I contacted a few places for quotes to tint my car. This place was the first to reply to me and quick at that! I appreciate all businesses that reply quickly! Prices were reasonable and they were able to get me in within the next few days (only because of the holiday). I got a tint job on my windows and back windshield plus the clear bra package. The work looks really great! Hard to distinguish the clear bra which is awesome. I also asked if they could cover the top of the side skirts which they did. They also took me to work and picked me up while doing work on the car which was appreciated. Lastly, they didn't drive my car around haha. I do not recommend Spokane Sunscreen. Tint installed on window did not match other tint in my car. Tint did not shade light like the rest of the windows. When I shared that I was not satisfied with the outcome and that I could not recommend them to other customers, Luke said, "That's fantastic! Have a nice day. " Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! People are nice, waited almost 2 months to get my car in. Used to have the rep as 'Best in Town' - now I'm not sure who that is. Brought by Subaru here to get my windows tinted. Looked fine and all, sat in the driver's seat and immediately noticed the corner window was not lined up and bubbly. Since it was closing it had to bring it back another day to get it fixed. Scheduled to get a visor strip on my truck the next week to give them the befit. Sure it looked good from the outside, immediately as I drive off I see there is a gap in the corner and my dash cam wires were pulled and not retucked to my headliner, (this was from them pulling my camera to move it, I get that but tuck the wires you yank out - further they denied they did this.) had to bring it back another day to get that obvious gap fixed. Had to bring back my Subaru to get the window redone. (more gas) Had to bring my truck back to be redone. (more gas) Wasted countless hours for 2 trips for 2 vehicles just to get the job right. Clearly no quality control before it's shipped out the door, feels like 'hope they don't notice' mantality. In the end, just a passive, 'sorry' as I leave (which I wasnt sure I was going to get) from the owner as if he passes them out to all the customers. They did a pretty nice job on my roof wrap, the shark fin had a bit peel off issue but they fixed it a few days after. It was really good and fair quote compare to other shops in town, those are a bit overpriced. Just make an appointment ahead and they finish job pretty quickly! read more

Four days after driving my 2020 Kia Telluride off the dealership lot I took it to Spokane Sunscreen to have the windows tinted. I have taken all of my previous cars there and have had them tint the windows in a previous home I owned. When I got my car back I noticed the taping on the drivers side door to remind you not to roll down your windows are taped oddly but did not think much of it until I removed it and noticed there was a scratch in my door. I contacted the business twice by phone with no return call. I emailed the business and got a prompt call back from the owner Rick. Rick had me bring my car in for him to inspect the damage and assured me at that time he would take of the damage after the weekend as he was going to be at the Home and Garden Show at the fairgrounds. I waited a week and contacted the business again without a call back to discuss his plan of action to correct this. On four other occasions I have contacted the business and have not had a return phone call. It is very upsetting as a customer to be blatantly lied to about fixing a concern that was caused by their business and then being ignored on top of that. I will never again recommend their business to others no use them myself. I am very disgusted in the poor customer service received. read more

I had an older Subaru Legacy tinted through Spokane Sunscreen and then traded it in for a newer Legacy and had them tint it as well. Turned out great both times!
