All the people that work there seem very nice - it's a very pleasant atmosphere. The place can get a little crowded during peak hours but I normally come in later in the day when things are a little quieter. They keep the place spotlessly clean - not an easy task in that business. Parking is very convenient as they are located in a modest sized mall. I can normally park right outside the door. There are enough men (like me!) that get their hair cut there that I don't feel self-conscious about it. I plan to continue to go there to get my hair cut for the foreseeable future.

She did text me back, confirming that we could set up an appointment, but unfortunately, I had a family emergency and needed to push the date back a few days. I made sure to communicate and stay in touch, but after that, I was ignored. When she finally responded, she mentioned that she doesn't often see or reply to messages. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and kept trying to confirm my new appointment date, but I was ignored again. Since I really needed my lashes done, I decided to go ahead and book an appointment. However, when I arrived at the salon at my scheduled time, she texted me saying she wasn't there. At that point, I felt incredibly disappointed and stressed--especially after trying to reach her for days, only to drive all the way there and find out she wasn't even present. I decided to try scheduling again just to see what would happen, and she declined my appointment request. She then proceeded to ignore me and eventually blocked me altogether. I honestly find this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful toward potential clients. That being said, I have no issues with the salon itself--the staff was very patient and kind, and they felt bad about the situation, even though it wasn't their fault. She and her team make everyone feel so welcome, and you are never just a number.
