It usually takes my company about a week to process, get approvals and actually get a check cut, so during this time they keep sending you duplicate invoices EVERY DAY!!! I emailed them and they never answered - more stellar professionalism.... If it were up to me I wouldn't deal with them for this reason... when you read employee reviews you can see a pattern here.

Until they broke them again, but that's teenagers for you. Bill took care of me that time too. Nice people - he and his daughter run the shop. USE THIS COMPANY!. They are a local family owned company and Yolanda is the sweetest woman that helped me get through the stress of setting up two moving days. I have had movers in the past say they would be there on a certain day and time and then never show up and leave me scrambling for another one in a short window and charge me a ton of money because it was last minute...I had no worries with Apostle! They showed up as promised, they were careful with my belongings as if they were moving their own stuff, and the moment they came to my door, they were ready to start moving immediately. They had the paperwork completed and correct and moved an upstairs apartment to another upstairs apartment in the very hot month of July in my three hour window! The men were very respectful toward me the entire move and were focused on the getting the job done carefully and quickly. The text went on to say that they (whoever "they" were) had signed up on Thumbtack, and I was asked to leave a review. Again, no name or company was given. I Googled the phone number sending the text, and it came from The Brigade. I get that it was probably an automated message sent to everyone in their phone list. However, given that I was never a customer--and the fact that the text didn't even identify who they were--I was very annoyed. In the future, I would suggest that any automated messages clearly contain identifying information, and that they only include customers they actually worked with.
