Excellent customer service and work. I was scheduled for the same day to replace a window in my car. I was done in about 2.5 hours. Nice waiting room with water, coffee and tea. read more

Sergey went above and beyond. He got me in same day and replaced my windshield, even put on my new wiper blades that I brought in. The cost was $150 less than the quote from safelite and his lounge area is much nicer. This is a family business and you can tell by how well they work together. They don't have many yelp reviews but they have 463 reviews on google so I think they've been doing this awhile read more

NorthWest Auto Glass - Nice clean waiting area - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Spokane, Washington

We had a rock chip that we didn't get to soon enough. NW Auto Glass got us in within a few days. I think it too an hour and a half and we were on our way. And their price beat the others by $100! Can't beat that! read more

4.4/5 stars - I had a windshield replaced on my Honda CRV. The job was done very well and staff members were professional, couteous, and friendly. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was quite spotty/intermittent and the job took 2.5 hours instead of 2 hours. I would recommend NW Auto Glass highly - just don't expect good internet and allow extra time in your schedule in case the work requires a bit more time than anticipated. The communication online related to Q's and A's and making an appointment was excellent. Thanks, Sergey and crew!! read more

Northwest Auto Glass (NWAG) was responsive, respectful, affordable, available, flexible, and high quality. I asked for a quote on Yelp for a windshield replacement and a few businesses responded, but NWAG had the best price, by far (probably about 2/3 to 1/2 the price others quoted). They also were willing to communicate with me entirely over Yelp messages, which was very convenient for me with my hectic lifestyle. When my washing machine broke and I needed to get a new one on the day I had originally scheduled for my windshield, NWAG had no problem rescheduling me for another day out (and, again, we did this all through Yelp messages). My husband took the car into the shop. He said that everyone at NWAG was friendly and communicative. Also, they did fantastic work. I think the new windshield is a used windshield only because it had some other car's oil change sticker still on it, but otherwise it's smooth and shiny like new, and.is perfectly installed! NWAG is also going to replace the entire passenger door mirror unit for me. The previous owner of this car hit something and tore the entire mirror off the car. NWAG is going to get an entire unit and install it for me (including hooking up it's power adjustment to the car's wiring, all for about the same price I paid for the new windshield. Wow! This has been amazing service. That's such a rarity these days. Kudos to NWAG and I highly recommend them! read more

Sergey is truly an amazing person. Needed a quick repair and was in and out in 20 minutes. Professional and helpful. Epitome of what a great business should be. read more

The people at NW Autoglass scheduled my appointment for a windshield replacement. I was so pleased at their promptness, and their friendliness. They initiated my insurance claim, handling most all of the details. They took special care to see a loose mirror was fixed. Highly recommend them. read more

Super easy process and communication. Thank you for fitting me me so soon. Window looks great.

Wow... Called this place today and got in right away to repair my back driver's side window on my truck. (vandalism)... I had purchased a replacement window from Spaldings, but found out I could have gotten a new one from NW Auto glass, (that he had in stock) for about $6.00 cheaper! lol... They completed my job 20 min. sooner than what they thought it would take. (1 hour). Not only that, they even vaccumed all the broken glass inside. What was really great, were the 3 different employees I talked to. Very kind, understanding and considerate. Their shop is imaculante with all the comforts. (GOOD coffee, Caligan water, mags to read and big screen for TV). Support your local small bussinesses. Don't call the franchaise companies. They are not good to their people... I will always recommend these guys and they have a customer for life ~ Me and all my family and friends... Cindy... read more

Once again these guys have come through for me . The drivers side window had come off its tracks the Kia dealership couldn't fix it so I remembered n w auto glass and what a great job they did before for me .... Best and most fair place in town .... read more

Amazing service!! Took my Tesla in for a chip repair. Did not have an appointment so I was ready to wait as long as needed. Was out the door with service completion in 20 minutes. Highly recommend! read more

Highly recommend. I called shortly after they opened to see if they'd fit me in, and they were able to within 30 minutes. Only 1.5 hours to fit a roughly 2.5 foot crack in my windshield. Super nice team! read more

Great, friendly family business with over 20 years of experience. The owner offered OEM and aftermarket options for half the price of other quotes I received in town for windshield replacement all complete in less than an hour. I thought I had a suspension issue with my truck too and the owner inspected everything and we took a drive around the block to determine that it was simply a tire pressure issue, saving me lots of time and money from visiting another suspension shop trying to sell some magical fix. I 100% recommend this place with five stars! Thank you!!! read more

Great customer service! Got me in to fix my window chip same day and out the door in 30 minutes. Affordable rates as well!

Excellent service and high quality work! I'm sure to come back the next time I have a rock chip or need a new windshield.

Car got broken into. I called around and spent the afternoon on hold. Eventually called these guys. They should've been my first call. If I ever have children, I'm giving them the first one. read more

Excellent service and professional work. I am particular about who I let work on my car and am very satisfied with the work done on my 1970 mustang. If you have a project that requires attention to detail this is the place to go. read more

My car needed the windshield replaced and also the back glass replaced. The back glass broke on Memorial Day and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They did a thorough job. I was greeted by a very kind woman named Alla and she handled the insurance for me. I will definitely use them again if need be. Their prices were very fair and I would highly recommend them. read more

I discovered Sergey, Alex and the team at Northwest Auto Glass via a family referral and I am so glad I did! They excell in customer service as well as offering competitive rates on labor and parts. I go to them for all of my auto needs; glass and beyond because they are honest, efficient, skilled and they have consistantly gone the extra mile for me and my vehicle. They just put a new starter in my SUV and I am extremely happy with the quick turnaround time, price point they provided as well as the lifetime warranty on the part. I HIGHLY recommend this family-owned business for all of your auto needs. read more

Five stars!!!!! Had a busted passenger window for my VW Jetta. Asked for a quote and they texted me within the hour. Drove over there to make an appointment and Sergey looked to see if they had the glass in store. When he saw that they did, he said they could squeeze me in immediately. An hour later, I was on my way with a new window. And at $100 lower than the other place that gave me a quote. The other two places where I asked for quotes hadn't even given me a quote by the time NW Autoglass had fixed my window. Amazing experience!! Highly recommend. Thank you NW Autoglass! read more

This is an extremely reasonably priced auto glass replacement choice. The quality of their installation windsheild is great on my older vehicle. The people were kind and considerate in their customer service skills and the interior had a large immaculate waiting room with a fresh water machine as well as individual coffee making supplies. There was a large screen TV available as well as an immaculate large restroom extension. I think you may pay more elsewhere -- but you won't get more in quality, customer service or service facilities. read more

This business is wonderful and did a great job fixing my glass on my door. I got my car broken into that morning and they took me in right away and did an amazing job. They were very thorough, as well as personable when talking to me. They cleaned all the glass out of my car and on top as well. Well done. Highly recommend! read more

We were visiting from out of town and someone busted out a window. I messaged on Yelp for pricing for a passenger window and they responded before the shop was even open. We headed over there asap and as soon as they opened they got us in and replaced the window, cleaned up all the glass. Thank you for making us feel at home and being so accommodating. read more

I had a great experience with NorthWest Auto Glass. My 1992 trooper had some cracks in the windshield, and NW Auto Glass were able to get me in the same day and take care of the issue for a very reasonable amount. I also went back the next day to ask about a different issue, and I was impressed by their honest, helpful advice (free of charge). I won't hesitate to take all my window needs here. read more

I had a great experience with NorthWest Auto Glass! They were able to fit me in the day after I called, they were quick, and had a very nice waiting area. They even fixed up a spot on my windshield while they were repairing my window. The cost was $200 less than what Safelite quoted my repair cost as. Everyone was very nice and communicative, definitely the best car repair experience I've had. read more

If you want great service that doesn't hurt the pocket, this place is the best in Spokane hands down. Twice they have fixed windshields on my car and the service was fast, great, and very affordable. Support good local business. read more

The appointment was scheduled the same day I called. Prep started before the new window arrived from their warehouse. Price was slightly higher than quoted though due to a required gasket set that came with the window. They called me when the installation was completed so I could pick it up. Good job. read more

My car window was smashed and without a glass deductible I was being quoted around $400 to replace it, which was just enough under my comprehensive deductible for my insurance to deny the claim. NW Auto Glass found me a used window from my same year, make and model as my car and replaced it for a little over $100 after tax. Window looks and functions as well as a brand new one and it didn't break my bank! 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for a quick, quality, and cost effective glass replacement. read more

Needed to have the windshield replaced so found NWAG listed on a Google search. They seemed highly rated, so thought I would give them a chance. Glad I did! Their prices were very reasonable and they did a great job. At the time I was at the shop, I asked about them about doing a headlight restoration which they advertise at their web site. Sergey was very apologetic but apparently they had run out of materials for the restoration. No big deal as it was a last minute thought to have it done. Even so, they still polished the headlight lenses at no cost to me, which I thought was very nice. I would say if you want a good job, with reasonable prices and a excellent staff, you can't do better. read more

We live in Los Angeles but our daughter goes to school in Spokane and this morning she came out to her car to find the side window was smashed in. I was directed to Safelite by my insurance company and A) it's next to impossible to reach anyone at this company on the phone and B) when I finally did get someone on the phone, I was told that they were booked up and I'd have to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I found NorthWest Auto Glass online so I called and Sergey the owner answered the phone right away, he gave me a quote and told me to have our daughter bring the car in right away. She dropped it off and headed back to school and within 2-3 hours, the car was done! She went back to pick it up and found that all of the broken glass inside the car had been cleaned up! What a relief and what great service! I told my daughter I was going to leave a review and she said "...and they were really nice when I was there too?" My advise, don't bother looking around, go straight to Sergey's shop. read more

i do not really write reviews but this time i make an exception. i tried to go through 2 national companies to get the back glass on my 1989 ford bronco replaced as i was an idiot and broke it. one company had the wrong glass and poor communication and the other wanted me to replace the whole mech. (guts). well i knew the insides we good and as i pass this company all the time of francis i figured "wth". i pulled in and went into a very clean waiting room and sergey (i probably spelled his name wrong). i told him what i wanted and we went out and looked at the door. he listened and explained what he could do and then hes asked me when i needed it done (keep in mine this was about 1130 am) i told him anytime and he told me he could possibly have it done by 3pm! wait!!!! what??? lol. i agreed and left the truck there, skeptical. 308 pm i get the call it is done..... ok... when i got there he explained what he did and the problems involved, no wire for the heated glass, bushing and the need for the "sweep" that protects the glass. it was more for information which was awesome as i already knew of some of it he let me know all he saw. we looked the window over and rolled it down and up a few times and it was better than new! his price was right on and no hidden bs as i see from others. i looked further into this company and saw no complaints, kinds shocking as all companies have some complaints but not them with 20+ years in business. if needed, we will be back!!!!!!! thank you serg and nw auto glass, you have a customer for life!!!!!! read more
