If you put 2 and 2 together at EH, you notice the changes and wonder why there are only 2 people working...why you stand in the walk in line for 30 min! This is what happens when a business gets bought out...you can see/feel the change , get rid of security, cut your payroll...etc Most of the wonderful staff were let go ! ...all types of credit cards are now accept accepted.. security is no longer on premises... so be mindful of your surroundings at night.. Prices have already gone up and the quality and selection of the weed is not what it used to be. I have been with this dispensary since it opened and I absolutely loved it, but I'm not coming here anymore. I will go to Truelieve Earth's Healing, before it was bought out, was fantastic !! Disrespectful to medical patients. Dave the "manager" wouldn't give me the time of day. The worst customer service I've ever received from management in my entire life. Dave, you make me sick Was specifically instructed to test my devices because there was a two week return window. Could not take a single puff without choking my head off. Something is off here: I've never been instructed to test a device before... which was suspect ...then to have it be unusable and unreturnable as it was advertised to me. Dave the manager refused to return them. Says if the device turns on it's considered functional, walked away from me while I was speaking, while he's walking away says thanks for coming in. Of course there's nothing about the two week return policy in writing anywhere so they can really just do whatever the hell they want to; say one thing turn around and do another. Disgusting. Told me that that's the way distillate is... if you bothered to check my order history he would know that all I order is Superfog distillate and that this Swiitch was just plain crap.. clearly doesn't know what he's talking about or he knew he had sold me crap and had no intention of honoring the two week return his employee advertised! Disgusting. The cashier who fancies herself a bud tender try to sell me the same crap "distillate is rough on me too". I said no this is just crappy product 90% of what I get from you is distallate, I know distillate, so don't give me that crap. Not coming back. Never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. TL;DR Inaccurate pricing, false advertising, poor customer service I've been a regular weekly customer at Earth's Healing North for a long time and always treated the staff with respect -- tipping, being patient, and doing my part to keep the line moving. Unfortunately, my last experience was extremely disappointing. The store advertised "50% off sitewide" online with no dates or conditions. I trusted that and made purchases I otherwise would not have. At checkout, the discount didn't apply, but when I asked, I was told everything was correct. To make matters worse, the customer-facing screen that normally shows prices was turned away, so I couldn't even see the total until after payment. When I called afterward, I was talked over, refused access to a manager, and told it was just a "mistake" -- yet the false advertisement stayed live for hours until I complained again on social media. This was deceptive and left me feeling taken advantage of. I never thought I'd have to write a review like this about a place I once supported weekly. read more

I don't come to this location very often, mostly when I'm on that side of town. But every time that I've been the space as well kept, the service is gray and I'm always able to get exactly what I need. I would be aware that sometimes they're busier than others, but it's not that often that I run into that. They do have bathrooms for customers and plenty of parking. read more

Every time I'm in town, this is the only dispensary I go to. My sister and I came in with online orders, and Damian went above and beyond to take care of us. He was super helpful, walked us through everything, and even hooked us up with some awesome discounts!!! His energy made the whole experience so much more enjoyable -- super friendly. You can tell he really cares about making sure customers leave happy. Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Damian, IF they aren't too busy. Bought a 1000 mg chocolate bar that was melted and the chocolate had bloomed. Spoke with the inventory manager who said it was their fault because they were hanging the chocolate bars next to a halogen bulb on the ceiling. So I ordered through the app this morning before the location opened. Once I applied everything to my cart it was stating that the purchase was 3.00 for each 1/8. I called soon as they opened to make sure that was correct. The customer service representative told me to keep my screenshot and that they would honor it. So I make it to the store it was completely dead. I explained to the bud tender and she went and got her manager. This chick was giving me mad sass and went to talk to her manager. So it got honored as she should but the Attitude was unacceptable. I've been coming to this location for 9 years now, love the staff, facility, always feel safe and secure. What peeves me off is the change in the loyalty cash system for a new point system. The app we need to download doesn't work, all white background with white text? Can't even log in or create an account because I can't see what to do. I have downloaded and deleted several times. The poor bud tenders have to read down a list because I have a lot of cash points I was saving up. By the time they are done reading I have already lost tract of the list rattled off, can't even seen what I get with the points I have already accrued. The point of ordering online it to help speed up the process in and out. I feel like I'm wasting my points just having them take $10 off my order because I can't use your new system! read more

I purchased 7 grams that was quite pricey. It was not prepackaged and looked a little light/skimpy so I had them measure it in front of me... I just wanted to make sure I was getting what I was paying for. Not only did she drop some of it as she was doing this, but she had an attitude with me to the point where I kept saying "sorry. I didn't mean to frustrate you. I just wanted to make sure" "Yea, well some fell out and that's what happens when we have to remeasure it!" You know what!? PEOPLE SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY they deserve to be treated with RESPECT! It was not even busy there! There was no reason to act frustrated with a customer! I only gave one star because zero wasn't an option. After avoiding this dispensary for years due to poor treatment, I gave it another chance and regretted it. The security guard was rude the moment I walked in the door, and things only went downhill from there. I was shorted on a purchase (received half of what I paid for), and when I went back, the "manager" refused to fix it. Instead of making it right, he tried to upsell me more product. The wait was long, the staff was dismissive, and customer service was non-existent. Patients deserve honesty and respect, not to be taken advantage of. If you have trouble seeing, bring a friend -- they'll take advantage of you otherwise. It blows my mind that a business making millions can't fix a $25-$30 mistake. In the past year I've had a hole in my head, cancer, lumbar surgery, and a neck fusion (literally screws holding my head onto my neck properly). So pain management has been a big deal and I don't react well to pharmaceuticals. I had tried some THC gummies but the gelatin and food coloring was causing a rash (thanks MCAS!). Also, I can't vape or smoke because my lungs are compromised already. So I decided to come here for a consultation. The person who helped me was so wonderful. She helped me read ingredients to avoid triggers, found multiple options for me and discussed the side effects (bonus features). I ended up with 3 things to try, mints, gummies, and a powder to add to a drink. So far the mints are my favorite. There's no weird taste; in fact you couldn't even tell the difference between this and a regular mint! I haven't tried the drink powder yet. I'm basically microdosing since I'm very sensitive. 5 stars for customer service 5 stars for location 5 stars for pricing 5 stars for a the wide range of options I'll be back! read more

Been coming to North and South forever. Great staff. I had a budtender at North tonight that wasn't very friendly or helpful. I mentioned something about her being new. small talk and her mood totally changed. She acted as if it was an issue for me to ask her what she recommended as prerolls and she was short. She also walked away from the counter like I was taking too long to make a decision and I was too slow. I have never had anyone treat me this way before. Well, first of all, I was at Earths Healing South. I was passing through Tucson heading for California. First time in. I got a 50% discount because it was my first time in. Bought some pre rolls. They were on sale 1/2 off. So, I got a great deal. Marcos, the bud tender, suggested I could get twice as much for the same price or get 1/2 off. Naturally, I chose more herb. I HAD been coming here for years. Then on 7/20/22, needing more anti-epileptic medicine, I rode over to a place I thought I could trust - which was clearly my mistake. First, a power tripping security guard asked me to open my backpack (to see my gym clothes and water bottle) - but THEN he demanded I lift my shirt, allegedly to confirm I had a phone clip on my hip; I refused this out of principle - you can only go so far with someone's personal privacy. Not to mention i didn't feel like being sexually harassed. After refusing the power tripping guard (who "NEEDED" me to LIFT MY SHIRT), i tried reaching a mutually beneficial arrangement where I'd just leave my clip in my backpack outside the door so we could all be happy - he refused. Trying to reason even more with this out-of-line character, I asked him, what could I even do if was carrying one? I rode in on the motorcycle, after all; it's not as though I can leave my things safely on my motorcycle with no locking doors. This was a huge mistake - bringing up a simple hypothetical made them all assume I was actually carrying a concealed weapon. So he called the manager over, who was even more unprofessional, believe it or not. They continued to refuse my every suggestion to help ease their suspicions by leaving my things outside the premises. Remember - this is all so I didn't have to STRIP DOWN for them. I left after a simultaneous barrage of constant harassment from 3 separate individuals (2 guards, including the harasser, and the supposed manager), all of whom were refusing any kind of middle-of-the-road solution. Well, how dare I try to reach a middle ground so I can grab my anti-seizure meds. Walking over to QT to try and find a kind Samaritan in a car who could hold my things for an actual minute, a nice lady honked at me several times to get my attention, ASKING ME FIRST and directly if she could look after my pack while I ran inside to get my anti seizure meds; I immediately thanked her and told her the situation, taking off my backpack to head inside - but I look up, and I'm suddenly being filmed on multiple cell cameras by the assaulting security guard and the supposed manager, all three individuals physically COMING AT ME, telling me I CAN'T SOLICIT anyone to hold my things - WTF are you even talking about? I WASN'T. They asked ME first. What I do with someone else inside THEIR private car is between me and that person, legally speaking. But no, not in this instance. The three harassers barged right in between us, actually physically separating us. Luckily for all of us, the assaulters filmed it - just ask them to post what happened. You can hear and hopefully see them FIRST HAND harassing me AND the kind lady, until they *actually* scare her off. It's truly incredible (I'm sure plenty of us would love to see that recording, by the way - you have my full permission to post it). Then I'm told I'm apparently TRESPASSING because I asked them where their premises ended (so I could literally leave it and put an end to the nonstop harassment by this gang-style group of professionally aggressive power tripping jerko*fs). They continued threatening pressing charges, all while I was attempting to understand what their borders were so I could kindly leave. I really hope they recorded that as well. EH - you lost my business forever, and now everyone who comes here knows about this ridiculous situation you put a years-long (formerly) loyal, epileptic medical patient through with a MASSIVELY long customer history (you know, before MMJ was even recreational? Someone who ACTUALLY needs MMJ to function safely?) They don't deserve your business either, unless you want to actually be ripped off on price as well as service. Just head over to the next closest dispensary a little bit south of EH - they have genuinely great deals, great service & NO physical harassment~! It actually ended up working out for me. I prefer mom & pop shops. I want to add that attempting to post this same review on Google got me flagged by multiple accounts - gee, I wonder why (they clearly have multiple Google accounts, possibly bots, ready to flag & try removing ANYTHING with a negative review, which is probably why their rating is so unnaturally high on Google maps, especially compared to Yelp). I'm only apologized to on Yelp by the owner - probably because they can't flag & remove the review like they can on Google. Seriously, shame on you, EH. Absolutely DISGUSTING, shameful behavior. You want to fix this? Either apply security guard shakedowns to ALL patients coming in, or to NO patients coming in. I was CLEARLY flagged for a shakedown - probably because I dared to ride in on my motorcycle & carry my things in a backpack. I repeat - you lost my business FOREVER. You can be in line for 10 minutes and they will call people that just walked before you to the back.. also beware of the app deals I just left trying to redeem a bogo deal on a joint and they said it would have to be a 12$ joint to redeem deal.
