, wanting to assure my satisfaction with the final choice. His recommendation for 'scoring' the largest area was excellent - looks like 4'x4' tiles! Cost-effective, customer-centric and great floors. Everyone that walks in compliments the way they look.

After many commercials on t.v. and checking reviews on YELP we decided to go with Complete Flooring, Marana, Arizona. We made our initial trip to their showroom and we were greeted by Annika, a design specialist. She pulled many samples for us to look at and between my wife and me, we narrowed it down to two. Taking both samples home we knew right away the one we wanted. The next step was to have Mark, their Estimator come out and measure the area we were getting the wooden floor installed. The next step was they got back to us with the cost, and we scheduled the date with Mike, the scheduling manager. On the day of installing the floor Jose and his helper Marcos arrived and started to take up the tile and the carpet. They were very professional and worked and cleaned up before installing the floor. After two days they completed the job and we were pleased with the finished result. We look forward to working with them in the future. Next time you need flooring I recommend Complete Flooring, the entire team was professional. You will not be disappointed. Barb & Don

Having been in sales for a reputable and honest business, I know how to detect the good and the bad. I felt totally comfortable with Mark from the get go. Aside from his years of experience and expertise, he and his wife bring the showroom to you. He prefers to make a house visit so that you can see the colors and the fabrics in *your home* and in your home lighting so that you can make an educated decision. Mark will be honest and let you know the pros and cons of each kind of carpet in all price ranges. He wants you to be happy with your carpet for many, many years to come, not like at Home Depot or Lowes of which you will be needing to replace the carpet every few years and you will also have dark brown/black corners from dirt stains. We are extremely pleased with the carpet we decided on and his workers skillfully installed it. I highly recommend him! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
