Someone is always available to take your call, their response time is incredibly fast, they make you feel like you are their only customer. If you ever have any issues they are working on it before, during and after business hours to minimize your down time. Most IT issues can be handled in the background by remoting into severs and doing all that technical stuff that most of us don't understand, but they know the importance of having a presence and a relationship with their clients. They are making the extra effort to show up at your door even though they can probably take care of everything from their office. When I did finally receive a phone call, I was told that there was nothing they could do and told me to take my business elsewhere because I had really old email and I'm clearly not taking care of my email. I was under the impression that if I paid money to increase my storage size that was my business regardless, they didn't fix the issue they told me they were going to take my website down, etc.. I am so tired of handing over my hard, earned cash, and being treated like my business just doesn't matter. That ends today. To make matters worse they never said why I wasn't receiving any email. Terrible terrible. Terrible terrible company. Run Away
