Geeks 2 You is still my go to for IT support and I'm still happy with their services. I've gone to…read morethem 3 or 4 times now, each time I've called them, they're able to help me same day or the next, pretty amazing. I'm sure there are times that they aren't available that quickly, but I've yet to have a long wait time. Fox came out to my house this most recent visit and helped do some cleaning up of my computer that was moving like a snail. He was very professional and patient with my questions. He also taught me about the things I should consider when selecting my next computer, as I'm due for an upgrade. Pricing has gone up from my first review to $125/hour. I still think it's fair, their service is great, they come to you! I've never felt like they're trying to sell me anything I don't need. I trust them to steer me in the right direction.

Mark You mention…read morestriving to provide great service. In my view, great service means going above and beyond -- even in what may seem like the smallest details. That is often what separates a good business from one that truly stands out. A seven-day guarantee may work in theory, but for small business owners like myself, flexibility matters. I operate a transportation service, and my schedule doesn't always allow me to address technical issues within such a narrow window. A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well.

Quik Fix Phone Repair - Broken phone screen art!

I had a cracked phone screen and needed a fast, competent repair but I got even more. The night…read morebefore I scouted Yelp for the higher rated repair facilities and sent estimate requests to several. Two replied promptly that same evening. Quick Fix was among the lowest at $169 (iPhone 12Pro screen). I later discovered a check-in discount via Yelp of $25! I went in the next morning shorty after they opened at 10am and met Brennon, their newest technician at this location, and a gem of a human being - kind, patient, and informative. While I could see several jobs pending in trays at the back of the lobby -- and as the only employee at that moment he also had to answer two phone calls -- Brennon assured me he could get the replacement completed in less than 90 minutes. Barely an hour later he called (my backup/work phone) with the good news that all went well and my iPhone was ready. With the Yelp bonus and after taxes, it came to just over $150. During the "tablet spin" I happily added a $10 tip for the tremendously personal and fast service. Their work comes with a warranty and you can purchase an additional warranty that I'm rethinking as I type! If I remember, for $29 extra you get screen replacement for life, with no deductible. Whaaat?! I like that there are three of these establishments in Tucson as that gives me comfort that they stand behind their name and warranty. There is easy parking in this small strip mall with Quick Fix located in between Peach Skin and an Army Recruiting office. The lobby is airy, clean, and inviting.

I went here about a mouth ago to fix my screen On my iPhone. Few weeks later I had a notification…read moreon my phone saying the iPhone doesn't recognize the new screen. After a few days that notification went away. Then shortly after I have a pink line running vertically on the phone. Went in to see if they could fix my screen as it should be covered by some type of warranty. They blamed me saying it's from physical damage and would have to buy a whole New screen. Terrible service.

My laptop died due to a hdd failure. I handed it off to them…read morefor repair which was fast friendly and cost effective. They ended up replacing said hard drive and putting (cause it's a PeeCee) Micro$loth's Winblows back on it with my recovery disks. They also installed a great anti-virus (which I have never liked to run before) and a couple other "make my system run like a champion all the time" programs. The work was completed before I expected it to be done. They phoned promptly when they had "go ahead" questions and kept me updated via emails throughout the service request. I have used other services in the past. The BlueBox store's "geeks" are mere fumbling children when compared with the experience and knowledge of the Guru's at this place! Now that I have experienced Arizona Computer Guru's service - I'll never go anywhere else. To sum it up here's a quote from their website, "In fact, Cox Communications, Apple Stores, and other notable IT service providers have referred their customers to us for the resolution of particularly troublesome issues." That says it all right there boys and girls! I want to go to the "go to guys" for "the other guys". Why mess with the rest when you can start with the best? I use my computer in a business sense and can not afford to be "down" for any length of time. These guys got me up and running quickly. Signed, Web developing computer geek.

In response to the owner's reply to my review:…read more I will not be removing my review. There is a reason you are not BBB accredited... Gamer's Warehouse is the most unethical, dishonest, and abusive company I have ever been unfortunate enough to do business with...if that's what you call this. You charged me for a service you did not perform, removed my phone's battery without my knowledge or permission (theft by conversion) and you returned my phone in a completely inoperable condition. You didn't even have the decency to tell me you removed the battery--I only discovered that after taking the phone elsewhere and attempting to charge it. I couldn't even take it anywhere else at that point to have the service done (although IFIXIT at the Tucson Mall stated that could easily transfer the data using SmartSwitch if my phone's battery had not been removed) because you removed the battery. Your response attempts to shift blame instead of taking responsibility for your actions. The facts remain unchanged: I paid for a service that was not performed, my phone was returned completely inoperable, and I was never informed that you had removed internal components from my device. Consumers deserve honesty, transparency, and competent service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gamer's Warehouse. To the owner: Please note that I will not be engaging with you in further discourse...on this platform. BUYERS BEWARE.
