Service has been exemplary, the advertised 25mb down and 15mb up is what I get on a regular basis. There are occasions where that speed is exceeded. This is a fairly new company and there's rare and but occasional issues related to Growing Pains. They just added another circuit which increased bandwidth and did the cut over in the early morning hours (4am) so as to minimize downtime for the customers. The only negative experience I've had would be the time from the initial contact to installation. In my case it was about 4 weeks. I will however say that it was well worth it compared to any service I've had in Tucson/Vail before. No one can beat their price. The owner is great to work with as are his technicians. I wholeheartedly recommend Rincon Wireless.

I sent him a number of texts and one with a photo showing what is left to be done (put it back like he found it) and he gave me a time he would come back but he was a no call/no show. I reached out to a field manager who sounded like I startled by calling him as he was out of breath and discombobulated and struggled to get his bearings to ask for my address. NO ONE in this store is helpful. Phil told me three times over the course of a week that he would push my issue higher, but never called back and when I went in the store today no one else had any knowledge of the problem - enter Arani, who was identified to me as the manager who could help. Arani spent 20 minutes arguing and condescending to me about how I didn't understand the bills I was looking at (I have an MBA and love when entry-level workers try to explain billing to me). I found Gadget Geeks online and they were able to make it out to her house the next day. Communication with Charbel throughout the process was seamless. He was so helpful and was even willing to do same day service, pick up and drop off. I initially thought she needed a new battery. But When he got to her house he noticed her settings were off and this was likely contributing to her battery and charging issues. He fixed them for her and left her his contact info. He could have easily changed the battery and charged her as I would not have known the difference. Talk about honest service!!! If I could give 6 stars I would. I am so relieved that there's an honest, trustworthy company like this that I can now reach out to if my mom is having problems again
