i have been a customer for over 5 years and will NEVER be back. over the last year there has been a drastic decline in service and quality as they have changed staff entirely. the new team is beyond unpleasant and will leave you waiting while they all stand around and talk. the new layout no longer prioritize medical patients or preorders entirely defeating the purpose of order ahead. additionally they have deceptive pricing when you do order online, you will receive an email with one total and when you get in they'll change the price by a dramatic amount in store and won't honor the price stated in the email even when proven that the two totals don't match. you would legitimately be better off buying at any other dispensary in town, even if the prices are "cheaper" here they're really not because of their deceptive pricing. the only person who isn't genuinely the worst here is the security guard, he's wonderful. read more

I visited this location for the first time as I was visiting Tucson from Phoenix. I The budtenders were egging on some conservative supporters who were being rude to everyone in the dispensary. The budtenders also didn't know how to switch back and forth from online order to walk in order, so they kept taking two walk in orders to every one on line order. my father has relied on Curaleaf to help alleviate symptoms of glaucoma and other issues associated with his advanced age. The other day, however, he was turned away because of his Mexican passport. This has never been an issue in the past. Arizona State Law clearly says that ANY passport, international or domestic, is an acceptable form of ID to purchase marijuana. Why is Curaleaf no longer accepting Mexican passports when they still accept Canadian passports? This is a clearly discriminatory practice that could result in litigation against the company. Please reconsider Curaleaf's policies to lawfully follow Arizona marijuana laws and to not discriminate against customers who have the legal right and means to purchase marijuana. read more
