When I found out I desperately needed a CPAP, I was not happy but I knew something was wrong and had to fix it. I opted to go outside insurance and go thru this retail service and I am thrilled with my decision. Not only are they super knowledgeable, they have compassion. If I had used insurance my changes/refitting (which everyone I talked to has gone thru) would have taken longer, giving me more sleepless nights. I have shopped around the Tucson and Phoenix areas for quite some time and every single one seems to lack the true customer service experience. For many years I have been referring my patients to integrity treatment solutions - I can't say enough positive things about my experience dealing with them -the office staff is always pleasant and helpful and the RTs /owners are very knowledgeable !! Their honest people who truly look out for the patients best interest- and if they can't help you they will tell you and steer you in the right direction. The one on one time they take with each individual patient gives them the special edge that patients need in order to succeed with their Sleep apnea and oxygen needs!!!! They are able to help patients out when their insurance fails them - they go the extra mile- even meet patients at their drs appointment to ensure they have oxygen when needed-they have a variety of portable oxygen concentrators that patients can actually get a chance to see if it works for them vs buying it online - and you have a local company that will help you out vs in a different state which a lot of patients don't realize when they purchase from tv -I can't count how many times they have helped a patient by renting them a concentrator when their own DME company couldn't come through or the snowbirds who need a supply or a new machine which is so important for a patients health and they come through- patients should be given all their options so they can make the best decision for their health and they will help you determine that! My husband and I went to Integrity Treatment Solutions to purchase a travel CPAP and a new home CPAP for my husband. This company behaved dishonestly on both purchases. I will separate the complaints for clarity. 1) The owner, David Krepp, explained that he had prepared a travel cpap for a guy who changed his mind about taking a trip and cancelled the order. He would sell the Z2 machine to us for a bargain price of only $400, since he had already taken it out of the box. Otherwise, he explained, the machine had not been used and was perfect. He said he couldn't find the owner's manual, but would make us copies of one. When we got the machine home, we determined (with only a half hour online) that we had received the the Z1 model, not the Z2. We were also missing the Q-tube Muffler (the main ingredient for the Z2 and a quieter machine), the USB Cable (for online charting), an extra filter, the 2 year warranty, and the owner's manual. We also determined that the machine looked used (maybe their floor model?). When checking online prices, we realized we could purchase a brand new machine in the correct box with all the extras for around $400...so this was not a deal. 2) We also attempted to purchase a home CPAP machine that day. We spent 2-3 hours waiting to hear about our insurance to cover it. Integrity Treatment Solutions uses Nationwide Medical, Inc to handle the medical insurance for their machines. Nationwide Medical, along with Integrity Treatment Solutions attempted to mislead us by reporting that our insurance had a $5,000 deductible. In reality, our insurance has a zero copay and zero out of pocket for durable medical equipment (which is the CPAP category). We came close to signing a contract to pay a set up cost of $334.12, plus an estimated monthly rental cost of $39.56 for 36 months. Instead we went home and called our insurance company who said that they never gave Nationwide Medical that false information. When I read the Better Business Bureau's complaints about Nationwide Medical, I saw that many others have similar complaints about unnecessary billing and paying for medical equipment that their insurance could have easily covered. Nationwide goes through other suppliers, such as Integrity Solutions, which makes it more difficult to pin down who takes responsibility. When I returned the following day to return the Z1 to Integrity Solutions, I was told by Kim that they were Christians and David would lose sleep over his mistake. I wasn't taken in. When confronted about the insurance error, she blamed Nationwide to get off the hook. I do not recommend using this company for any purchases. Should you already be a victim of a scam at this facility or through Nationwide Medical, please take the time to report fraud through the National Insurance Crime Bureau to put an end to this business taking advantage of older people. read more

Dave and Kim are awesome. I was traveling and apparently my CPAP machine did not survive the luggage handling at the airport. I discovered this on a Saturday night and (as many would understand) had a miserable nights sleep. Sunday I googled CPAP in Tucson and saw the 5 star reviews so I emailed them and Dave called me on Sunday to hear of my woes. Monday morning I arrived and both of them went to work dumping data from my old unit sending the proper paperwork to my primary care doctor in Texas and setting me up with a new machine and all of the accessories. Used it for the first time last night and slept GREAT for 8 1/2 hours. Can't thank you enough. read more

Letitia (sp) greeted us warmly, I explained my issues with current mask and she immediately began with alternatives with benefits of each. I chose one and she took me to a station with a machine, had me put it on, adjusted and readjusted until I was satisfied. The service was amazing. I ordered a replacement CPAP through Medicare in early 2021. Due to COVID, the entire process of receiving a replacement machine took over a year. When I finally received my new machine and accessories, the mask was the wrong one. I called Integrity and made an appointment to set up the new Machine. I believe the professional that assisted was Alice. She was professional and caring. She helped me understand the new machine and it's functions. She listened intently to my individual situation. She made mask recommendations, based on my specific meeds. She also initiated the process to change my supply chain to the correct mask and accessories. And Cindy took prompt action to make the supply chain work. All anxiety on my part was quickly dissipated by Alice's caring and professional approach to my individual situation. My brother, a disabled vet, has been in a rehab hospital for more than a month and going through a divorce at the same time. His son came from Tennessee to help him through this period of time and take him back to TN when he could get released from the hospital. He had asked the hospital for assistance in acquiring a portable oxygen concentrator but everyone they told him to contact could not or would not help him. He finally reached out to me just after 5pm Friday and I scrambled to try to locate a local Tucson source for him. From the Internet I e-mailed or called everyone in the area and you were the only one to respond. Not only did you respond but you were both informative and encouraging and stated that "if no one else could help him out" to call you back and you would ensure that he was taken care of! And, true to your words, Saturday morning my nephew called you and by Saturday afternoon (after you grandson's ball game ;-) you met with him and got what he needs for the trip to TN! My 76 yr. old husband needed a sleep test (& most likely a CPAP). I had called another company, and they couldn't do his sleep study for 6 weeks - 2 months! I saw Integrity's ad on TV, and called. They had sanitized equipment available right away for a home sleep test! We picked it up and he used it. Integrity worked well with their certified sleep physician reading the sleep study. Leticia was amazing in communicating with us and the family practice doctor to get the Rx for the CPAP! She immediately got us approved with Medicare, and throughout the whole process she (and Dave when we called) were VERY knowledgeable and helpful! It was TOP quality service! The price was reasonable, and the CPAP machine was available right away and in stock. When we went back to pick it up, hubby was thoroughly trained, and Leticia made sure we had the right CPAP and the correct mask.
