For many years, I wanted to have a personal copy of a cherished book rebound. These days most people don't have anything outside of bibles or childhood books rebound, though Christi from Roswell got back to me about my online inquiry extremely quickly with some great ideas and input. She sent me some samples in the mail (I currently live in West Virginia), and as soon as I felt the black Elmo leather and saw the red foil, I knew this was going to be an amazing book. They were very straightforward with the binding estimate and took careful efforts to ensure everything went according to plan. While there was a slight mishap during the title stamping process, they made it right and the finished product is an incredibly gorgeous book that I will most assuredly hold dear as one of my greatest possessions. If I should need a future rebinding or be asked for a recommendation, there is no one I would rather give business to than Roswell Bookbinding. Overall: 5.0 stars ---- Pros: - Excellent, FAST customer service. - Extremely high-quality leathers and other binding materials. - Excellent at fulfilling custom order requests. - Reasonable pricing given the quality of work. On the way home I realized I did want my Grandmother's name on it. I called him woth no answer. I texted him with the name of my Grandmother. He miss undstood. He only put the last name on it. I showed him the text I sent. He stated he had misunderstood. Said that if he tried to correct it, he might screw it up. So I got charged 200.00 for something I didn't want and am stuck with my 75 year old Bible not as I requested. When I went to pick it up, he works from his house, you could smell the skunk weed. Maybe don't get too rip stoned while you work, and you might not screw up people's family heirlooms. Thanks such a bummer At least if you screw it up. Fix it. Naw, just smoke another bowl, whatever. ​

We have yet to be paid the $3653.08 we are owed! I have sent the invoices to them FOUR times and even spoke to Kenny Clark, who asked that I resend the invoices for payment. I did and still have not received a response or payment. Their website boasts "Good Honest Printing Since 1956". I wholeheartedly do not agree with that statement! I tried to email them via their website again to try and get this resolved but received an error message stating "this page could not be found...the page you are looking for is not available." I would most definitely not recommend using this company.
