    The older lady who works at this location was rude to my wife because their in-store policy doesn't match what's online. Instead of explaining she immediately called Chad. Thankfully after I called the number I did receive a full refund. Also, this is not the first time that lady has been rude. When I picked up my laptop on 5/17 she was unhelpful and just stood around with a blank look on her face.

    Shop online, go to store and bring it home! You can catch sales on items you were looking for. Good value, and service was good.

    If I could i would give them a ZERO. I filed a claim thru my…read morehome warranty and they assigned Southwest to repair my ice maker. They called and schedule a time to come out, technician comes to the door on the phone with someone else (very unprofessional). I show him the ice maker which hadn't been working properly for several months. He says "there's ice stuck in there thats why it's not working". I say I know Captain Obvious thats why I called for it to be repaired. I explained to him the issues i was having and he doesn't even look at the ice maker and says we will order a new one. It takes a week and a half with no response and I have to call them for an update. Miraculously they say the picked up the new ice maker that day. I schedule a time for them to come out and the technician installs it and says it should make ice in about 3 hours....no luck doesn't work. I leave 4 text messages to the owner with no response. I finally call him and he says he will call me back to schedule a time to come look at it. 2 days later no response so i call him and he says "he's trying but they are really busy". Still no definite time given they will come to look at it. This goes on for several more days. I finally call warranty company to complain and they put in another claim...i confirm with the owner that they got the new claim and he would call to schedule an appointment. 3 more days pass and no communication. I called warranty company again and they reach the owner and he lies to them and tells them he "texted me but i never responded". I have since transferred the claim to another contractor. This company is beyond amateur hour. Zero organization and communication skills. If you like waiting for several days to get a response for subpar work they are the number 1 company to call!

That is often what separates a good business from one that truly stands out. A seven-day guarantee may work in theory, but for small business owners like myself, flexibility matters. I operate a transportation service, and my schedule doesn't always allow me to address technical issues within such a narrow window. A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well.
