I've had my card for 3 years, one of the first dispensaries that I visited (close to my house on the east side) was Tucson saints. My budtender was Tim. I had previously been to the downtown dispensary and had an awful experience (the budtender sold me $150 worth of CBD oil tincture and told me to smoke in like vape juice!!!). I asked Tim if that sounded weird and he said yes, don't smoke tincture! How dangerous! He then introduced me to their vape products at the time. For being a new patient, they gave me a free gram of their top shelf flower (excellent high and really helped my nerve pain!). I had a few problems with my vape pen battery and saints switched it out for a new one with no questions asked. I've been to all the dispensaries in tucson and I like saints the best. But in reality it's 25% off.... On Saturdays and Sundays now. And this is only on their Saints flower that they feel like putting on sale for 25% off. Logs all medical allotment in AZDHS as flower, even for concentrate and edible sales which is not compliant with state regulations. They also don't have an HR department for their employees. Worst working experience I have ever had. No organization, management is stressed out all the time and their store isn't even that busy. Prepackages your prerolls with a gravy boat in an open room with no extra sterilization procedures. Same for concentrate. Their owner Rouben fired me over the phone because I requested a day off 30+ days in advance, and got another shift covered. Shouted at me over the phone saying "who are you to be covering shifts for my company". My answer to that is a strong willed young woman who will always stand up for herself and will not allow a short little man with an ego problem to talk down to me. I know this will be taken down, but I'm also reporting them to AZDHS, the BBB, and warning all of my friends in the industry to stay FAR away from this place. read more

This dispensary seems to have gone down hill with their bulk flower prices. The Saint's Flower anniversary specials were very disappointing. Only two strains, one potentially seeded, and both with thc levels that would not help a seasoned medical patient. It seems like they used to have more variety with their strains and better oz. prices but not so much anymore. My wife and I go to this dispensary for her medicinal marijuana that helps her with cancer related pain and side effects related to her cancer medication. Today we had an issue with a middle aged woman who acted like she was the manager. She was rude, argumentative and almost hostile to my wife and myself. Went in for a special of $80 oz for flower. Only had 22 grams left and the clerk first offered it for $5 gram ($110). I gave him a puzzled look and he said, "OK I'll give it to you for $80. I said' " that's the same price for 8 grams less than advertised." He said, "sorry." So I left. I called a few minutes later to talk to the manager and Kate the receptionist asked for my first and last name and I said I would give that to the manager when I spoke to him. She then told me he was busy and to call back later. I used to like Saints but I will not go anymore. Competition for sales is vigorous in Tucson as more dispensaries come into play. I'm pretty mad at this location so I switched to D2!. I went in for their $6 special one Sunday and it was mid tier product worth the amount I got/paid, but waited in line for 30minutes and at least 30 on a list in the waiting room. They have water and coffee, no artificial sweetener and coffee is strong, you have to add water and a lot of creamer/sugar to make it taste good, that is the only good thing about the waiting. The reason I won't go back is I was told to preorder on Saturday the next time and there were 2 problems with this. I told the guy on the phone pure indica and I got crappy Rockloc which gives only a head high when you smoke tons of it like regular crap off of the street cheap and I spent a ton of money on it with their promise it would work like indica making the whole body relaxed. What a joke. I got $120 worth and couldn't do anything but throw it in the garbage! These fools should be able to weigh the amount you bring back with the receipt and give you store credit for the amt you couldn't use toward better stuff in their store. I know all of these Med stores are the same no return policy but it sucks, if you get meds from a regular pharmacy like Walgreens, you can return it for a full refund. Also I noticed a complaint about tip jars at D2 dispensary. All of these places have one and I don't understand it either who does this go to for profit? Went here last week on Thursday for there bogo deal on top shelf and platinum bud. I will never go back to Saints again. I picked up some of there platinum Gelato needless to say this is the worst flower I have ever gotten from any dispensary feel like i got ripped off for 75$ Topshelf my ass can get buds off the street better then what they sell. Bud was nice and green when i got it and super moist too moist really after letting it dry out it for several days half or more of it turned brown/darker color and smells like mold when you break it up. I even asked the budtender which was there best out of the platinum options and they pointed me to this stuff.......If this is the best you have to offer Saints just quit your taking peoples money and giving out crap flower. Medical grade I think not and the dude in charge of getting flower for your shop should be fired this stuff is maybe worth 40$ and ounce not 75$ a half oz had I paid that id be ok knowing ahead of time that I was buying crap....... read more
