The internet works well, but I also at one point, was stopped from doing anything at all with a message along the lines of "user has done too many." Cut off, period. No more using ANY of the three browsers I have -- same message, "you're done for today."

They use top of the line equipment and include wireless routers. You can change plans. Truthfully, I have had had a few outages usually during weather events, but it is about the same or better than other providers. Check them out, especially for rural internet service in Tucson.
