Fast Rhino is truly a primo computer repair business. Merlin and his staff are highly knowledgeable and competent, very trustworthy, and both professional and personable, at the same time. They take the concept of customer service to a whole new level! They never fail to keep the customer regularly informed on the progress of repairs, or problems they encounter. My large screen iMac failed to boot up. I called Fast Rhino and they instructed me to bring the computer to their shop, since boot failure indicated a likely problem with the hard drive. Turned out, the hard drive had crashed. Fast Rhino diligently tried, but was unable to recover data from that hard drive, and so Merlin, the owner, directed me to DriveSavers, a company that specializes in data recovery in a "clean room" atmosphere. Unfortunately, DriveSavers was also unable to recover anything from the crashed hard drive. Fast Rhino installed a new hard drive into my disabled iMac, which is now running very well. Merlin even set up Time Machine on my repaired iMac, to help me avoid any further data losses. These people go more than the extra mile! Fast Rhino's prices are extremely reasonable, both for computer repair and the products they sell. Also, they service Apple computers, so no longer do you Mac users have to wade through the Apple Store's customer service system, only to be told they cannot help you. Without reservation, I highly recommend Fast Rhino. In the future, I'll turn to them again for any computer repair needs. Importantly, they do make house calls, and they do recycle electronics for you. read more

I was lucky enough to pull up an excellent computer repair show, Fast Rhino. I have an older Dell desktop computer that keeps resetting the Windows password every year around the same time and it is never online. So for the past 3 years, I have gone to "U Break, I Fix" in Goodyear, AZ. They charge me $99.00 each year for the same thing. It happened again this year so I dropped it off in Mesa at "U Break, I Fix". After 3 weeks, I went to pick it up and they never got to it, didn't call me, and already charged me. I took the computer back home and looked up Fast Rhino. I went into their store and Merlin took the time to take care of my problem right then and there and only charge me $29.00!!!! I was having problems with my laptop and took it into Fast Rhino, they diagnosed it as having some kind of virus that they could not get rid of however my hard drive was failing so the virus was not an issue any more and I needed a new computer. They evaluated my needs and purchased a new computer at a great price. They transferred everything over from my old computer but the virus. Merlin delivered the computer and spent 2 house helping get everything set up and running. Since then I have had some questions and problems which he has been more than willing to help me. I have been using Fast Rhino for over 17years. I had been using best buy and the geek squad but boy they got out of sight and scheduling was very difficult. We switched to Fast Rhino in Oro Valley 520 818 9650. They will come to your house or you can go to their store. BUT the best thing that I can say is they support what they do. There is no waiting in lines, calls never returned and they hang in there with until the problem is solved. My printer was printing images that were dark and muddy. Photoshop was telling me my embedded color profile did not match my workng space. Images were blurry on my screen after re-sizing in Photoshop. Fast Rhino was able to come to my house within days of my call, Sheri sent me web info and provided phone support. Merlin came and after some time needed to get used to both me and my computer set-up, he was able to reslove my problem, which was a great relief. The cost is comparable to other companies, and the customer service is excellent. I worked with a lot of computer techs at my last job, so I am fussy. I highly recommend Fast Rhino. After I had corrupted my software during an interrupted Windows update installation, my Internet Explorer wouldn't work. I got price quotes from Best Buy and Fast Rhino and felt like they we comparable, and Fast rhino comes to the house. Merlin arrived, helped resolve the issue, and also set up my printer, updated my antivirus software, and, seeing as I had recently moved, helped set up my tv, blue ray, and roku. This is the first time I have used a in home computer service and couldn't be more impressed with their help to get my printer, wifi and computer issues. The owner Merlin was extremely helpful in talking me through my wifi connection over the phone and my printer connection issue. However I still needed more help at home and their senior tech Victor was extremely knowledgeable and covered all of computer, printing, wifi issues with 1 hr. He also said that I could contact him if I had further questions and that he'd get back to me by the next day. This was that best spent money after I had spent several hours over several day with comcast and they could not resolve the problem.
