They do not give you eye contact if you're not a man. A woman had to go out to her car to get her husband to talk to them for her. I was in the store about 20 minutes looking for duct tape as I'm working on repairing a few things temporarily and was not able to get help to find it in the store. There's only one person at the cashier when there's 10 people in line they schedule you for a vaccine and then you come in and they say you're not scheduled. I have made multiple attempts to contact the pharmacy to check the status of my prescriptions, but each time I have either been placed on hold for extended periods (20+ minutes) or had my call disconnected without ever speaking to anyone. Most recently, on Tuesday, March 24, 2025, at approximately 8:14 PM, I was on hold for over 20 minutes with no response. I then called the main store number and requested to speak with a manager. The individual who came to the phone identified himself only as "the manager" and refused to provide his name. When I explained my concerns, I was simply told to call back the next day to speak with the store manager, which I found dismissive and unhelpful. When I was finally able to reach someone in the pharmacy, I was met with a very rude interaction from the male pharmacist. His tone was unprofessional and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him simply by calling. I even referenced the in-store signage encouraging customers to be kind to staff, and asked what expectations exist for how customers are treated. Unfortunately, his demeanor did not improve. I understand that pharmacies can be busy, but repeated long hold times, lack of communication, and discourteous behavior are unacceptable. I have also noticed that other customers have shared similar experiences in reviews, which suggests this may be an ongoing issue. I am not looking for a generic apology--I would like to see meaningful improvements.
