My husband and I have been to Floor & Decor several times recently to complete a home project. We were completely blown away by the service from Mike (in the Stone Dept) and by Derek. They were both so knowledgeable and helpful. These days, good service is a rare thing. We were so impressed! We love this store, and our interactions with these gentlemen made our day. In addition, Derek helped us out to the car with our samples, and he has such a positive attitude. I wasn't able to leave a Google review, but I hope the store manager sees this. I have been here on the regular for my remodel. The staff is all so helpful and kind. Love they make it so easy to return without the hassle and are always up to assist in any way they can. They have NO knowledge of tile and what a dye/lot number means! I was to take delivery of 1400 sq ft today before it was off the truck I looked it over and there was 5 different lot numbers told the driver I wasn't acceptin it he called the store and i spoke with Danielle and Adam and both told me lot numbers don't have to be the same! SMH 20 years as a setter and I know that the dye/lot numbers need to all be the same! they were both rude and acted like I was wrong! please train your employees properly it's rediculous to act intelligent when your clueless read more

I have shopped at this store quite a few times this past year while working on a bathroom remodel. All of the associates at this Tucson location are incredibly helpful. The selection of products is great, with all the current trends being represented, and the prices are fair. I have worked with Conrad Mendoza 3 or 4 times, and he is especially awesome! He is kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about products. Conrad has helped me make design choices when the designers aren't available, and he's been amazing! The luxury vinyl tile plank flooring order that I picked up was loaded incorrectly in my SUV. There was plenty of space to load the 23 boxes of 4' length horizontally across the back end, but the warehouse guy (who should know what he is doing) loaded it vertically so that when I had to brake suddenly the whole load came flying forward including between the seats, into the gear shift and dash. The gear shift was destroyed, the car had to be towed in for replacement of my gear shift (nearly $700). I documented with photos, documentation, witness statements, and submitted it to the company whose 3rd party claims adjusters strung me along for 6 months until a new person came along and totally denied the claim. I am a senior woman and they don't care about you once they get your money. They have a D- rating with the BBB, based on numerous complaints. I would have been better off dealing with someone who cares about customers. read more

Order # RB078990605290289. I placed this order 8/7/24 for new tile and thin set. They stated it would take 5-10 days for shipment to arrive. We are now on day 13 and nobody seems to know where my order is. I have called and voiced my concerns and dissatisfaction at least 4-5 times already and all I get is, "We're sorry." They reimbursed me the absurd shipping cost of $354.98 thinking they were doing me a favor when in fact, I never should have been charged a shipping fee to begin with. They also stated that my order was picked up at their distribution center in California on 8/14/24 which was 9 days ago. I'm not sure if they are using a horse and carriage to transport my order or not???? All I know is that I live in AZ which is right next door to CA and had I known I was going to have to deal with this nonsense, I would have purchased my tile from another company here in AZ. read more

What an awesome experience we had at Tucson Floor & Decor! After over a decade of wishing and wanting new flooring, we were finally ready to upgrade our home. The selection is amazing and prices are very reasonable, even after looking at other retailers and online. We spent many(!) evenings over a few weeks walking the aisles. The cashiers offered a consistently cheerful greeting each time we came into the store. RUDY was a phenomenal source of information as we vetted through porcelain, laminate, hardwood and ceramic, trying to narrow down our favorites and agree on materials, textures, colors and finishes. He seemed to genuinely care about us loving the finished product and gave us honest pros and cons as we vetted through our options, calling other stores to check on inventory and sharing his own experiences with installation and repair. We are so thankful for all the time he took to really help us. He was even unfazed and so nice when we changed our minds on something we had selected and said we'd be back to try again tomorrow! After purchasing over 1200 square feet of laminate (main spaces) and hardwood flooring (bedrooms and office) plus bathroom and kitchen tile, Rob in the warehouse was patient, helpful and courteous as we made multiple trips to pick up our order. We had one small issue, which manager Adam rectified immediately with kindness and efficiency, further displaying that high standards and great customer service is just how they do business. I've purchased From Floor a & Decor in the past and always had good service. Sadly, today I walked out and took my 1800 square feet of business with me. There were plenty of staff hanging around and chatting but not one of them asked if they could assist me after spending 30 minutes in their store. Two people hung around a Covid table at the entrance and even though I was the only person entering or exiting the store, neither bothered to greet me or acknowledge me in any way. When I did have a question, I tried in vain to get the attention of one of the three employees chatting at the Covid table but they ignored me and continued to speak to each other. I walked out after that. I don't know who is running that store, but nobody is concerned about the customers today. read more

We're doing a home renovation. The contractor told us at noon on a particular day, that shower tile was needed by the next morning. We headed for Floor and Decor and worked with Bree. Within an hour, Bree had us set us for what we needed. She had a great eye for coordinating wall and floor tiles with our wall, cabinet and countertop colors. Bree has a great sense of humor and was really polite. She was very patient with me. She sensed right away what I wanted and was very efficient in getting our order set up. We went ahead and ordered floor tile at the same time (not needed for a month or so) because she looked up inventory on the floor tile and let us know that there wasn't a lot of it left. They literally never answer the phone. I have tried on several occasions and they just never pick up. I mean never. Don't believe me, try and call and see what happens. On top of that the installation contractor service they refer you to, Installation Made Easy, then subcontracts with a company that charges about 40-75% more for installation than just about any other company in Tucson. Bad service and bad value. Flooring looked great and if every other part of this company wasn't so crappy I might have bought it. read more
