I've had service with Rincon Wireless for a couple of months now so I think it's appropriate that I can give a review. Service has been exemplary, the advertised 25mb down and 15mb up is what I get on a regular basis. There are occasions where that speed is exceeded. This is a fairly new company and there's rare and but occasional issues related to Growing Pains. They just added another circuit which increased bandwidth and did the cut over in the early morning hours (4am) so as to minimize downtime for the customers. The only negative experience I've had would be the time from the initial contact to installation. In my case it was about 4 weeks. I will however say that it was well worth it compared to any service I've had in Tucson/Vail before. No one can beat their price. The owner is great to work with as are his technicians.
