This has happened many times in the last 2 years. Today, the tech lied and told her pharmacist I yelled at her and pharmacist was especially nasty in not wanting to retake the order over the phone. I use Fry's only for medicaid patients and steer my other patients away from Fry's pharmacy. I will continue to do so and recommend anyone and everyone to stay away from Fry's pharmacy. They are not only slow, but rude to my patients and now me. So sad.
