Worst Walgreens ever. I walked in to pick up my medicine and after standing and waiting for 10 minutes I decided to walk out and go through the drive thru because nobody was helping me out. There was a Mexican guy who looked like a manager, I wish I would've gotten his name, but he kept on going in and out of the pharmacy and would walk past me every time and not say anything to me, not even a simply "hi, we will be right with you". The store manager, Michael, has terrible customer service skills, he walked right past us when we needed drinks since apparently their security sucks and they need to lock up them up. I visited to make a fedex drop off for a return of a fairly expensive item. In the time it took me to drop of the item (less than 2 minutes) I witnessed an altercation between another customer and a would be shop lifter. Outside the entrance was a transient fellow sleeping ironically underneath the no trespassing sign, while two others had erected a shelter in the back corner of the lot by the pharmacy drive. After the altercation the employee said that sort of thing "happens all the time" and claimed in one day the police had visited 3 times. I promptly asked to take back my fedex drop off as it was left clearly outside a security locker with several other packages and Walgreens is clearly not doing anything to ensure the safety and security of its staff, customers, premises, or items therein. Feel incredibly sorry for the staff who work for an employer that refuses to address these issues. I hope they collectively bargain for more than Walgreens thinks they are worth. read more

I will not be the first customer to point this out, but the pharmacy at this location is incredibly rude, incompetent, and slow. Here's what happened: -I arrived on time for an appointment to receive a COVID booster and the line was so long I did not even get a chance to speak to the front counter until well after my slot -The pharmacy looked completely dumbfounded that I even had an appointment, saying "we don't see you" even as I presented my email confirmation -They were also completely dumbfounded trying to enter my insurance info. They were looking straight at my card like they were unsure of what to do, and it took two of them to figure it out. They take my CDC card to the back and say they'll call me up soon. I am annoyed, but patient and I take my seat. -45 minutes past my appointment time, and still no shot for me! This oversight is brought to their attention and the young lady up front literally rolls her eyes like I am being some sort of Karen. In reality, I am incredibly kind in the wake of dogshit service -An hour after my appointment time, and I tell them the wait is not acceptable. I demand the return of my CDC card because I am no longer willing to put up with this garbage service. The Pharmacist, Irina, intervenes to reassure me I am next -Several minutes later, they call the next patient and it is not me. Naturally, I am in disbelief. -Just when I confront them a second time, the door opens and finally, my name is called. But another customer intervenes to complain that her child has been waiting longer than me, and literally sends her kid into the room where shots are administered, in defiance of my name having finally been called. The staff immediately acquiesces to her and refuses to assert that I have an appointment. They're like "ooh, we'll get to you right after this". -I tell them this is unacceptable and demand my card back. The staff complains they have already written my dosage on my card, and proceeds to scribble it out, defacing a vital document. Coming here was such a nightmare, and the staff was so disrespectful to me that I am on a mission to speak to someone--anyone who will document that this department is run by total fucking morons. Sat on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting to talk with the pharmacy about a prescription. I'm sick, so I can't go in to the store discuss this. They don't have a proper hold system that lets them answer calls in order. After 2 minutes of holding they pick up, say nothing, and but you back on hold. After 30 minutes of waiting I was "disconnected." This happened again after 20 more minute of waiting. When I called and spoke to a store employee he told me there's nothing he can do and that I could just come into the store. When I asked for help, explained I'm sick, and asked if he could get me a pharmacist he hung up on me. They are so unbelievably rude here. I hate that CVS has limited pharmacy hours, because Walgreens is the absolute worst to work with. read more

I needed to get my flu vaccine and at the time of searching for an available appointment this was the closest pharmacy with open spots. I arrived early to fill out paperwork that I had already filled out online... I really don't understand the redundancy. The pharmacy staff were friendly but seemed either disorganized or overwhelmed. It took about 25 minutes of waiting before I could get my vaccine. This would not be my first choice pharmacy but I was able to get what I needed. read more

The pharmacist and techs are very nice. But they need more help. Every time I have come here I have had a long wait. It is often too crowded to sit down in the waiting area. Walgreens needs to help these pharmacists out and give them more support. Meanwhile, I recommend going to another pharmacy. Do not come here for vaccines. Greg the pharmacist attempted to overrule my doctor and gaslit me with half truth when I was there to fill two prescriptions for a migraine. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes and was literally in the drive through waiting for them to answer. I hung up once I reached the window. They had not pulled my prescriptions. and then when the tech told me ketoralac was back ordered and the other prescription was not received I walked into the store and that's when I realized that they were lying about the ketoralac and when I told the pharmacy that Teladoc was calling, they were suddenly picking up calls. Greg refused the 4 day ketoralac prescription saying it was black boxed by the feds. Bottom line is the record is no more than 5 days and the doc wrote a 4 day prescriptio. He let me know he didn't want to be sued. Well, I'm going to lodge a complaint with the licensing board at the least for negligence on his part. This man is a menace. read more

Called to check on a prescription that was ordered Tuesday (now Friday) - after waiting 15+ minutes on hold the pharmacist told me it would be ready tomorrow. I asked what the delay was for and she told me it was too soon to pick up. It's been 30+ days since my last refill so I asked for clarification. When she asked a "colleague" about the hold up they berated her so loudly I could hear it on the other end of the line. I'm talking aggressive, loud, scolding for a simple question she was trying to get help on. I felt so awful for the woman that asked that I didn't want to push further. Great job on making your working place and customer experience toxic. If you can go anywhere else, I'd suggest it. This walgreens have some of the most disrespectful pharmacists I have ever come across in my life. I got to the drive thru window 35 minutes before closing. There was one car in front of me that took them 30 minutes to help. After she was done, they put the sign up that said they are closed. I pressed the call button and the man who answered was so rude and was laughing at me on the call. It hadn't even hit closing time and my prescription was completely ready for pickup. I recently tried 3 times to order one of my prescriptions. I was told 3 times that the script was in stock and it would be ready the next day. It never was. I transferred my prescriptions to a completely different pharmacy. I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 to get my second Shingrix shot there. The pharmacy was NOT OPEN. I'm pregnant and made an appointment for a flu shot and waited for over 20 minutes while there was over 15 people in line. I called the number to see if they had film for a new camera I got for Christmas (I've called and driven all over town for this specific film and everywhere is sold out) I press 1 to be put through to the photo department and after a while on hold it automatically transfers me to a different department and a lady picked up, I ask my questions and she cuts me off saying "I'll transfer you to photo" and before I can even say "been there done that" she has transferred me. So I wait again and after a few minutes their system automatically transfers me back to the same lady. She says "no one picked up? The guy is on break. I was hoping a manager would pick up your call. I can put you on hold again and hope that they pick up?" I said no I would just go in person and hung up as she said she was sorry and that they were super short staffed. Frustrating that no one there could be bothered to take 5 minutes or less (or more to put me on hold-i would have waited patiently) to look for the film, so I had to drive down myself. And that she said they were understaffed which is a problem another yelper also said about this location, hopefully management reads these and can implement some changes. I brought my medical card but not my prescription card. I think her name was "Thyla" and she was an angel who was kind enough to look up my prescription costs and tell me about the $20 program. No body answers when you call for assistance or need something unlocked.. rude employees and seems like no one is working there.. strange

The only reason I keep ending up here is the because of how close it is to my house and because I haven't ever received better service at a different Walgreen's. Some recent experiences include: - a ONE HOUR visit to get passport photos taken. I was the only one in store, but the girl kept cropping the photo wrong and kept having to retake it which turned into quite the ordeal. At least I got to keep the pretty funny collection of botched photos - two simple prescriptions were on auto fill and on two separate occasions the automated system called to tell me they were ready. After getting to the pharmacy and waiting on line both times, neither was ready. The second occasion they "lost" my insurance information and instead of calling me up they let me sit there for about 45 minutes until I finally asked if it was ready yet, and that's when they told me, so I had to wait all over. - I bought super glue and when I got home and opened the box, there was no glue in it...hopefully just a fluke but rather strange! Bottom line, be sure to double and triple check everything if you have to go! read more

Is it too soon to joke about Communism? Is it in extremely poor taste to draw parallels between an impoverished national health system a Walgreen's Pharmacy? Before you respond, try getting a prescription filled at this or any one of their many locations. There are several reasons I have defected to Target's fine network of pharmacies. Something about the lighting and linoleum in a Walgreen's really exacerbates my symptoms. If I didn't feel sick before picking up my prescription, the grimy, fluorescent ambiance and inevitable fight to get some drugs usually has me doubled over on the way out to the car. This is no one in particular's fault, but bears mentioning. Which brings us to the real problem: the struggle. Why is it always a trial here? Do you take my insurance? Is my prescription ready? Can you fax my doctor? I don't think these are real mindblowers, but since I can never get a direct response, I'm also left wondering what I've done to make the pharmacy techs so mad. Why are you treating me this way? Because I'm infirm? You know, in some circles, illness elicits sympathy. This isn't one of them, and when you're feeling sick and sensitive, that can make you feel like you're in one of the outer rings of hell. Just go to Target, ok? read more

While calling to check on a refill, the employee got angry with me and hung up on me... and ladies, expect to get some judgmental looks from the older male employees when picking up your birth control. I have needed antibiotics to treat my strep that has kept me miserable for days. My doctor called in the prescription at 8am. I called back to see if it was ready every couple hours. I called my doctor and they called Walgreens and said it was ready but they needed some insurance information. After waiting 45 minutes in the long car line, I was informed that it wasn't ready and that I would need to come back and wait in line again for pickup. I will never give Walgreens another cent. I don't have any complaints about this Walgreens. It is okay. They have the candy I like, the wait times at the front register are not long, for the most part it's always clean. The location is good for me and I will continue to stop here. But I have yet to get a prescription here, so I will update if that happens. read more
