Saints Dispensary - Dispo Bag - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I usually come in here every other week to the point where the employees knows me and my other friends that's comes in. I came in Oct 1st at 7:30 the guy that greets people at the front definitely had an attitude tried to talk to someone like I was there child asking me do I expect for people to stop doing their job for me. Have rude customer Services's especially for me to be a loyal customer made me wanna take my business some where else. He's the same one that didn't wanna give me happy hour during the store happy hour even though I came especially during that time. His name is Javier. read more

Don't go here. The list of awful experiences could take up three pages. Long story short had to fight tooth and nail because I did not receive my double " loyalty" two weeks in a row, Dave the manager shouted at me, after lecturing me about disrespect being intolerable at Saints. Then told me it was OK because he was doing it in response to my "harassing him' by bringing up all of these mistakes and wanting them fixed. Keep the points, I'm not coming back. My order was a gram and a half short, everything was packaged properly labeled properly it just contain half of what it was supposed to. Instead of 3, 1g distillate syringes I received 3. 0.5g syringes in 1 g packaging. The 'care' here is so atrocious that I don't want to call and let them know for fear of getting yelled at or blown off and disrespected. The mountain ' honest mistakes' Saints dispensary consistently makes along with God employees are the only consistencies you'll find here. read more

Tucson Saints has been a heaven sent. Great deals, and strains. Great service. They also have different raffles, events, certifications and all to improve the customer experience. read more

They have a nice facility but seems they buy the lowest priced product with lowest quality to turn a buck. Better places out there.

Logs all medical allotment in AZDHS as flower, even for concentrate and edible sales which is not compliant with state regulations. They also don't have an HR department for their employees. Worst working experience I have ever had. No organization, management is stressed out all the time and their store isn't even that busy. Prepackages your prerolls with a gravy boat in an open room with no extra sterilization procedures. Same for concentrate. Their owner Rouben fired me over the phone because I requested a day off 30+ days in advance, and got another shift covered. Shouted at me over the phone saying "who are you to be covering shifts for my company". My answer to that is a strong willed young woman who will always stand up for herself and will not allow a short little man with an ego problem to talk down to me. I know this will be taken down, but I'm also reporting them to AZDHS, the BBB, and warning all of my friends in the industry to stay FAR away from this place. read more

Always friendly and professional staff. Great selection of flower varieties. Testing is done on nearly everything. Very good prices too!

Very comfortable inner office with 2 pick up windows. They were very nice welcoming me for the first time. Great discounts for medical patients and [great big] new customer discount. Nice, polite staff. I will come again. read more

Advertises they have budder/batter/sugar wax online Get there and all they have is shatter THEY PUT IN THE BOTTOM OF A GLASS JAR. Spent over 100 dollars Lost a ton of product White widow weed is strong enough, but dry as bones Insanely mad at the amount of shatter I am loosing trying to get it out of jar, I do not have a wand to use, and even then I'd loose a ton to the bottom... ridiculous and will never shop here again. read more

This dispensary seems to have gone down hill with their bulk flower prices. The Saint's Flower anniversary specials were very disappointing. Only two strains, one potentially seeded, and both with thc levels that would not help a seasoned medical patient. It seems like they used to have more variety with their strains and better oz. prices but not so much anymore. I guess COVID has affected all businesses but you would think with legalization there would be more dollars to go around. read more

They are hella cool gave me something free for my bday and another time for being a first time customer. Great staff

So apparently a medical dispensary can ban you for posting a complaint on Facebook. They discontinued their specials during the lock down making their product unaffordable for me and those on a limited income. When I pointed out that this would be a great time to show your customers you support them during a time of crisis, their choose was to not respond. Block me on Facebook and messenger. Ban me from the store. Refuse to even call me back and interact with me. What business refuses to deal with customer complaints and concerns? Apparently this one. read more

Today I got champ OG an it was brown flower it tasted like that back in the day old brown regular flower that gives you headaches.. inhaling it also tasted awful I have never seen anything like this at a dispensary.. Fastest check-in and experience so far. They are paperless. All you need is your card and drivers license. I literally had zero wait time. They have complimentary coffee and filtered water in the waiting room, dedicated parking spots and their budtender picked through the flower making sure to remove large stems. Follow them on insta for their announcements. read more

Will absolutely not be going back to this place they are not only unsafe for our community but also very unprofessional. The security guard comes in contact with everyone coming in and out of the building and refuses to wear a mask or stay away from people. Calling a customer a mother fucker while on the clock is unacceptable and I have a video to prove it and the owner does not care as long as he is making money. I hope everyone is staying safe. read more

Every time I go and I get the Mexican bud tender she got attitude she's the worst customer service ever, love the other people their all friendly. They do have the best deals but won't honor during this crisis that sucks read more

Great staff, excellent bud, nice environment. Cool dispensary in tucson. I've had my card for 3 years, one of the first dispensaries that I visited (close to my house on the east side) was Tucson saints. My budtender was Tim. I had previously been to the downtown dispensary and had an awful experience (the budtender sold me $150 worth of CBD oil tincture and told me to smoke in like vape juice!!!). I asked Tim if that sounded weird and he said yes, don't smoke tincture! How dangerous! He then introduced me to their vape products at the time. For being a new patient, they gave me a free gram of their top shelf flower (excellent high and really helped my nerve pain!). I had a few problems with my vape pen battery and saints switched it out for a new one with no questions asked. I've been to all the dispensaries in tucson and I like saints the best. The biggest reason is their staff. Also it's nice to be able to find parking so easily. read more

Best dispensary in Tucson in my opinion and I have hit them all. They offer the best prices, widest selection on products, and even give store points that earn you credit there for the frequent shopper, just got $25 credit in loyalty points today. Staff knows their stuff, and will work with you when you're doing funky math to get what you need (which is frustrating I'm sure, but they're always cool about it). Only place I'm confident going to that I'll be happy with their product read more

This is hands down the best dispensary in Tucson!!! First and foremost is their bud tenders, they are very caring, helpful, HONEST, and knowledgeable. Second is there variety, great & HONEST prices, and very potent. And last but definitely not least is the overall dedication this dispensary shows everyday to caring for patients. It starts at the door with a full time guard for our and their protection, than a warm friendly greeting, a lobby with drink and plenty of interesting reading material, Than their multiple pay stations quickly get you in back where you find their pricing and specials brightly displayed in an easy to read fashion, than their friendly bud tenders help you make the right choice, and you pay a great price. Had been having trouble finding a good med to aid my sleep got the Shikara it was their recommendation and the house brand and amazing potent and did the job. read more

At a time when the world is in crisis, Tucson Saints took advantage of their clientele by promoting deals online, having people wait in a long line, and then after waiting and pre-ordering said "we don't have to honor our deals." My wife and I go to this dispensary for her medicinal marijuana that helps her with cancer related pain and side effects related to her cancer medication. The other staff at the dispensary are always understanding and helpful. But due to our experience today, we will not return. read more

Second time they tried to rip my husband off. The message on the phone says concentrates are 20% off on Fridays and when he placed the order yesterday he was quoted with the 20% off. After three years it's time to find another place, too bad cause my husband really likes the owner read more

Awesome staff, quality meds,@the prices, hands down best place on this side of tucson my recommendations

Went in for a special of $80 oz for flower. Only had 22 grams left and the clerk first offered it for $5 gram ($110). I gave him a puzzled look and he said, "OK I'll give it to you for $80. I said' " that's the same price for 8 grams less than advertised." He said, "sorry." So I left. I called a few minutes later to talk to the manager and Kate the receptionist asked for my first and last name and I said I would give that to the manager when I spoke to him. She then told me he was busy and to call back later. I used to like Saints but I will not go anymore. Competition for sales is vigorous in Tucson as more dispensaries come into play. Saints is no longer on my list of go-to dispensaries, If I owned this business I would be pissed if my employees treated customers this way. read more
