The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). He did hear another noise. A rattling exhaust shield. His solution was to just remove an exhaust heat shield. then left out an exhaust mount bolt. Now I have to take it to subaru to get a heat shield which they discarded and have the noise checked out.
