    Security man walked away SLOWLY, and the only other person in the entire store appeared to be a customer in this seemingly empty, disheveled, and either in "packing mode," or unpacked merchandise state business on a SAT evening. 22 APR 2023, I came in hoping to find Sudafed or Zyrtec-D for my month-long sinus infection. (The last time that I shopped here, I needed a shopping cart or basket and when I asked for either one, the employees explained that they do not have any available form customers. Based on the location of this biz and the high crime rate, I can understand this practice.) The pharmacy was closed for the meds I needed, but I did find lip balm that was secured and I needed an employee to unlock it. I turned to ask a cashier towards the front of the store but instead I saw the heavy set security man had turned and began to walk towards the exit/entrance glass doors, I spoke at him for help and he semi-side looked, but continued outside of the store ignoring me. No cashiers, no help, a Twilight Zone environment, and a smug, apathetic rent-a-cop sucking money and oxygen from CVS in Tucson, AZ. Begrudgingly and sick, I had no choice but to go to Walgreens. :(

    am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the customer service I have…read moreexperienced at your pharmacy location. I have made multiple attempts to contact the pharmacy to check the status of my prescriptions, but each time I have either been placed on hold for extended periods (20+ minutes) or had my call disconnected without ever speaking to anyone. Most recently, on Tuesday, March 24, 2025, at approximately 8:14 PM, I was on hold for over 20 minutes with no response. I then called the main store number and requested to speak with a manager. The individual who came to the phone identified himself only as "the manager" and refused to provide his name. When I explained my concerns, I was simply told to call back the next day to speak with the store manager, which I found dismissive and unhelpful. When I was finally able to reach someone in the pharmacy, I was met with a very rude interaction from the male pharmacist. His tone was unprofessional and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him simply by calling. I even referenced the in-store signage encouraging customers to be kind to staff, and asked what expectations exist for how customers are treated. Unfortunately, his demeanor did not improve. I understand that pharmacies can be busy, but repeated long hold times, lack of communication, and discourteous behavior are unacceptable. I have also noticed that other customers have shared similar experiences in reviews, which suggests this may be an ongoing issue. I am not looking for a generic apology--I would like to see meaningful improvements. I strongly encourage you to evaluate this location's operations, including phone responsiveness, staff professionalism, and overall customer experience. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer

    Another Walgreens branch denied me service at 5:00 pm after driving for 40 minutes to get there, as…read morethey told my father at 3:30pm that the prescription would be ready in the next hour. I then called this branch and hoped for them to transfer the prescription as I needed it by that night. They transferred and filled it within 30 minutes. I'm so thankful!! Pharmacy people were so kind and professional. Would use again
