I don't think that I have ever been treated more poorly by the owner. The day after he fixed my screen the whole thing fell out. When I took it back he said it wasn't his problem and wouldn't help me. But this wasn't the issue, he then proceeded to treat me with disrespect and raised his voice at me and tried to get me to give him more money for the screen. I felt as if he cared more about money than keeping his customers happy or from coming back. I would't recommend it and finding another place to get your screen fixed.

I called Tucson Computer Repair Service because I could not get my computer to start up. I had to…read morewait a couple of days for the original appointment, & then they had to reschedule, so I was without my computer for almost a week before they could come. Riley, the technician, called on the day of my appointment to let me know what time he would arrive, and arrived promptly and knew what he was doing. He had the computer up and running quickly. Then he proceeded to run checks on the hard drive and the security system, did some updates that needed doing and showed me where to find them (I thought I was all up to date). He recommended replacing some parts (which I would have to buy and then pay for them to come back and install). This all took about 1.5 hrs, which I felt was kind of long to run the checks, but I am happy with the work and feel confident knowing that everything is okay. I liked having the repair done in home so that you can talk to the repair person as they are working, and get answers to any questions as you go along. And you also know what they are doing; not so if you drop your computer off at a shop for a week. Generally, I am happy with the work done and would use them again.
