My doctor's office hates me because they have to keep sending the same prescription. Sometimes they lie and say the doctor only filled it for 1 month. Doctor, and the insurance company show me copies that it was written for 3 months. Last girl told me they didn't have the prescription. Advised her I'm holding the previous fill on 05/29 and shows 2 refills. Then she lies and tells me it's expired because it was written in September 2024. She confirms that that one has 2 refills, but it's expired. It's not September yet, I told her. Then was hung up on. They are so terarded that they can't even lie well. Someone please tell me why I have to give myself an aneurysm every three months to get my life-saving medication. My doctor wants to drop me because they don't want to deal with these idiots. There's always some BS reason they can't fill my prescriptions, and they all give me different excuses. I've confirmed with insurance company and my doctor that these people just lie. It's either because they're lazy, or terarded.

I having been a part time associate for a Walmart Supecenter in the Glendale AZ area and my youngest daughter being one of the managers at a Walmart Neighborhood store in the Phoenix area and my son in law being on the crew who refurbished Walmart stores, we are no stranger to Walmart. Over a dozen self-check out lanes, and 3 or 4 human cashier lanes, all empty. Only one said lane closed, the others were just abandoned. I found an employee and asked if there were any human cashier lanes available to me and they said "no". No excuse, no explanation, just one word no. I did find that the shelves were often half empty, and many items were in the wrong place. Whole milk labelled Reduced fat, reduced fat labelled whole milk, bagel labelled hot dog buns, etc. I won't be back. I vote with my wallet. I left my cart with the host at the self checkout and said "In that case I'll just leave these here with you"

I was told by them I could switch my script to CVS or get a one time script written by my Dr, which I elected to do. The woman helping me did not give a f**k. I realized they had my phone number wrong. I tried to ask how that might be- maybe my provider(?) no response just kept prompting me through the screen questions. Asked if I could fix- told "no". Got to the page about how I wanted to be contacted; asked if there was an email option? No response Told to go to the next page. The options were call or text. She literally asked which one I preferred! I said well, neither since it's the wrong number. Told to go to the next page and my only option was no contact. I even offered that maybe I put it in wrong at one time?(I did get a Covid test there for proof to fly back in 20/21)- NO RESPONSE! She rang up my items and gave the to me. She's obviously smart enough to get a Pharmacy Tech certification but customer service is necessary also! Just astounded by the lack of emotion/empathy/response? I might as well have been dealing with a robot! Customer service training.
