I love that I can order ahead online and pay online. I don't go inside often but the times I did, I was impressed by the size and the vibe. Been my go to for a few years. Veteran discounts, and competitive pricing. Most of the bud tenders are very knowledgable about the products. I do not understand the bad reviews... Yes, sometimes you have to wait...just like every doctors office or pharmacy. If I am in a pharmacy, getting medication...I have no expectation that I get to handle or smell the medication before I purchase it. Every time I have been to D2 I have been treated with respect, and have gotten all questions answered. The quality of the products are excellent. We are in a pandemic....and I feel everyone should be a little understanding. As I stated, I have been here NUMEROUS times...with no issue. I live closer to other dispensaries...but I have gotten quality enough that driving across town...is just fine. read more

I go to D2 on a weekly basis, but that will no longer the be the case. I was rear ended in front of D2. The security officer, Flores, told me if I needed to use the restroom or needed water while I waited for my tow, he would help me out. Unfortunately, when I asked him an another employee if I could use the restroom after waiting for the tow for 2 hours, they told me I could not. I asked if they were kidding, and they said no again and told me I could walk across the street to find a restroom. Dropped into d2 for the first time since they moved next-door and put in a drive thru. One thing I look for in a dispensary, as a long time medical card holder, is quality of care. I was relieved when I was quickly ushered back to the VIP medical section. The gentleman who helped me understood what I needed, and had it on-hand. Worst Experience EVER! I have not been back to this location in over a year, since it was the smaller location. Decided to give it another chance, worst idea! I placed my order online, went to the drive thru and waited about 40 minutes in line for 3 cars ahead of me. Got to the window and they said my bank PIN was wrong, they said the manager needs them to expedite the drive thru when only 1 car was behind me, and i shouldn't have been told that as a patient it's not my fault other people don't know what they want, now i'm being rushed? I was told if i go inside i would be expedited to the window and when i went inside i went to use the ATM inside and my PIN was working fine but i didn't take cash out because of the ATM Fee, not sure if they wanted to scam me out of more $ but when i asked to go up the security said the manager said i would have to wait in line? I asked to speak with the manager and was told NO! the line was wrapping around the whole lobby so idk why this place is so unorganized. i went back through the drive thru and guess what, they took the card machines down for the day and i wasn't given an apology or anything. read more
