Their production and service has gone downhill. Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.

The young lady answered al my questions regarding pricing a and time. I told her I needed the cheapest option. She was very courteous and did not push for the most expensive one. She repeated everything twice. I had forgotten my phone in my car so she was patient enough to allow me to put out my papers and get the address and then put it back in. She told me new trick. I had my mask on and she could barely hear me but still she was very patient. The place was wide and neat, with floor marks for social distancing. Parking was empty. When we arrive at 4:40, we see the truck being loaded up. We asked the driver if he would take the package and he agreed. Lots of wasted time over nothing.

The staff was friendly. They did have a little trouble making a copy of the page I brought in since it was on colored paper. I settled for a copy with a little bit of a dark background just because I didn't have too much time, but they were willing to keep trying to get a better copy. The lamination was $3.50/page and 50 cents for the black and white copy.
