Their phone service for their pharmacy sucks! You can't talk to anyone. After you get through the prompts you can only leave a message. I'm not even asking for something that takes more than a minute to answer. Instead I have to wait for a call back or wait an extra 10-20 minutes to pick up a prescription at the store! The store employees are nice and the store is fine. I've never had an issue when I needed to go to the store or pick up a prescription in store. read more

The pharmacy here is begging for a bad review, while it carries medication more often than other places the customer service here is terrible. You can't talk to someone over the phone to make sure your medication is there. The lines after 2PM in the window and inside are long and you'll spend 30 minutes only for them to tell you they don't have it. Don't send your prescription here if you can avoid it. read more

Last week I went directly from the doctor's office to the pharmacy to pick up a new medication. The pharmacist in charge, older man, was incredibly rude. Scolding me for not answering something on my phone. I wasn't even demanding anything just asking for a pick up.. he is neurotic and way more interested in getting back to talking to the young girls about their boyfriends than in taking proper, respectful care of the customers. The young girl that helped me after was Great, kind and competent. This man should be ashamed of being such an incompetent jerk. I had to go to another pharmacy for the medication with the help of the young pharmacist. He was rude and useless. He needs help. read more

Extremely poor customer service..The cashier was extremely rude. There was some glitch in applying a CVS app coupon to my order and he refused to apply it. While I tried to ask a reason why a similar offer was applied the last time I came to this store he just told me that it was because the cashier might not be aware about my item being not available with the offer. I had no issue with the reason but just gave him the feedback that CVS could be more transparent in mentioning it on the app/coupon that only certain items are allowed. He did not take the feedback constructively and instead accused me of trying to dupe CVS.... When I said that I didn't appreciate this comment considering I had no way of knowing which item was allowed unless a cashier explains it to me (which the previous cashier didn't and I had just assumed it to be a technical glitch), he just told me to Get out of the store .... Wish the cashier had been less short tempered and more understanding/respectful to a customer.... read more

I've used this pharmacy for over year and I cannot recommend it less. The hours are ridiculous and if you have a full time day job this is not the pharmacy for you. They are consistently out of stock of certain common medications. They also tend to not fill them on time even if they are in stock. While the pharmacists and pharmacy staff are always helpful it is clear their working conditions are making their job harder than it has to be. read more

Security man walked away SLOWLY, and the only other person in the entire store appeared to be a customer in this seemingly empty, disheveled, and either in "packing mode," or unpacked merchandise state business on a SAT evening. 22 APR 2023, I came in hoping to find Sudafed or Zyrtec-D for my month-long sinus infection. (The last time that I shopped here, I needed a shopping cart or basket and when I asked for either one, the employees explained that they do not have any available form customers. Based on the location of this biz and the high crime rate, I can understand this practice.) The pharmacy was closed for the meds I needed, but I did find lip balm that was secured and I needed an employee to unlock it. I turned to ask a cashier towards the front of the store but instead I saw the heavy set security man had turned and began to walk towards the exit/entrance glass doors, I spoke at him for help and he semi-side looked, but continued outside of the store ignoring me. No cashiers, no help, a Twilight Zone environment, and a smug, apathetic rent-a-cop sucking money and oxygen from CVS in Tucson, AZ. Begrudgingly and sick, I had no choice but to go to Walgreens. :( read more

Every month I play a refill game with this pharmacy. Regardless of when I have submitted the refill request it's two days wait if it gets filled. Most often, I have to go to the store to ask where the Rx that I refilled two days ago? I have always liked the staff and they work very hard but I am tired of this constant battle every month. Normally, CVS is a place you think of as ordering your meds and picking them up on your way home from work. This CVS may change your way of thinking. inside... it's huge. If you come inside you'll probably find something you didn't know you were looking for. Greeting cards at good prices, gifts, booze... and all the other stuff you'd find in a "drugstore". My use of quotation marks shows my age . They may used to call them drugstores, but these days, this particular CVS proves they can be so much more. read more

CVS is ALWAYS out of stock every month for one or more of my pain medications. As a cancer patient, these meds are as important as a diabetic who needs their insulin. It's been almost a week since they say they ordered it but they just keep telling me it hasn't come in. No explanation, no apology, no sympathy, nobody cares.. just "nope, it hasn't come in" and "nope, no idea when it will." There's no regular pharmacist.. they just rotate ppl in and out. The regular pharmacist before all these changes made sure that whenever they were out of stock, it was there the next day, every time. I have a hard time believing this is a supply issue versus a staffing issue since it was never a problem before this when they had a regular pharmacist who genuinely cared and knew what she was doing. She would fight for you, call whoever needed to be called and take care of you. These new ppl just don't care.. not their problem. read more

Two weeks ago, I was having reliability problems with my previous pharmacy so I decided to give this CVS location a try. I need a reliable pharmacy. I take a lot of medications because I'm a cancer patient and also recently had a stroke, along with several more minor conditions. I initiated the transfer online on May 5, 2019. I got a confirmation e-mail. Then nothing further happened. I tried calling on May 16th, and was on hold for 45 minutes before someone finally picked up. I was told they never got my transfer. In reality, they didn't bother to really look. I went there in person the next day with the order confirmation and they actually looked. They had received it but it hadn't been entered even after more than a week. They offered to fill my most urgent prescription immediately and the rest they promised would be ready the following day, Friday. I never got a call, email or text, so today, Sunday, May 19th, a full TWO WEEKS after initiating the transfer of my meds, I checked their online system. The only one listed is the one they filled for me on Thursday. Ok, next step, call and ask about it. I have now been on hold for 51 minutes. When I was there on Thursday, it was explained to me that this location was combined with another location and that they were short-staffed. Even being short-staffed, customers shouldn't be lied to about whether orders have been received, have to wait more than a week for important prescriptions to be filled, be promised the problem would be fixed and still be waiting after two weeks, or have to show up in person to get anyone to do anything. These problems speak to me of incompetence at the management or even corporate level. My mom also uses this pharmacy. We both have stage 4 cancer. Her chemo gets shipped here. Can she trust them not to lose it? I certainly shouldn't be on hold still after an hour. I am out of over half my medications. You get one star for every prescription you have filled for me but I really want to leave 0 stars. read more

This is a fairly new CVS where the former Mercado used to be. The lot is open and well lit. The staff acknowledges you when you walk in and offers help if you need it. The pharmacy staff is friendly and really helpful. I've had to transfer several prescriptions here recently and I was given a document showing when each one would be available for pick up. The store has lots of drugstore items, snack food, etc available and their CVS rewards card can offer some pretty good deals. read more

Incompetent people work here, this is the 2nd time I ask for Sudafed, and they give me Sudafed mixed, they don't verify just ring it up, and then you get home with the wrong one, and told they can't do a simple exchange for their screw-up, so their screw up cost me 25 bucks instead of 12. Called pharmacy they said we verify, but apparently never have with me. read more

The pharmacist refused to sell me my filled, Dr. prescribed Rx. I was further told by the pharmacist in question that he had refused to sell this particular medication to 3 other people. He was unapologetically rude, dismissive, as well as excruciatingly unprofessional. Maybe I could understand his behavior if I was seeking out unprescribed painkillers instead, I was told I would not be allowed to purchase a generic Rx that I have been on for over 10 years. Do not get your perscriptions filled at this CVS. For the past six weeks my Dr. calls in my perscription every Monday. My perscription was ready and on time only once. They have more excuses than Carter has pills. I've had to wait until Friday on two occasions and who knows if I will ever get them this week. I've been in the store three times this week after being assured from my Drs office that they spoke to Justin he apologized and said for me to give them 20 minutes. I had to get back to work and when I got there about 6 hours later they said there is nothing here for you. I asked if there was a Justin here and he spoke up saying they had to get an approval for my perscription and that couldn't happen until tomorrow. Im not pleased and he sarcastically said you can pay for them yourself if you can't wait. So again don't waste your time at this CVS read more

I've been to several CVS locations and this one is the emptiest I've seen. There was some construction going on in the back of the parking lot, but I don't think it had to do with the CVS. The cashier was nice, but struggled a little when I asked him to manually enter my reward card number. read more

Waiting in anticipation for this store to open but am so disappointed in the customer service I will never go back. Waited for over 10 minutes at the photo counter for an employee to finish helping a woman modify/edit a picture only to have that employee walk away to go work a main register when she was done. Leaving me standing there. I was then informed by the store manager that no one just "works" in photo, that I would have needed to go ask someone to help me! Even though that employee saw me standing there waiting for over 10 minutes and just walked away. I told the store manager that there was nothing at the photo counter to indicate that I needed to go somewhere else to ask for assistance with photo. His reply? "I guess I could make a sign.....".
