The location on golf Links road and 22nd is experiencing customer service deficiency. I believe that the people that they have as managers are taking decisions personally and not business wise. Another thing that I noticed is that employees are not awarding rewards to customers. It is easy to make a business into your own personal business but when it affects customers it's noticeable. Your location from five Stars is dropping to one. I no longer will be coming to this location as I used to visit it everyday. read more

When I spend large amounts they don't give me issues. Whenever I go in to pick up an online pickup they give me issues. Aside from the fact that there are other reported issues with the site. First my id was an issue then it wasn't. Then I couldn't use phone in the builidng even though i came to pick up and order with money in hand. Then some guy tried to mansplain things to me like i dont always get the same thing. Its mostly cbd that i get and theres always an issue. Pretty sure they are trying to ban me but i keep trying hoping people are just doing their jobs but they arent they are just being prejudiced. Dont think i will continue. The prices are outrageous for shitty product. Oh and they delete bad reviews on leafly and yelp. Considering reporting to Az Biz Bu since ​I am not the only one to have issues here. I like D2 and I have been going there for many years and then I've decided to go to other places but the only problem I have with D2 is I shouldn't feel like I'm at Fort Knox. I have to yell so they can hear me behind the bulletproof glass. I'm a medical marijuana user so I have to go one way where as my sister has to go another way and when she walked me into the medical marijuana area. This was my first time in a dispensary and it was quite busy and I.D's are checked before you can enter. Photos weren't allowed inside so I could not get a picture of the menu. Yes there was a menu. The ha two menus one for medical and the other for recreational. Everything seemed to move smoothly. I did not nor did I intend to make a purchase. First of all, a drive thru! What a time to be alive! As a medical patient, I have been coming here since they opened and am always pleased with prices and service. I love that I can order ahead online and pay online. I don't go inside often but the times I did, I was impressed by the size and the vibe. I go to D2 on a weekly basis, but that will no longer the be the case. I was rear ended in front of D2. The security officer, Flores, told me if I needed to use the restroom or needed water while I waited for my tow, he would help me out. Unfortunately, when I asked him an another employee if I could use the restroom after waiting for the tow for 2 hours, they told me I could not. I asked if they were kidding, and they said no again and told me I could walk across the street to find a restroom. I cannot believe the lack of humanity I was presented with, and I can't believe how much I have supported these assholes. read more

Been my go to for a few years. Veteran discounts, and competitive pricing. Most of the bud tenders are very knowledgable about the products. I do not understand the bad reviews... Yes, sometimes you have to wait...just like every doctors office or pharmacy. If I am in a pharmacy, getting medication...I have no expectation that I get to handle or smell the medication before I purchase it. Every time I have been to D2 I have been treated with respect, and have gotten all questions answered. The quality of the products are excellent. We are in a pandemic....and I feel everyone should be a little understanding. As I stated, I have been here NUMEROUS times...with no issue. Dropped into d2 for the first time since they moved next-door and put in a drive thru. One thing I look for in a dispensary, as a long time medical card holder, is quality of care. I was relieved when I was quickly ushered back to the VIP medical section. The gentleman who helped me understood what I needed, and had it on-hand.
