I just got a notice from my credit card company that I was charged $106 (for the installation) AND I am being charged $39.95 a month. So they unfortunately lie just as much as the other companies. The installer drilled holes in my walls without telling me he was going to or asking if the location was acceptable. Really quite astoundingly different from the last installation, where at least I was consulted about where I wanted things put. The internet works well, but I also at one point, was stopped from doing anything at all with a message along the lines of "user has done too many." Cut off, period. No more using ANY of the three browsers I have -- same message, "you're done for today."

Service has been exemplary, the advertised 25mb down and 15mb up is what I get on a regular basis. There are occasions where that speed is exceeded. This is a fairly new company and there's rare and but occasional issues related to Growing Pains. They just added another circuit which increased bandwidth and did the cut over in the early morning hours (4am) so as to minimize downtime for the customers. The only negative experience I've had would be the time from the initial contact to installation. In my case it was about 4 weeks. I will however say that it was well worth it compared to any service I've had in Tucson/Vail before. No one can beat their price. The owner is great to work with as are his technicians. I wholeheartedly recommend Rincon Wireless.

NO ONE in this store is helpful. Phil told me three times over the course of a week that he would push my issue higher, but never called back and when I went in the store today no one else had any knowledge of the problem - enter Arani, who was identified to me as the manager who could help. Arani spent 20 minutes arguing and condescending to me about how I didn't understand the bills I was looking at (I have an MBA and love when entry-level workers try to explain billing to me). At the end there was no resolution - I said "what the fuck" out lout and Arani took it as a personal attack and told me they wouldn't help me at this store. No worries, FCC complaint has been filed!

I'm sure there are times that they aren't available that quickly, but I've yet to have a long wait time. Fox came out to my house this most recent visit and helped do some cleaning up of my computer that was moving like a snail. He was very professional and patient with my questions. He also taught me about the things I should consider when selecting my next computer, as I'm due for an upgrade. Pricing has gone up from my first review to $125/hour. I still think it's fair, their service is great, they come to you! I've never felt like they're trying to sell me anything I don't need. I trust them to steer me in the right direction.

Mark You mention…read morestriving to provide great service. In my view, great service means going above and beyond -- even in what may seem like the smallest details. That is often what separates a good business from one that truly stands out. A seven-day guarantee may work in theory, but for small business owners like myself, flexibility matters. I operate a transportation service, and my schedule doesn't always allow me to address technical issues within such a narrow window. A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well.
