I dropped my iPad Pro... can you replace the screen? Thanks!?

Apple does not authorize any one to repair iPad units. We can offer a whole unit replacement of the iPad Pro and help restore your data from iCloud. You can come by any time between 10-6 weekdays with your device and we can go over the details.

Do you repair Epson printers?

We do not repair printers. There is a place in Tucson called Arizona's Printer Services. Some printers may be more economical to replace instead of repair.

Can this business unlock iPhones?

Do you replace iPad batteries?

We do not replace iPad batteries in our store. We can send units into to Apple on your behalf if you can be without the device for 5-7 business days.

How much would it be to fix my Iphone 8+ and what time do you close today?

We close at 6pm. It is best to call us at 321-9077 to discuss what type of repair you need. From there we can give you a better idea of cost and turn around time. For a cracked screen, we would recommend going to the Apple Store directly.

Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships.
