I don't like conflict, so didn't argue with Leigh White, the salesperson in spite of knowing that her "test" was a parlor trick. I received relief from my foot and knee pain in the store--I was put on a "massage" device that relieved the pain temporarily, I should have gone home and ordered the device from Amazon (where it's available) instead of falling for the story that the arch supports were relieving my pain (which is due to arthritis and pronation). Refusing to tell a customer about the price of goods being sold in spite of being asked at least twice, point blank, should be illegal-- but it's not. The pictures are of the notice about "non-refundable" purchases that was stapled to the back of the receipt.

This place used to be good, but now it's weird and AWKWARD. They do not have an in-person doctor…read moreanymore. They put me in an exam room with a laptop to meet with a Phoenix doctor over some telehealth platform. The acoustics in the room sucked, and there wasn't a microphone to connect to the laptop. The doctor had a hard time hearing me so I had to YELL at the laptop. The walls in the office are thin so I am sure everyone else in the building heard me (awkward!). I tried typing info into the chat but the doctor (very old man) did not know how to use the chat function. Worst of all was his reaction to telling me I had leukemia. He told me I was "lucky" to have leukemia and they're "ninety percent of the way to a cure on that." I told him my last treatment predicted a 60% survival rate after six months, which I didn't consider especially "lucky." Honestly I was pretty shocked and upset at him telling me I was "lucky" to have a deadly form of cancer. And to have everyone else hear it. Go somewhere else if you want respect and privacy.

It was only a 2-minute stroll away, but if you want to park right at the door it'll only happen if you get lucky. They always did a great job and were honest on whether or not they can fix it. Anytime they did fix it, we didn't have any issues. After many years - we finally decided to cave and get new luggage. Their customer service is excellent and it was nice that they listened to what we wanted and offered different choices at different price points! Also, some of the luggage they sell has a 10 year warranty on it and they do the covered repairs in house. To me, that adds value!
