Cannot say enough good things about this business. Husband went to buy a battery for our garage door opener and when leaving, his truck wouldn't start. He went back inside and the employees there went into Hero Mode. They tried jumping the truck's battery and when that didn't work, he bought a new battery and they installed it for him. When the truck still wouldn't start, they pushed it while he popped the clutch to see if it would start. When it wouldn't start, they called a tow truck for him since he had forgot his phone when he left our house. He just keeps going on how nice those guys were and how much he appreciated their help. BEWARE!!! Batteries Plus advertises Duracell car batteries that are not truly Duracell brands. They are "MagnaPower" car batteries but Batteries Plus has licensed the use of the Duracell name. If you buy one make sure you have AAA as they only last ~8 months. They'll keep giving you a replacement while under warranty but you have to deal with the hassle of frequent replacement. read more

I came here to get my broken screen fixed on my iPhone 11. The workers were really helpful and did this in a timely manner. My only complaint is that when I got my phone back, the front top speaker did not work at all and my phone couldn't activate face ID anymore. I overheard the worker say that they did not conduct a diagnostic test after completing my screen replacement. When I went back the next day to fix my two new issues, the workers were very helpful in helping me find another location that had the necessary hardware to fix my screen again. read more

Took my phone in working with a cracked screen. They fixed the screen but now the phone will not hold a charge. I consider that not working but, they consider that to be working? So now I have a phone with a fixed screen but will not hold a charge. They would not provide me with area managers or regional managers phone i had to hunt them down. They suggested that if I have a problem with that i could email their corporate. Dontbworry i will guys and anyone else i can tell Terrible customer service in a service industry. If you take in a product for repair make sure you check your item out well before leaving the store. Check as many functions as possible. If you don't and something doesn't work after you leave the store you are out of luck. They will blame you for the problem even though they caused it, either unintentionally or intentionally!!!! Nope. Ordered a battery online for pickup, asked for a call when ready. A half hour later I get the call, Yay! Get to the store and the two young fellows are hanging out BSing and no, my battery isn't ready. NBD, they go to the back to fill it, 15 min later I'm good to go. Wake up this morning to discover that it is grossly overfilled and spilled in my car, soaking the box. The vent tube is also missing from the box. Battery acid in my car, on my hands, etc. Called the store and left a message, my buddy Shawn (manager) did call me back, and more or less told me he didn't believe me, because the guy that overfilled it said he didn't overfill it. OoooooKaaaay. I just called you after our 5th transaction to bust your chops then, right? Definitely did like the idea of keeping my business local, looks like I'll seek out another location to work with. Avoid this location unless you can deal directly with the manager. Good luck. UPDATE In response to Frank - I did speak to Sean, and he dutifully explained how it just could not have happened. Frank, Steven filled this battery TO THE BRIM, right up to the screw caps, put it in the box and sent me on my way. By the next morning as the battery began to activate and the inevitable bubbles began to form on the lead plates, the battery had overflowed, soaking the box and leaking through to the seat of the truck. Yes, I was foolish enough to leave it sitting on the seat of my truck. Now I have a quarter-sized hole in the leather of my truck's seat. I don't need to speak to Sean - you do. And someone needs to speak to Steven and let him know that there are bad consequences as a result of his carelessness. YOU may call ME if you like. I would like to start this out with the fact they provided great customer service. However, I went in about a month ago to have my iPhone screen replaced and the functionality hasn't been the same. I get there are going to be some glitches, but it's really starting to get annoying. The color is not as vibrant and the touch sensitivity is out of line. It accidentally "likes" posts and adds people on Facebook... embarrassing the hell out of me. The scroll function is glitchy and small details such as moving the cursor are done for. I would not recommend Batteries Plus for screen replacements, especially for the price. As much as I hate to say it... spend the extra money at Apple. read more

So, my buddies battery was non-functional--no crank left in the tank. So, he called for me to come rescue him. I asked if I could pick up the battery on the way there and then take the old one back to get an adjustment. They said no, if you bought the battery and then brought the other back they would make no adjustment. Sorry guys--that's bad business. read more

Called with the information I had about the battery I needed and was told that, without the serial number, I'd have to bring the battery in. Was also told how busy they were. Called Auto Zone with the same information and they cross referenced the battery very quickly, held it for me to pick up and, cha-ching, got the sale. Smart employees and good customer service. Knowledgeable about batteries. Bought a motorcycle battery and they filled and charged it for me. When I picked it up after it was charged they informed me to keep it standing up as it is not a sealed battery and can spill if tipped, tilted or set on its side. Common sense if you think about it but good advice as I never really thought about it. They also said to use and automatic charger and not leave it on a manual one or just use a battery tender so the battery doesn't get hot and boil over or vent. read more
