Clerk, Tracy, has been consistently beyond rude and condescending. I commented once before about her due to her abhorrent behavior and attitude towards customers. She obviously despises her job, and people in general. If I see her the next time I come in, I will leave. It's not worth the horrendous interaction to simply purchase toothpaste. read more

customer service to its patrons for any company to run smoothly and have a good reputation so that they may maintain their patrons is key in my opinion. This pharmacy is too small for the east side that it supports and should expand or put up another location other than the one on Houghton. And the workers who are counting drugs to put in their little bottles want you to know that constantly with silence. If the system pings you to tell you that your drugs are ready, then the system is flawed because when you get there you can stand there until one of them decides to stop counting and issuing the medicines to people who are not even in the store yet. It's enough that you have to leave a message now and by the time they return it you are away from your information that you need to bring forth to them. this store cannot keep up with the demand and rising clientele, their priorities is to issuing and not selling therefore you stand and or wait in line in your vehicle that's what I think can improve as well as a couple of the workers attitudes. As if anyone wants to be sick and unhealthy in the first place who needs their crap. I highly recommend you move your medications to another store unfortunately in my opinion. read more

This CVS is much better then the speedway location. They text me when my script is ready, and my meds seem to always be in stock. Normally I don't have to wait to long in the drive thru line so that's nice. You can download the CVS app and order your prescriptions, view past prescriptions and so much more. read more

Tracy at this location has HORRIBLE customer service and sadly she's a manager. The water machine outside took my coins, so went inside to purchase something to get cash. The register had a sign that said " No cash back ". Before I made my purchase, I asked her if the other register was allowing cash back because I needed, cash back for the water machine. He response was " I don't know, how much do you need"? Told her I only need a dollar, but can get whatever I need to get. I requested to get $10 back, she gives me a $10 bill. I asked her to break it, she huffed and puffed and said " I TOLD YOU, I DIDN'T HAVE CHANGE"! Well I also told her I needed cash back for the machine that took my money. Terrible attitude! Stay away from here, if you don't want your day ruined. I would've simply went across the street, if she would've just said she couldn't from the beginning. The pharmacy Tech at this location is fine, she's very busy so she doesn't interact with a lot of people. But when you do need to interact with her, she's friendly enough. My real issue is the young blonde who has that lazy millenial tone in her voice and every request, like picking up a prescription, is just far too annoying for her. Went there tonight with husband to pick up his meds and our pet's meds. Waited 20 minutes as the pharmacist was giving an entire family their flu shots. The Pharmacy Tech stayed in the drive through the entire time then finally came to us at the counter. We got his meds but when asking for our dogs she said she had nothing. My husband told her he got a text confirming the dogs were ready and was trying to show her the message and she walked away and started helping another customer in the drive through! She said nothing to us, she did not even check him out for his meds, this rude chick walked away and started helping a drive through customer. We had a line of 6 people behind us as well. Finally the poor pharmacist who had been administrating the flu shots came to the counter not even realizing the rude ass lady had just walked away mid check out and started helping someone else in the drive through. This is the second time this tech has been a raging B to us and after 12 years of using this pharmacy we are changing. The pharmacist is awesome and amazing, but this chick is an a hole and it is nitbworth putting up with her solitude to continue using this Pharmacy. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! The pharmacy staff are rude, unprofessional and careless employees!! If I could rate them, I rate them a negative five!! They always act like you owe them, when in reality customers made ur paycheck happen!! The pharmacist (Cheryl) on duty was so rude and when I ask someone else to speak to a manager they referred me back to her. Why would I speak to her. And what kinda of manager is she. In my opinion they are lazy, and just hate coming to work. I'm a store manager myself and regardless how busy I get I don't ever forget to greet my customers. Service is very poor at this pharmacy. In addition, I paid (dearly) to have some slides converted onto a CD and their photo service didn't even clean the slides first! It also took over 30 days to process it. I shop here out of sheer location and desperation only. read more

I've had nothing but difficulty with this pharmacy. I tried to overlook the false auto generated calls to pick-up prescriptions that weren't ready. The rude behavior of the staff, but the last encounter I had with the pharmacy the tech was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. Save yourself the frustration and don't go here! read more

This is a great Cvs. The staff is always helpful and polite. I recently got covered by a second insurance policy and the pharmacist helped me understand how to file them. It is almost always clean, so are the bathrooms. read more
