I tried fixing my phone myself at home and quickly realized I was in over my head. I had opened the…read morephone and attempted a repair but things weren't going well and I didn't want to risk damaging it further. That's when I found Phone Repair Mobile Services LLC on Speedway in Tucson and I'm really glad I did. Jersain was extremely professional and helpful from the start. A lot of repair shops get nervous when a phone has already been opened by someone else but he didn't judge or make it a problem. Instead he calmly took a look at it explained what needed to be fixed and got straight to work. What impressed me most was his knowledge and attention to detail. You can tell he really understands phone hardware and isn't just guessing. He handled everything carefully and professionally and the repair came out great. My phone is now working perfectly again. The turnaround was quick the service was honest and the whole experience felt trustworthy. If you're in Tucson and need a phone repair especially if you tried fixing something yourself and need someone who actually knows what they're doing I would absolutely recommend this place. It's not always easy to find someone reliable with electronics repairs but this shop definitely earned my trust. Thanks again to Jersain for saving my phone.

I normally never go on yelp, but needed to after dealing with Wildcat Screen Repair. As somebody…read morewho has worked with several customers, I try my best to not complain much and be a customer that people will want to deal with. I cannot say this for wildcat screen repair. I don't think that I have ever been treated more poorly by the owner. The day after he fixed my screen the whole thing fell out. When I took it back he said it wasn't his problem and wouldn't help me. But this wasn't the issue, he then proceeded to treat me with disrespect and raised his voice at me and tried to get me to give him more money for the screen. I felt as if he cared more about money than keeping his customers happy or from coming back. I would't recommend it and finding another place to get your screen fixed.

I called Tucson Computer Repair Service because I could not get my computer to start up. I had to…read morewait a couple of days for the original appointment, & then they had to reschedule, so I was without my computer for almost a week before they could come. Riley, the technician, called on the day of my appointment to let me know what time he would arrive, and arrived promptly and knew what he was doing. He had the computer up and running quickly. Then he proceeded to run checks on the hard drive and the security system, did some updates that needed doing and showed me where to find them (I thought I was all up to date). He recommended replacing some parts (which I would have to buy and then pay for them to come back and install). This all took about 1.5 hrs, which I felt was kind of long to run the checks, but I am happy with the work and feel confident knowing that everything is okay. I liked having the repair done in home so that you can talk to the repair person as they are working, and get answers to any questions as you go along. And you also know what they are doing; not so if you drop your computer off at a shop for a week. Generally, I am happy with the work done and would use them again.
