am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the customer service I have experienced at your pharmacy location. I have made multiple attempts to contact the pharmacy to check the status of my prescriptions, but each time I have either been placed on hold for extended periods (20+ minutes) or had my call disconnected without ever speaking to anyone. Most recently, on Tuesday, March 24, 2025, at approximately 8:14 PM, I was on hold for over 20 minutes with no response. I then called the main store number and requested to speak with a manager. The individual who came to the phone identified himself only as "the manager" and refused to provide his name. When I explained my concerns, I was simply told to call back the next day to speak with the store manager, which I found dismissive and unhelpful. When I was finally able to reach someone in the pharmacy, I was met with a very rude interaction from the male pharmacist. His tone was unprofessional and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him simply by calling. I even referenced the in-store signage encouraging customers to be kind to staff, and asked what expectations exist for how customers are treated. Unfortunately, his demeanor did not improve. I understand that pharmacies can be busy, but repeated long hold times, lack of communication, and discourteous behavior are unacceptable. I have also noticed that other customers have shared similar experiences in reviews, which suggests this may be an ongoing issue. I am not looking for a generic apology--I would like to see meaningful improvements. Another Walgreens branch denied me service at 5:00 pm after driving for 40 minutes to get there, as they told my father at 3:30pm that the prescription would be ready in the next hour. I then called this branch and hoped for them to transfer the prescription as I needed it by that night. They transferred and filled it within 30 minutes. I'm so thankful!! If I can give shit, I won't give one star. They rarely answer the phone, even if they have nothing to do, they will always give you on hold until the customer hangs up. My wife had surgery and after she came home from the hospital, I dropped off her six prescriptions at about 5pm. The pharmacist or tech (not sure which she was) on duty looked at the prescriptions and asked if she had just had surgery and I confirmed that she did. She told me that she'd put a rush on the prescriptions and they should be ready in about 2 hours because they were very busy. At 6pm, we received an automated call from the pharmacy that one of her prescriptions wasn't going through insurance and they were trying to resolve it but they would call us with any issues. By 7pm, when she was due to take one of her medications, we hadn't received a call and only one of the 6 was showing filled online. At 9pm we called to check the status thinking the text service and the online status system my not be working correctly, and remained on hold for a long time. When the call was answered, the person that answered told me that one of the prescriptions was still on hold, then she tried to run it through again and she said it went through so I told her I'd wait for the text message that her prescriptions were ready. Finally at 2:45am, my wife couldn't deal with the pain any longer, so I called and again I was left on hold for 10 minutes (at almost 3am). I went to the store to see if I could get the prescriptions and when I arrived, the store was empty and the Pharmacist on duty was putting away stock, not filling prescriptions, like my wife's. Shouldn't the Pharmacist be putting her skills to use filling prescriptions and not putting away stock? She helped me and while I stood there, she filled 3 of the remaining 4 prescriptions (one was still trying to be covered by insurance and were just wipes to prevent infection). I realize that this is a business, but is cutting costs by cutting staff really the right way to improve cost margins? Especially when the prescriptions are needed to prevent infections, relieve pain or maintain mental stability!? read more

It's a pretty clean pharmacy and Walgreens, and the staff is great. However, the pharmacy is so slow! I understand that there is a lot to do and a lot to get done along with seeing patients, I do think that this pharmacy is way under staffed. It took me about 1 hour to get my meds. I definitely am NOT blaming the staff, they are great, just didn't enjoy waiting in the drive thru for that long for some meds. read more

I have two complaints about this store, the pharmacy is extremely slow and the elderly gentleman cashier is very rude. He does not say Hello, goodbye , thank you, and he does not count your change back. Anyway , tonight Sat. Oct 19, I made my purchase, he did not bag my purchase, when I asked him for a bag, he looked at me like I was crazy. He handed me the bag and did not say a word. Getting to big for their britches? I am beyond frustrated. My spouse has several health issues which require quick dosing with medications. This remote fill process is hampering his health. When meds are prescribed, they are needed, now. Heaven forbid the Rx is sent on a Friday, it will be late Monday before it is filled, which is not good for people with chronic issues. Also, the online system fill dates is rarely, ever accurate. I've gotten numerous messages Rxs are ready only to be told when I arrive they have not come in yet and our closest location is a roundtrip of 25 miles. When does the patient needs become more important than the bottom line? Maybe filling them quicker, locally might just possibly save customer service time (standing in line, long waits on the telephone, multiple phone calls to confirm the automated messages are accurate, etc.). Most new RXs or refill requests currently takes 2-3 calls and possibly 2 or more round trips, which is unacceptable. What has happened to the Gold Standard of Pharmacies? read more

I would give it a lower rating if I could. I drop off three prescriptions, i get a text that the meds are ready. I go to pick it up and only one was ready. I called to ask about the other meds and i get told they messed up and didnt fill the other prescription. I told them i have two more and they said they only have one on the computer. After calling 6 times and getting hung on without talking to the pharmacy and being on hold approx 20 min each time is soooooooo wrong. Im taking my business elsewhere as this pharmacy stinks. Called to get a prescription filled while out of town and they said they'd have it and then they called me a hour later saying my prescription was ready for pick up and so I drive there wait in line for 20 yes 20 minutes standing in line to find out that they DONT HAVE IT ! ZERO STARS!!! If I could give a ZERO I WOULD. Do not do business with this Walgreens!!! They are terrible!! I went there to fill an RX, when I got home and opened it up, there was not a seal on the bottle. The bottle for my eardrops was not sealed. They told me to contact the manufacturer. I said are you kidding? I want to talk to the manager, Jochim. (HE SAID HE WAS THE PHARMACY MANAGER) They would not replace my eardrops that cost $131.99. I spoke to the manager Jochim and he said that he did not understand the problem with the eardrops. He said, If I was to get another one it would be the same way. I said No it says right on the box the bottle neck is supposed to have a seal, this one did not. He was NOT willing to help me. He said I would need another RX. And I could take it elsewhere if I wish. I said and pay for it again, I don't think so! First time to get an RX there, WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!
