I buy the vast majority of my cigars there and the vast majority of my lighters as I tend to buy cheap lighters and they don't last. This is fine because I like the new stuff. Bottom line is, I am always treated well when I go in there. I can't think of a single time that I have visited Crescent and have walked out feeling disgruntled. Not once. I've never had a problem where a store policy has felt unfair to me there. In fact, I am heading there now to pick up another handful of my favorite Perdomos.

I've been shopping here for several years and I always have positive interactions. The cigar selection is fantastic and more importantly the cigars are humidified perfectly in the walk-in humidor. If you do have the occasion and get a bad cigar just bring it back and they'll replace it instantly, on the spot, no questions asked. They also have a wide array of cigar accessories if you're trying to make out your Christmas wish list or are looking to buy something for that favorite guy or gal.
