Doctor, and the insurance company show me copies that it was written for 3 months. Last girl told me they didn't have the prescription. Advised her I'm holding the previous fill on 05/29 and shows 2 refills. Then she lies and tells me it's expired because it was written in September 2024. She confirms that that one has 2 refills, but it's expired. It's not September yet, I told her. Then was hung up on. They are so terarded that they can't even lie well. Someone please tell me why I have to give myself an aneurysm every three months to get my life-saving medication. My doctor wants to drop me because they don't want to deal with these idiots. There's always some BS reason they can't fill my prescriptions, and they all give me different excuses. I've confirmed with insurance company and my doctor that these people just lie. if i could give less then 1 star i would. this is the review i sent when they requested to share my…read moreexperience the other day. i went to the one at grant & rosemont. horrible customer service, which i've received by this cashier before. :( i was there on 6/16/25 at around 11-11:30 or so. i didn't get his name but he was wearing an earring in one ear with loops attached. the earring doesn't bother me at all, his horrible customer service did. no smile, no acknowledgement (just as he has in the past). then he put my med bags on the counter to ring me up & realized one wasn't mine. not good :( he put it back & went searching for my other prescription. he wrung it up, took my payment & that was it. i had to be the one to say to him "is the pharmacist going to go over my new meds?" which, if i'm not mistaken, is his job. not the customers. i know cause the cashier always asks. he said ok & pointed where i was suppose to go. honestly? seriously? really? So far, very uphappy with my choice. On average, every time I have gone through the drive-thru to pick up my 'scripts, I have waited 20 minutes. Twenty minutes of wasting gas and time. I have tried going in once and the service inside was not much better. I finally got to the window today and there is a hand-written sign asking to "bare with us as the system is slow today." Too late. I was already at the window to read the sign after being kept waiting and am now aggravated. I think you need to consider adding a second lane in drive-thru or making some serious changes soon. Staff? Training? ProceduraI? Not sure, but It's not just "the system."
