He did hear another noise. A rattling exhaust shield. His solution was to just remove an exhaust heat shield. then left out an exhaust mount bolt. Car rattled loudly when we got home. called them, we are busy can't get you in for a week. Would not ever take my car to these subaru experts again. Now I have to take it to subaru to get a heat shield which they discarded and have the noise checked out.

Just WOW! Nothing like feeling like FAMILY! I was a victim of a car break in the night before where the thugs chose to break three windows out! They walked away with nothing and I was left with a $480 bill. Needless to say, I was super stoked when Sergie offered to drop off my car to be detailed after the window repair! And an extra BONUS, he offered to lend me a car he had for sale for a day and a half so that I didn't have to get a rental! What?? And the job was done very well to boot! Absolutely enjoyed dealing with these professionals! We got into our car on a rainy morning to find that the seal around the windshield was leaking - hadn't noticed before because we moved from a location that had a garage and now we park in the open. lol I stopped in to talk to Sergey at Northwest Auto Glass and he took a look and determined the problem immediately. The following afternoon he was able to remove my glass, grind out some rust, and replace the seal and glass in a quick 1-hour procedure. We had a wonderful experience here. Our front passenger window was broken and we came here for replacement. We were offered a new window or used with a tint. We chose the used because it was slightly cheaper, and he took the tint off for free. We came in around 1:00pm on a Wednesday and he told us we could have the window done today or come back another day if we wanted. We decided to have it done that day. It took about an hour to do. Waiting room was nice with coffee and small chocolates, tv and various magazines were also available. Pleased with the efficient service here. Would recommend for window replacement. read more

Five stars!!!!! Had a busted passenger window for my VW Jetta. Asked for a quote and they texted me within the hour. Drove over there to make an appointment and Sergey looked to see if they had the glass in store. When he saw that they did, he said they could squeeze me in immediately. An hour later, I was on my way with a new window. And at $100 lower than the other place that gave me a quote. My coworker was driving into work the other morning and debris from the vehicle in front of him came loose and cracked the windshield on our company truck. He called into NorthWest Auto Glass and asked for a quote, and to schedule an appointment to replace the windshield. They had him come in right away. They replaced the windshield within 45 minutes and the bill was inline with the quote. My project manager was impressed by the speed, quality of work, and positivity of the employees. This morning I woke up to find out that my car was broken in to. I was frantic as I was supposed to drive back to the west side today. I found Northwest Auto Glass on google and was able to make an appointment and be on the road by 11 am. They were incredibly helpful and efficient. I came in to replace a window and they fixed my bumper, windshield wiper and vacuumed out the glass. NorthWest Auto Glass turned what should have been a bad day in to a very good day. Would you believe two windshields in the same vehicle in two weeks. A truck threw a rock and broke my nearly new windshield.
